Recent Review: His estimate was on the lower side and he did real good work.  It’s tough to even get someone to crawl under a mobile home, but he’s willing to do all the hard stuff.  The other people I checked with wanted a lot more money.  I checked out his work and it was excellent.

Recent Review: great! the work needed ended up being almost double the scope of the original estimate, but that is something I honestly expected in advance - there were so many variables in this 30ish year old mobile home (and the kitchen floor caved in after the original quote!). There were also things we added that were not part of the original quote - like kitchen cabinet repairs, etc. Andy did a superb job - everything looks absolutely wonderful. very happy customer indeed...

Recent Review: Deana and Bobby Drinkwine painted the outside of my home in June 2018. They were personable, punctual and professional, and they make a great team. The outside of my house, garage, storage shed, bath house and enclosed porch were in rough shape but they made everything look beautiful again. While they were here, my garbage disposal stopped working and Bobby fixed it, too. My niece from Virginia was visiting me at the time, and she said, "I wish they lived down our way. I would hire them in a minute." The best way to reach them is by their mobile phone number, not by email. The cost $3,500.00 includes materials: paint, primer, etc..

Recent Review: I think, in all, it went very well, and smoothly. Tom Sullivan is a very knowledgeable and professional contractor. He went with my wife and I to pick out the flooring and tile. The work was done in stages due to the lead time in ordering some of the items. First came the outside handrails then the inside hall handrails. Next the chairlifts. Last came the bathroom make over. It went very neatly and quickly considering what had to be done. Above and beyond all this, the light beams on my automatic garage doors were misaligned. They even fixed them. I would certainly use Tom Sullivan and Centennial Construction Company again on any future projects

Recent Review: My initial contact with Dave was based on work he was performing on another house in my neighborhood.  I was able to watch his progress on the home on my daily drive to and from work, and was impressed by his attention to detail and quality of work.  The neighborhood consists of small starter-level single family ranches built in the late 60's early 70's with aging cedar shake siding.  Many of the houses have been vinyl sided, and most with abysmal workmanship.  Many didn't even bother to pull the old siding and vinyled right over the existing cedar shakes.  The end result is a wavy mess with built out J-channel creating bizarre shadow lines.  The houses look like they're wearing a winter jacket.  Being somewhat fussy about things, I decided to tackle my own rehab project and opted to frame in double pane vinyl new construction windows instead of replacements, swap a picture window for a larger bow window, and reside the whole house starting from the sheathing in order to address any rot/insect issues that may be hiding.  I managed to finish the project up to the interior trim work and the siding on the rear elevation before life pulled me in another direction.  This is where Dave stepped in and pulled everything together.  In order to sell the home I needed to get all these loose ends wrapped up in a hurry, while maintaining the same quality of work that I had put into the rest of the project.  Dave was able to work with my hectic schedule (I'm not living in the house), and some atypical working conditions and handled the situation very professionally.  The siding was finished quickly and he was able to pick up exactly where I left off. On the interior, the new construction windows were ordered with 6" extension jambs due to the fact that the walls were 7/8" plaster.  In order to achieve a perfectly flush fit, I intended on flush cutting the oversized jambs so that they would precisely follow the contour of the less than perfect plaster walls.  I cut one window and never got around to the rest.  I explained my intentions to Dave and again he was able to pick up where I left off and finish out the project as I had planned. He kept me posted on progress frequently, and did not attempt anything "extra" without prior consent from me.
