Recent Review: Patty and Doug were very professional in how they handled our insurance claim for damage to our roof after a spring storm. Patty even identified damage to our siding that the insurance adjuster didn't see and then she worked with the insurance company to get our siding replaced also.
We had a new roof installed and couldn’t be happier!! If you need a new roof, hire Hugo and his men - you would be foolish not to. Our first contact with Sanchez Roofing was with the supervisor Marcial. He was straight forward, and always kept us informed of the progress. He was a pleasure to work with! The wonderful crew from Sanchez Roofing couldn’t be more professional or courteous. The roof and flashing looks amazing!! The crew went out of their way and went above and beyond to give us an exceptional new roof!! To tell you how conscientious these men were - we had packages delivered to our home when they were working and they knew we were not home, so they took the packages and put them on out back porch so they’d be safe! If we could rate Sanchez Roofing higher than an A we would. Hire them!! AAA+++

AAA Rain-Tite Roofing
AA-Rain Tite showed up when they promised and finished the job quickly and efficiently. A good while later a leak appeared seemingly under one of the flat roofs. AA-Rain Tite was called and they came immediately and recoated the area in question but indicated that they believed the leak was from the pitched roof which had just been re-shingled by another company. Awhile later the leak reappeared and this time we called the company who replaced the pitched roof. He came and caulked an area and called AA-Rain Tite indicating that it was their problem. They came in a couple of days, again resealed the area in question and showed us that the other company failed to place flashing between the pitched roof and a dormer in that location whereas flashing had been put in three similar locations on the roof. AA-Rain Tite then caulked the probable problem area even though it was not their mistake.

FMaris and Son Inc
Mr. Maris came out to look at the job while I was racing to meet him. After leaving work early, I found his business card in my mailbox. When I called the office they said he was in the neighborhood so he took a ladder and went up on a very high roof. The office said he would send an estimate out on Monday. This was followed by no estimate and multiple phone calls with no response. After seeing their truck in the neighborhood one year later, I stopped to talk to them and asked for my estimate. Since the truck driver was a family member, I thought he would just look up the estimate. He made an appointment for July 16th. I raced home--no visit, no call, no estimate. Several weeks later I received a call while I was at work that they were available and apparently near my house. I was at work, forty miles away. I will no longer rush home to meet with people this unreliable. Three strikes--you're out.

We recently purchased a commercial building which came with a "warranty" from All-Pro on a new roof they installed "three years ago." When the rainy season arrived there were leaks, interior walls of the building began to bubble, and the smell of mildew was overwhelming. We called All-Pro twice and both times got vague, disinterested answers to our questions. Each time they said they would "look for the paperwork and call back," which they never did. During the first call we asked him why the roof he installed was black while all the others in the area were white to which he replied, "The guy who's doing those other roofs, if you know him, his favorite color is white." OMG! At that point I knew what we were dealing with in All-Pro. Upon a professional inspection (after the fact) we've learned that All-Pro used sub-standard materials and installed the roof incorrectly. It obviously had problems from the beginning, before we purchased the building. The previous owners were told the leaks were from the tuckpointing so they spent money to have the entire building stuccoed, which quite obviously wasn't the problem. We are now currently in the process of having this disaster of a roof entirely removed and a good roof installed...at great expense. As an additional comment, the "warranty" that All-Pro provided for this job was a scanned copy of a SAMPLE warranty form! They don't even create their own warranties. All-Pro shouldn't be in business. They're dishonest, rude, incompetent, and don't stand behind their work!

FLange Roofing, Inc
This is not the first post I am writing for this company. I have issues with this new roof leaking and causing damage to the inside of my house and garage. It's was close to impossible contacting Roger Lange in the past regarding having someone come out and repair the problem. The warranty that was given when I purchased this roof isn't worth the paper it's written on. Finally someone was sent out and climbed a ladder ans I was told the repair was supposedly repaired. I'm am still experiencing water leakage with black mold forming on the interior walls. I am seriously considering taking legal action.

Company showed up on time and performed the job quickly and did a very good job of cleaning up all the mess. We also had another company coat three flat roofs. A good while after the roof was replaced we experienced a leak under the edge of one of the flat roofs. We called the flat-roof company, they responded immediately and re-coated the area in question while indicating they didn't think the leak was coming from there. Awhile later, we had another leak in the same place. We called Mortorano' Roofing and he responded immediately, caulked a little where his roofing met a dormer, said again that it was a flat roof problem and called another company for us. They responded in a couple of days and showed me where Mortorano had 1) not put flashing between the roof and the dormer (Mortorano did put flashing in three other similar locations)and 2)had only caulked as far as he could reach without a ladder when he was here earlier.

ASTA Roof Techs LLC
We had STA put a new roof on our home. We contacted STA because I noticed some shingles raising on our roof and felt that it would be a good idea to have the shingles tacked down to ensure our roof retained its integrity. Will had his crew up on our home and what turned out to be a simple fix turned into the need to replace our entire roof. This was due to what I believe was a scam contractor who did cut rate work for a cut rate price to the owner of our residence prior to our purchasing what is now our home. The previous contractor was long gone, despite having a transferable warranty. We bought our home a number of years back and at the time of purchase our new home had a recently installed roof. Unfortunately what was placed was a roof that was not supported by code or any degree of professionalism. Will went through each item that had to be done with the roof and the time to explain what was needed and why. We just had new gutters installed and I was sure that they were going to be damaged. Will and his crew were aware of this and took all of the precautions to make sure that our newly installed gutters with leaf guards were in their new and pristine shape. His crews arrived on time first thing in the morning as scheduled and despite a holiday, and several days of rain, worked through to ensure that we had our roof in the best condition as promised. We had several minor issues one of which was a broken clay statue that we brought from Thailand, but Will was more than willing to make it right. In the end, we didn?t claim the damage, because things sometimes happen. Some of our plants were a bit for wear, but given the nature of removing a significantly sized roof, there are some expected pitfalls. Overall, I would highly recommend STA for outstanding work, diligent and capable employees and overall a very professional company. My wife and I would highly recommend STA for any work to be done on your home.

ARS Roofing and Home Improvements
RS Roofing did a great job. Complete tear off of old roof, replacement of some boards only where needed, extensive high end underlayment used, great shingle alignments and details, ridge caps, chimney flashing, etc. all look amazing. Went above and beyond tracking down and installing new odd dimensioned replacement skylights. Clean up was immaculate, employees courteous and professional. Even threw in some restoration and roofing on a shed so it would all match up. Old shed looks new again. Roger was great to work with and completed the work exactly how we envisioned it. Would definitely recommend and hire again ( especially now that we know he does decks as well...). Extremely happy with the job done and the costs.

ABob & Jerry's Roofing
They replaced my roof, but after a year the roof starts leaking, I called them they fixed it, but the roof is still leaking, they already came out 3 times to fixed it but still up to now, my roof still have leaks. UPDATE: The owner Bob came out to look at my roof, and admitted there were things that he looked at up there, and did not like. He fixed the problem. Since then there's been a lot of rain ,and no leaks. Highly recommend these guys.
