AMock Plumbing Repairs LLC
Accommodated my schedule with other subs on the complete bathroom remodel.  Showed up when scheduled and when other subs could not complete their work on time Mock was able to reschedule.  All fixtures were installed as scheduled and with expertise.   I have used Mock Plumbing for several small jobs such as replacing a toilet, installing water lines and repairing the kitchen sink that had come loose from the granite top. Chris Mock is exceptional and professional.  I will continue to use Mock for all my plunging needs.

AMs Fixit
Called Ms. Fixit out of desperation trying to DIY and was immediately impressed with her professional knowledge and calm manner. I had just gone thru a horrible experience with another handyman (not thru Angieslist) and was reluctant to let anyone else back in my home. Her attention to detail is amazing and she finds inventive fixes to many situations. I trusted her 100% in my house. She was able to correct his mistakes and transformed the room.

ALegacy Builders LLC
When we first discussed the work we wanted done with various contractors, we were very specific in what we wanted and the quality we expected. Louis (Legacy Builders Owner) listened and asked questions that no one else asked. We were impressed with his apparent thoroughness and honest statement that "I won't be the cheapest but I will provide the quality of materials and workmanship that you seem to want." At the end of the contractor interview process we can confirm that he was not the cheapest in dollars but definitely provided the best value and at the level we were looking for. The Legacy site team was very knowledgeable, neat, and punctual. Also, very creative in adapting our design concepts to a great finished product. This was a fairly high end remodel that included a good bit of demolition, new ceramic tile floors, tile walls, some plumbing replacement, new built in linen cabinet, new lighting, new faucets/toilets/shower fittings, some electrical wiring changes, granite vanities/shower bench and door sill, frameless glass shower doors, glass lavatories, painting and crown moldings. Of particular note was how clean the workers kept the house with clean-up every day. The workers actually can to be like family and our dog looked forward to their arrival each morning. It's nice to have workers who avoid any rough language and we always were happy to have them in our home. Legacy gets our unrestricted recommendation.

AOne Bath Solutions
David and crew did amazing work on our bathroom remodel. We'll definitely call him back when we're ready to do more upgrades. Very professional and responsive. Gave us a detailed quote prior to starting and explained everything that could be done as well as lower cost options. Very reasonably priced (compared to 2 other quotes). Price includes major work such as re-locating plumbing underneath concrete, removing sunken tub and existing walk-in shower, and building new walk-in shower from ground up, among other things. Highly recommend.

The guys were great. Curtis was very professional and knowlegable about the job. My wife and I were impressed with the end results and the job was done in only a few days. We will be using these guys again in the near future. We recommend them for remodeling and restoration of your home.

ASpencer's Contracting LLC
We hired Spencer's Contracting after getting an estimate for a complete renovation of our guest bathroom from several vendors and I know we made an excellent decision when we did that! It was not the cheapest estimate but it was apparent right away that customer service was important to them and that really influenced our decision. Jason listened to what we described, presented us with a preliminary contract and drawings with excellent detail of what the project would cover and cost, and then worked closely with us to modify the ideas and choose materials until we were all happy with the proposed project. This took quite a bit of time on our part to decide on the details, and I was pleasantly surprised that Jason was willing to invest the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Once the actual work started, we had an assigned crew instead of different people all the time showing up at our house, and they worked right through the project without big gaps of down time. David is an outstanding craftsman and was very patient with every question or concern we had, and never made us feel like we were being difficult even though I know sometimes we were. We were always kept in the loop about what was going on and if there was any delay we always knew why. The final result is a absolutely gorgeous bathroom that we cannot wait to share with our guests. Thanks Jason, David, and Carissa for everything! The next time we have a renovation project, we will be calling you guys.

AJ & R Renovators LLC
Roy and Jesse did a great job with our master bathroom remodel. Roy's quote was the most detailed we received and they came out within 2% of their estimate. Roy set us up to meet with various vendors to select our materials, which was very helpful to me. I did some price comparisons and couldn't find any of the materials for cheaper on my own. Jesse coordinated all the actual construction and did some of the work himself and used tradesmen for plumbing, electrical, tile work etc. During the renovation my husband and I were traveling a lot for work and were hardly ever actually present. Jesse and the guys kept the work area tidy and Jesse communicated progress to me. I felt very comfortable the they were trustworthy to be in our home. Since there are a lot of little details in that kind of project, I did have to remind them about a few things but they were always very responsive. The contractor they used for tile work was probably my only negative. He wasn't receptive to my ideas when we met to plan the shower tile and it seemed like his schedule held up our project a little bit.

APreferred Home Renovations
When details were fractionally difficult, i.e. what for counter top, placement of grab bar, etc., invariably Robert insisted that I be pleased.  No compromises!  In the creation of new cabinets to match the old, there was a problem with a small rectangle of decorative molding which was not being made any longer.  I was not 'picky' and said this came under the heading of 'no one sees fuzz on a galloping horse,' but Robert exhausted all possible sources, tried to construct molding himself & failed--way too small--possibly his only failure if you could call it that!  In the end he went to a craft store and spent a lot of time in the doll house department which alone must have been tough on a rugged guy like himself & came up with a suitable substitute. After hearing terrible horror stories from friends ("You'll have to take down everyone of those books to dust!"), I was amazed at how well he contained the dirt & debris.  And saw to it that others did the same.   And cleaned up the work area every evening. My husband has addressed the fact that the price was fair, professionalism outstanding, quality great.  I'd say on a one to 5 star with 5 being tops, we felt Mr. Smith was at least an eight star.  He also has a great color sense and was supportive of new ideas.  I chose a slightly way-out tile for floor; his attitude was 'I've never used that before!  Great!'  At the same time I am confident that if it had been a structural mistake, etc., he would have warned me off.  In short, a very pleasant person to have working in one's home. Recent Review: We wanted to repair some rotting flooring in our bathroom underneath our tub. They gave us an estimate on tiling the whole bathroom. They were very receptive as far as coming out and giving an estimate quickly. They do the estimate on site. They seemed very organized and were easy to work with. Their bid was pretty high, though.

Recent Review: Very efficient one- person, one- day removal of old tile and installation of new bath and wall enclosure. One side of the bath wall is angled slightly due to mansard roof design, instead of being a straight wall. The challenge was handled expertly. Cost, although in the thousands, is well below what a total remodel would be. Would recommend New Bath without hesitation. Am saving to have second bath remodeled by New Bath.
