Recent Review: Great! One of my big bay windows didn't meet their standards when it was delivered to their yard, so they re-ordered it. They called me in advance of the installation to inform me of this. Top notch product and service.

Recent Review: I had 17 windows installed by Windows World. The quality of the windows appears excellent. Installation was accomplished by crew of 4 over about 6 hours. Installation went well and windows appear to be well installed. One concern is that the caulk lines are wide in some windows and may indicate small measurement errors. When installing replacement windows into fully brick home, the replacement window must fit into the smallest dimension. This also may explain some but not all of these wider than expected caulk lines. My biggest concerns with job are easily fixed by Windows World with better training of the installation crew. On demolition of old spec house aluminum windows, a torch is used to loosen the tarry adhesive used in these windows. If care it not taken this tarry material can be splattered on drywall surfaces near the window as the glass and frame are removed. This stuff is very diffidult remove from any surface it lands on. The clean up after the job needs to be improved. It was not terrible but could have been great if crew spent an extra 15 minutes. Some areas were not well swept up. After the job is complete, the crew should remove the three big labels on each of the windows. I asked for this to be done but it was lost in translation so I did it myself. Also and finally, the last step a window installation crew should do before leaving the site is to clean each and every window inside and out to remove caulk, grease, old window tar, sweat, etc that are inevitable parts of this type of project. It was a big hassle to do this after the fact particularly after spending thousands for the installation. I think many and perhaps all these issues were related to the fact the this job was large and 2 more jobs were still scheduled for this crew that day. So overall I am satified with the project and would still recommend WW but I hope the local Windows World of Baton Rouge francise does read this review and will make some simple upgrades to the training of their installation crews. In anycase new Windows World clients should be aware of these issues and be prepared to closely manage the installation phase of the project and make sure you are are fully satisified before letting the crew offsite.

Recent Review: Tommy came out the same day I called him and gave a thorough demo of his window and a great overview of his company. After agreeing on the details he came out one more time to take exact measurements. The windows took two weeks from order to delivery and Tommy called to schedule installation as soon as he received them. Tommy's crew was quick, efficient, and skilled. All 17 windows were replaced and caulked in less than 6 hours. They put down drop cloths to catch construction debris and swept all areas when the job was finished. All of the old windows and materials were hauled off as well. Tommy stopped by during the installation and afterwards to ensure that I was happy with everything. Tommy is incredibly personable and was a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with him again.

Recent Review: They sent 2 crews out. One to do windows and one to do doors. Both crews were on time, extremely polite and highly professional. They went beyond traditional work ethic to ensure that every detail was addressed and to our expectations. Example, the French windows fit but left a small area of painted wood. When asked if there was a way to prevent reoccurring maintenance Chad used trim material to cover those areas, patiently cutting, fitting and sealing those spots to perfection making the overall appearance fantastic. When faced with fitting new french doors into an opening with very little tolerance, Eric and Adam were precise in adjusting the placement with the end result a very appealing entry. Both crews were highly customer service oriented and willing to do their best to provide us with a pleasant experience and a address any concerns we had. Upon completion of the project all debris and trash was removed as well as vacuuming inside and out. The windows were even hand washed! My wife and I are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend Relief Windows to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

Tommy's Windows did an amazing job. The crew showed up on time, were courteous and did an excellent job. I also appreciate the fact Tommy called to let us know about the order and came on site to see how the job was going. I highly recommend this company!

Of all of the professionals we hire to help prepare our morher’s Home for sale, Tommy’s Windows was the easiest to work with, we’re very punctual, did exactly what they said they would do, left everything clean, and exactly for the price quoted. We were very pleased with the quality of work.

From beginning to end - professional, punctual and great product. Tommy and his crew of Trevor and Brandon did an excellent job. We had some large and small aluminum framed builder-grade windows replaced. From ordering the windows to installation, the process only took a couple of weeks and was clearly communicated. Tommy was available for any questions we had and was proactive in calling us. And yes - folks showed up for installation on time and were done in an afternoon. We reviewed the work in other homes of a number of replacement window firms and this group's finished product/job exceeds any others we saw. First-rate folks and look forward to working with Tommy's again.

It went very well. They were on time and worked efficiently. Tommy and his staff are pleasant and very professional. We will hire them in the future to finish replacing the remaining windows. We have already recommended them to friends who may want their windows replaced.
