Jerry and his crew were excellent to work with! We have a small kitchen and wanted to update it to be more functional and attractive. Jerry worked with our budget and helped us choose very nice cabinets. We had our electric and plumbing updated as well.

We hired Keith Schander to remodel our kitchen and it went great. My dream kitchen was completed in the Spring of 2019 - Keith and his guys were skilled, timely, clean and very respectful. After the project was done Keith checked in several times to make sure everything was holding up and recently came by to adjust the inset cabinet doors to make sure they were perfect! I would hire Keith again!

Everything went smoothly. Scheduling with Mike was easy. They were able to work around our tenants schedule as well. The entire process took less than a month (including two weeks waiting for the HOA approval). From the start of demo to completion, the entire work took 12 days! Very competitively priced for the quality, speed, and service that they provide. I will not hesitate to use them for future projects.

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The crew (Augie & Edgar) were outstanding!! They were courteous and friendly. They showed up on time each morning and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. The quality of the material and workmanship was first rate. A+ company!

Look no further....Apex is top notch!  We hired them to remodel our kitchen.  They did an excellent job!  I am so happy with my kitchen...words just fail to express just how happy I really am.  Scott was right on with the cost and time quote.   He helped me pick out cabinets and had some really great ideas on what could be done with our kitchen.  Mick, the project manager, was excellent in keeping contact with me about what was going to happen next.  He also answered any questions I had about the job.  If i had any further questions, I wold leave them on their voice mail and they would be addressed the next day.  Mick told me that the job had to be completed to my utmost satisfaction....and it was and went beyond my expectations!  The crew was really good.  We were extremely please with Tom and Larry.  They did a great job with the soffit removal, repair, paint, electric and awesome cabinetry.  Let me say this...they are excellent with their punctuality!  Very professional crew.  My husband and I are looking forward to a very long relationship with Apex as we make our new house...our home.  - Diana

CWOODSHOP, INC
Let me start by saying that the quote that I got from the Woodshop was the most expensive for the project of remodeling my kitchen, but because the Woodshop had a good reputation based on reviews on Angie’ List, Houzz.com, and word of mouth I made the decision to contract with them for the job. I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I am with the whole experience. In an effort to keep this from becoming too long I will highlight the main areas of concern below: - There were things that I was told prior to signing the contract which ended up being untrue or not honored by the Woodshop, The items were not important to the completion of the job but I feel it is worth mentioning. - There was a definite lack of communication from the Woodshop on important issues such as scheduling, project delays, and problem resolution. - There was also a lack of communication within the Woodshop. There were instances in which staff was not aware of important project details, which in some cases affected materials ordering. In addition, there were scheduling issues that resulted from the lack of communication within the company. - The design for the kitchen contained a flaw in the spacing of the cabinets that would not allow for the dishwasher door to open fully. It would open about two-thirds of the way and then come to rest on the side of the pantry cabinet. I was told it was because the unusual size of the dishwasher door (it’s a GE Profile). This was corrected by cutting back the pantry so now the door opens, but that caused other issues because the counter top installation was meant to be flush with the Pantry… - The cut outs for the built in dishwasher and refrigerator are extremely tight. So tight that dishwasher hose was causing the dishwasher to be installed at an angle and the appliance installer had to replace the rubber insulation with a much thinner version so that the door would close properly. At one point the pressure from the refrigerator actually caused the side panel of the built in to detach leaving a gap in the cabinetry above the fridge and the side panel. I want to note hear that all appliance measurements were given to them months in advance. When I questioned the sizing of the built in I was told that the built-ins are designed to standard sizes, not to the fit of my appliances specifically. This makes me wonder why they needed the specs to the appliances that I purchased? - The finishes were rushed and sloppy. It took several return visits from the woodshop and I still had to hire another contractor to cleanup some of the sloppy work that was done. - To this point there has been a lack of follow up and concern from The Woodshop. There are still issues that I am working to resolve and I am beginning to believe that I am going to have to pay another contractor to complete. This really is just a summary of the bigger pain points experienced with this kitchen remodel. To be fair, my kitchen looks good, some things were done really well. It took some time, but my kitchen functions properly with only minor flaws, but it was a definite struggle to get to this point. One last note; The owner of The Woodshop can be very convincing when he is standing in your partially functioning kitchen asking for final payment. I would recommend that you hold off until you are completely satisfied with the work. My husband and I didn’t.

This gentleman was on time and very professional. I determined that this was a good start but since then I have been calling contractors to do the full kitchen remodeling. Would call him for smaller jobs.

Never saw anything at all. Came at the end of the week and measured and asked us what we were interested in doing. Took almost 2 weeks to even hear from anyone in order to set up an appointment to see what they came up with. The night we were supposed to see something he tried to reschedule an hour before our set time. Something about it not having a few of the elements I requested in the drawing. (2weeks!!!!!) I asked him to still come and present what he had-for I could use my imagination. Besides- we had canceled our plans for this. Ten minutes before he was to be there he called saying that his computer was messing up and didn't feel he could present it favorably. I was told to name a time-any time. He would make sure his schedule was cleared for me. I rearranged my work for 2 nights later only to be told that doesn't work for him. I then offered time a few days after that in the afternoon only to be told that won't work either. I was told in a text that an early evening appt the beginning of the following week would probably work better. That text was over a week ago. Not a word since.
