Recent Review: First, EF Marburger had a huge selection to choose from and surprisingly were very competitively priced versus big box and other flooring stores. Several consultants offered their opinions on flooring which let us to an educated decision. Flooring arrived early from factory and install was scheduled. Their installer "Hector" was EXCELLENT and did a great job on a pretty straight forward install but he took his time and made accurate cuts which made the floor look amazing. Our overall experience was an A+++.
Recent Review: Very well. They gave us an estimate appointment within a week of calling. Initially, they weren't going to be able to complete the job for 3 weeks, but because the house was going on the market, they moved it up to 1 week. They initially told us it was a 3 day job, but it took 4 days of work over about 10 days total; they used 2 groups: one for everything but the shower doors, and one for the shower doors themselves. There was a 5 day hiatus between the 2. Besides that, they were extremely accommodating and we didn't even need to be home for them to do the work (we gave them a house key, and nothing was stolen).
Recent Review: The first time we ordered the flooring back in June 2012, I called and placed the order over the phone since I was unfamiliar with them and had lots of questions. The woman I spoke to (forget her name) was wonderful and answered all my questions. The flooring arrived within the week. Only bad part was that it gets delivered curbside (61 boxes)and we have a long uphill driveway so it was quite a workout for my husband and nephew. We loved the flooring so much that we decided in February 2014 to get rid of the remaining carpet in the bedrooms and purchased the same flooring only this time I did it online. Was super easy and we are extremely happy with our purchases. We saved thousands by going to Floors to Your Home as we had originally gotten a quote from one of the big box stores and it was astronomical to say the least. For what they quoted us, we bought the flooring and had it installed (glued not floating), painted all the rooms and baseboards, had a pocket door installed, glass tile back splash installed in kitchen and natural stone wall surrounding fireplace! We did the demo of all the old tile and carpet ourselves but we still didn't spend what the big box store wanted.
Recent Review: Some of the flooring boards had moved, exposing the sub floor near the base of the wall. Adam came out, pulled up the trim, and put in some wood shims to keep the floor boards from moving any more. I think the boards were cut too short to begin with. This is why they could move so much as to expose the sub floor. Adam did the original install and had fixed these boards once before. However, it has been almost 2 years and he still is happy to come out and stand behind his work. He is very conscientious and does good work. I will definitely use him for more flooring work.
Recent Review: Indy Home Design Center is a great place to get ideas and samples for home redecorating / remodeling. We found a hardwood product with multiple plank sizes which we just loved and couldn't find anywhere else for our home. Genta, the owner, recommended Rob Wright Custom Flooring for the installation job. Rob and his crew are first class and very professional. They did a great job removing our old floors and installing the new. We are extremely happy with the end results.
Recent Review: We purchased a Trinity home back in 2004 and the flooring was installed by Kermans. This past year our Armstrong vinyl flooring began to shrink and pull away from our cabinets in one corner. The floor was still within Armstrong's warranty period but Armstrong said they couldn't do anything for me even though it says in their warranty that shrinkage would be covered if the floor was installed using Armstrong products. Fortunately, Kermans stood behind the floor and prevented me from having to argue the warranty with Armstrong..saving me much time, aggravation and I'm certain a futile battle. Doug and Brian came out and repaired the floor, going so far to extend the cabinet kick board to cover the staples used to hold the floor down. They also went over and beyond what I requested by calking and sealing the seams in the vinyl that were slowly comping apart. They also fixed a small hole in a carpet caused by a pet that I pointed out in passing. Needless to say I couldn't be happier. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled.
Reviews in Greenwood for Natural Stone Tile Installation
Installation went very well. Jeremy was a true professional, and his work was flawless. I was amazed at how quickly he was able to get the job done. We plan on using him again for kitchen and bar backsplash in the very near future, and we will likely use him for an entire master bathroom remodel.

It turned out so amazing! He bent over back wards to make us happy. Very professional, very clean, and kept a very clean work site. He also does any type of flooring (hardwood floors, tiles, etc). He was very reasonably priced.

Tom was an hour late for our estimate and did not call to let us know until he was 15 minutes away. The price he quoted us was a great price relative to the amount of stone we were purchasing and having installed. It took a few days to get the final estimate and Tom worked us into the schedule quickly. Mike, Marcus, and the other workers were all very professional and did good work. After 6-months the grout in a few sections of the floor started to crack and crumble. One of the stone tiles in the transition from the kitchen to the dining room cracked as well. Tom came out shortly after I emailed him to see what repairs would be required and stated that the cracks were do to the shifting floors in our old house. He recommended replacing the grout with a silicon based grout to add flexibility. While Tom was at our house we had him give us an estimate for another project. Three weeks went by without hearing anything from Tom regarding scheduling repairs and providing the estimate for the new project. After numerous unreturned emails and voicemails I finally got a response after threatening to file an official complaint with Angie's List. In the end, Supreme Surface came out and made the necessary repairs and we are happy with our kitchen. The lack of responsiveness and punctuality was a big headache and a big point of our frustration with Supreme Surface!

