Recent Review: we called Roger because we had a leak in the roof. He came out on a rainy day( and we have a very steep roof) and was able to fix the leak, replace the shingles and put new flashing around the vent. He also cleaned out the gutters. He was very professional, great work, looks like new. Will definitely call again if we have any other issues.

Recent Review: Hugo was wonderful.  He came out promptly even though we had a lot of snow on the ground. He advised me there was a more cost effective way to make the repair even though it meant we didn't need his services.  We referred him to a friend who had a major roof emergency and she was very impressed and pleased with his work and promptness.  Will definitely use Sanchez Roofing for our next project.

Recent Review: STA Originally came out in November 2013 to assess a roof leak that we suspected was coming in around some solar panels located on our roof. We just bought the home in August 2013 and after a major rain/wind in November encountered a leak in my son's bedroom; we suspect the solar panels are about as old as the home, built in 1978. The rep provided an estimate for the repair for around $300, but asked if we were members of Angie's List.  When we indicated we were, he recommended that we instead purchase the Angie's List special for a roof inspection, indicating that as part of that the entire roof would be inspected, and the leak would be repaired under the inspection.  The roof inspection was about $170, saving us about $150 to repair the initial leak and have a couple of other minor patches done around some flashing that they found needed addressed. After a severe snowy and very cold winter with a lot of freeze/thaw in late winter, roof leaked again in same location in Feb. 2014.  Called STA, and they repaired again for no charge.  However, with the old solar panels and location of the leak, this looked like it would be an ongoing problem and we considered just having the solar panels removed.  After the Feb. 2014 repair, the owner of STA wanted to personally come inspect the issue.  Phil came and took a look at the problem, and as part of that, I asked that he provide a quote to remove the solar panels and replace that portion of the roof with shingles. After looking around, Phil indicated that he could repair the leak again, but given the age and condition of the solar panels, the leak would probably continue to be an issue and recommended we remove the panels if we were willing to do so.  He gave me a quote on the spot with a "gentlemans agreement" to complete the work next week on a hand shake and no up-front payment.  The quote seemed reasonable and I agreed to the work, but did get an official quote on paper for my own peace of mind.  $1,250 for the removal of the solar panels and replacement of the roof. The STA crew came out that following week, removed the solar panels, and per Phil's suggestion, also relocated an attic vent to prevent short circuiting of air flow in the attic to help extend the life of the roof (roof on entire house was only about 1 year old).  Crew knocked out the work in one day, removed old solar panels, replaced that portion of the roof.  Thoroughly cleaned up areas around the house after completing repairs and removed all trash from repair. Although leak eventually led to this more expensive repair, I agree that it was necessary, and was very pleased with all of the work, from the initial assessment/fix to the final repair, that STA provided.  The removal of the panels and roof repair is backed by a 5 year warranty, and I have no doubt STA will stand behind it if necessary.  After meeting Phil personally, I believe that STA and their crew provides professional, honest service with the customer's satisfaction in mind during the process. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them for any roof work needed.  While I hope that I don't need their services again in the future (except maybe an annual roof inspection), I would use them again in a heartbeat if needed.

Recent Review: Work-wise, Kusiak was great. Someone came out the day after we called to quickly look at the leak, then they sent out a repairman the next day. He came one day to inspect and tell us what he suspected was happening, but couldn't do much because it was winter and everything was frozen. A few weeks later, he returned unannounced to clean off and salt the affected area, then returned a week later to make the repair. The repairman was quick, efficient, and very nice, and I was pleasantly surprised by Kusiak's follow-through. My only complaint would be little communication. We never received an estimate, nor where we notified in advance that the repairman would be coming (luckily I was on maternity leave and was there). The repairman said he didn't deal with the estimate or billing, but that we should receive info from their office, which we didn't. Fortunately it was a small repair and not overly expensive, but we still should have received an estimate in advance. We would use them again in the future, but we'll take it upon ourselves to follow up about pricing and scheduling.

Recent Review: A roofer supposedly fixed a leak in my roof. At the next major storm, it leaked, in the exact same spot, again. My 'guarantee' from the previous roofer did no good, when he did not respond to my repeated phone calls. So I called Korellis. They were very nice and professional and offered a prompt appt. to come out and fix my roof. They said they have leak chasers who's sole job is to find and fix roof leaks. However, he would not give me a price or an estimated price and only told me that it would cost at least $300, to get them out. The final cost would depend on the actual work done. Now, I don't usually like to deal in cases like this, so I looked for another roofer who would give me a better idea of cost. I just didn't think I needed a crew of leak chasers working on my roof at an undisclosed amount of money. Had I not found another roofer, I probably would have taken a chance with Korellis, because of the professionalism of their sales person.

Went very well, Roger came out within a few hours after my initial email through Angie's List. He assessed the damage and went up to find the leak an make an initial repair. After waiting for a substantial rain to determine if the leak was actually found (cathedral ceiling so finding leak isn't always easy), he went back on the roof and made some additional repairs to another section just to be sure. He has been back several times to make the repair to our kitchen ceiling and just finished up with the final sanding of the joint compound and applying the primer. He also rehung a kitchen cabinet for us and made a quick fix to a loose piece of siding on the outside of the house. He did have to reschedule the inside ceiling repair a few times but not a big deal for us as he came out within a few days to proceed with the work. Nice guy, would definitely hire again and I highly recommend.

We were more than satisfied. And when we had a small roof leak two years after the roof was installed they fixed it right away and then sent a drywall person to re-drywall the leak area. They just do GREAT work.

Mr. Sanchez and his crew were wonderful - they came when scheduled, worked hard, were very tidy with cleanup and professional in every way.  My neighbor came over to meet them and already has said she will contact them the next time she needs roof work.  The price was exactly in line with the original estimate and there were no surprises.  Also, the new skylight is more beautiful than I imagined and, of course, no longer leaks.

BEenigenburg Roofing
The roof work was initially completed in November 2013.  We had just purchased the home and discovered a roof leak two months after moving  in.  The roof  was 19 years old.  By the following spring, some of the shingles were lifting.  We contacted Eenigenburg and they immediately responded and made the necessary repairs without a question.  Since then we have had no problems.
