Recent Review: He knew exactly what he was doing. He tried to just replace a part, driving all over to look for it. But it was an old off brand so we decided to replace with a new faucet. He also tightened the faucet on our other shower.

Recent Review: This company falls over backwards for you! Starting with the owner Scott. He bent over backwards to get the remodeling done before Christmas. It was done Dec. 23rd! The workers Ken and Albert was so considerate, pleasant and helpful. I have two handicapped people living here and they went over and above to lend a hand with them! They helped one bring laundry upstairs. They helped get my husband into the SUV when it was icy outside. They put some salt down for me and so much more! They were very concerned and caring about their workmanship! They arrived on time and left in a timely manner. They were keeping us informed about there progress. We had to wait some on the door and in the meantime they put in a plastic curtain so that the shower could be used. Augie and Edger put the door in and were pleasant as well. They used Adams Plumbing for the plumbing work and I feel bad I don't remember his name, but he too was awesome! Very pleased with their work! I would definitely use them again!

Recent Review: Excellent. He had to leave and get some custom parts but essentially did everything right. He's very experienced with a broad knowledge of home repairs in general and gave good advice on other topics we mentioned. Norm's plumbing are the only plumbers we'll call. If their busy, we can wait.

Called to fix dripping shower head.. Looked it over, gave a Quote and  than rebuit the faucet with new parts.( approx $20.00)  Charged $350.00, took LESS THAN 30 MINUTES and charged that much! No senior discount (89 years old) I believe he took advantage of us. Won't call again

I had a shower faucet leak and thought I needed to replace the Delta Monitor cartridge, and I could not figure out how to get the shower faucet handle apart. The lady that helped me at the service counter literally took me by the hand, walked me through the parts area to the showroom and specifically showed me exactly how to take the faucet handle apart along with some specific precautions. She also suggested that I only replace the seals in the cartridge vs. a total cartridge replacement which saved me more than $60. She was exactly correct. I finished the repair in less than 30 minutes. No more leaks!! She was awesome!

There were a lot of mistakes discovered. There are holes in the groat. The tiles are off alignment, The light fixture was installed crocked. The drywall behind the toilet was not installed right so when Henry put the tile on top there's a bulge. The shower faucet should be flushed with the wall plate but it was installed with a noticeable gap. I mentioned it too Henry but he indicated it's besause he had to add a pice of wood in between the wall for support. The shower door was incorrectly installed. The top track was cut to short and the bottom track was installed upside down which is why the glass door was not secure. I will eventually have to pay someone else to properly installed a new shower door. After the remodel my sink now gets backed up. Don't know if it's because of debris pour down during the project. I paid extra to have a cubbie hole added for bottles. That was done very sloppy and the edges started to crack after two weeks which could lead to water damage if it's not corrected. After the bathroom entry door was put back on I noticed some of the trim was cracked and the door was left gritty from groat and dust debris. The price was initiallty too high so I did my own painting and removed the border wall paper. Henry was very polite and did agree to redo the light fixure because it was first installed to low.
