Recent Review: There are a number of "solar" companies who will promise all sorts of things. Structure Green is not only professional all the way (with estimates, options and installation) they handled the permitting, city inspections AND assistance with filling out the rebate / tax forms. Simply put, do yourself a favor and use Solar Green ( it's stress free ).
Recent Review: Matthew Newman owns the business and we are just delighted with them. It was expensive. We dealt mostly with Matthew and his head installer. They were very prompt. Matthew came and explained the whole process. We talked to a lot of people and we chose him. He explained all our options and he worked very hard with us to get financing done and when they started the job they were here early every morning. They would usually work until two or three in the afternoon when it starts getting really hot. It took them a week and a half to get the system up. It's 64 panels, it's a huge system. As far as the end results, right now I have a $133 credit for electricity! If we have to expand the system I will definitely be calling them.
Recent Review: In a power outage the changeover to solar is stemless. If I produce more energy than I can use, I have a sell back feature and sell to the local energy company at a much reduced rate than they charge. Overall very satisfied
Reviews in Greenwell Springs to Repair Solar Panels
Researched solar energy and Sunpro Solar and found both to be beneficial in reducing energy costs and decided to go with this company. Energy costs were dropping until entering the months of June and July with extremely hot and sunny LA days. Received the bill for usage for July usage in August and it totaled more than before the panels were installed. Called the Sunpro company, talked to Shannon Brewer, he requested copies of Entergy bills. I faxed copies of last 3 months of Entergy bills, I continually explained that something must be wrong with the system for the bill to be higher than before panels were installed because nothing had changed in our pattern of usage. His response was to compare last year's usage at this time to this year's energy usage, and how it had dropped. My question then became if we have dropped energy usage why am I paying more? We went round and round about energy usages without my question being addressed, Why is my bill more now than before the panels were installed without him providing an answer? All we wanted was a qualified tech to come out and check the system, if working correctly on sunny days the panel SHOULD produce energy. In their mission statement, it states that they work for customer satisfaction, "providing the best warranty service AFTER installation". I monitored the system and supplied Shannon with video and picture proof of my concerns. An example, On 8-20-16, I monitored the system. Panels came on at 8:10 a.m. despite sunshine starting from 7:30 a.m., and the panels worked until 12:50 p.m and then shut off despite sunshine remaining until 3:00 P.M. when it started to rain. Even the company's own website showed the panels underproducing when they were working and stopped the times I mentioned. I have videos and pictures to prove this. Even after supplying video and pictures to Shannon showing him what I precieved to be the problem. On 8-21-16 at 9:00 A.M. Panels shut off in broad daylight when sun is shinning bright. His response he was willing to come out by Friday and this now Sunday when I am writing this review. This is from the companies own website--If you purchase a solar system, you won't need to be the "middleman" between the production and installation companies and will never have to physically return a product for a warranty claim to be processed. If filing a claim is required, the dedicated service department at SUNPRO will arrange all contacts with the applicable manufacturer for repairs or replacement at no additional cost. With a SUNPRO warranty, you don't have to worry about a thing. Clearly this is not the case with us.

They installed solar panels as per contract. They were on time and removed all material when done. I had roof damage from a storm and they repaired it at no extra cost. So far I am happy with this company and plan on using them again for house repair.

I was considering 3 companies to do the work. They provided the best deal. The installation went very smoothly; finished in a day. Very happy with the process to that point. Had some problems with some logistics afterward. The papers weren't processed properly to iniitally run the solar panels (it took 2 months till we figured out the electric company hadn't 'turned on' the panels). There was also some problems with the paperwork for the tax rebates that slowed things down. I talked to the owner Mark, who was very sorry for the problems and offered a small refund, even though we don't really know what happened. He wanted to be sure I was a happy customer, which I am. I was impressed by his professionalism. However, I'm still not seeing the savings that I was told. I've had my house energy audited, installed Nest thermostats, and still not seeing a major decrease in my KWh usage. I can only assume that we are having a hotter season than last year; hoping to realize savings next year.

We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. I never felt like I was a burden and she always returned my calls if I had to leave a message. The complete team with Sunoro were professional and eager to help. Satisfied with new solar system and looking forward to enjoying savings on electric bills.

It turned out great. There are alot of firms that are in the solar panel market who lack in the financial background or are not qualified. I wanted to stay with someone that will be around in case there is any minimal work that needs to be done even though they don’t require much maintenance. I also wanted to stay with someone that stood behind their warranty and they have. They are a notable firm.

We had a wonderful experience. They were very professional and very helpful. They seem to be a very outstanding company. They've done a wonderful job installing the solar panels in my home. They called to make sure that I was satisfied and that my experience was standard. They were very nice. It's beautiful.

The appointment was scheduled at our convenience which was on a Saturday. Craig with Optimize was on time and brought materials to review with us about the Generac units, warranties and service plans. He was able to answer all of our questions and was the second person we contact about whole-home generators. Craig was so knowledgeable and so professional that both my husband and I decided to go with his company. While we had Craig there, I decided to ask him about solar panels. My husband and I had just briefly discussed solar panels and was still unsure if we were going to purchase them. Again, even though Craig was called for discussing a generator, he was able to respond to our questions and then offered to come and perform a "shade test on the house. We called Craig the next day and ordered the generator and set an install date and again, Optimize was excellent in setting the set up on a date convenient for us. Within a day of the "shade" test being performed, Craig called and gave us the results and emailed us proposals of different panel units and followed the email up with setting another appointment to sit down with both of us and explain the details and bring brochures about the products. After explaining everything including the Federal incentive, we decided to install the solar panel system. Again, Craig was able to pull off having everything installed for both the Generac and the solar panels on the same days. I am pleased to say that both the Generac and solar panels are installed and working perfectly! It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional company who took our needs into consideration and was not pushy. I will and have recommended Optimize EGS to friends, family, neighbors and co-workers and I know they will not let me down for passing on a referral!