Great experience. I contacted Doug by phone after viewing his Angie's List reports and photos. We spoke by phone and arranged a time for him to come give us an estimate and recommendations on tile. He was punctual and helpful as we discussed options on the project. He recommended that we visit a tile shop that he has a relationship with and we would be able to purchase the tile directly from the tile shop but at a significant percentage off retail. Once we selected the tile, Doug was proactive in contacting me for an install date. He picked up the tile from the tile shop and arrived on time on installation day. They were super clean and neat, no dust or mess and all of the cutting was done outside. Doug and his two assistants were polite and professional and did all the work as promised in the time frame and budget estimated. I would hire them again. I would recommend them to my friends and family...and to you!

Greg Miller was great to work with. I had another quote from a firm that was $10,000 higher for the same type of work, but Greg had more creative ideas and used higher quality materials (custom cabinets and natural stone flooring for example). Our project in the master bath was a total gut down to the studs/drywall and the hall bath was just countertops, sinks, faucets, mirrors and lighting. He answered all of our questions and was very fair with any changes we requested along the way. His workers were neat, hard working, polite and dependable. The tile work using natural stone was outstanding!

The home is an older home and always needs some adjustment before anything can be installed properly. They leveled the floor and installed with pristine care the stone making sure that the coloring was integrated beautifully. It was installed with the care that any home owner would be proud.

From the first contact the process was smooth and very professional. 1) Responded quickly to online request 2) Arrived right on time for measure and quote 3) Accurate and fair quote that was the price we ended up paying (always a good thing!!!) 4) Installation crew (Zac and his team) very courteous, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves very day 5) Took good care of our walls/doors/carpet through rest of house 6) Ran a little over the scheduled time for installation so came back on Saturday for a few hours to finish everything off Very impressed - thank you all

FSupreme Surface Inc
Starting off Tom & Phyllis Munro were both very responsive to our initial questions and concerns about their products and the installation process. Once deciding to use Supremem Surface our initial understanding was that natural stone was the best you could get, the most durable and not to worry. Well I find this to be somewhat overstated or wrong. Yes the stone is beautiful but extremely porous and scratches like you wouldn't believe! My first disappointment came as soon as they finished the job and got paid--huge mistake! I first noticed that the transition from the newly installed stone floor (travertine) to the carpet had a huge flaw in it----not only was there an unleveled transition from one room to the other but the carpet was not stretched back into place. There were bubbles/pockets in my carpet that were about an inch high. The worker actually pushed the carpet under the metal rail around the stone floor with his HANDS and STAPLED the carpet! I explained to the worker that was unacceptable and that I wanted my carpet restored to its original position and he then informed me that he was not a carpet guy and did not have the proper tools to comply with my wishes. When I called Tom and Phyllis to try and get the matter resolved they told me that my carpet had to have been loose from the beginning and they have never had that problem before. I then informed Tom that that was not the case --there was absolutely nothing wrong with my carpet before the installation of the stone floor and there was no way that I would believe this problem has never surfaced with his past customers. Bringing closure to my first complaint--I had to pay Warren's Flooring $105.00 to remove the staples, fix the drop by raising the carpt and re-stretch my carpet back to its original position. They did a fantastic job! My 2nd complaint was that my bathroom wall had been damaged (a deep gouge) and the door frame had a 4" long piece that was broken/completely pulled away from the frame! The worker did his best with the broken piece but I will have to repair the gouge, sand the wall then paint the room as I could also see where my bathroom cabinet USED TO BE! My 3rd complaint is that I will have to repaint my kitchen walls and get every wall with baseboard (except for one) either replaced, repainted---caulked and pay more money out to have quarter rounds added. Why? Because when Supreme Surface replaced my cabinets they reinstalled them about an 1 inch off. Now you can see in several places up and down the wall old paint indicating places where my cabinets USED TO BE! There was only one area in my kitchen were the baseboard was caulked at the top and looked decent (one wall out of four). The rest of the baseboards in the entry hall, laundry room and bathroom are in terrible condition as well and all were damaged during their removal and reinstallation. A friend even pointed out to my husband and I two spots where the baseboard is completely off of the floor! I called several times about this too and could not get a response. I just called Supreme Surface again last week (April 11, 2011) to ask if someone would come out because the baseboards under my cabinet sink and island are completely loose. To this day I have not gotten a response from Supreme Surface. My 4th complaint is that while the workers were installing the backsplash one of the workers (which I saw with my own eyes) accidently got cement on my granite top and during his attempt to remove it used a razor blade which left an 8" scratch on the surface of my island. As history dictates wouldn't you know it---- couldn't get that fixed either but I paid them $6,000 to give me a damaged granite countertop. To top this off--the workers threw the excess/cut pieces of stone & sand onto my front lawn. I had inquired to Supreme Surface about installing the under mount lighting --this would have cost me $40 bucks for a kit of 5 lights from any hardware store and maybe $100.00 to install using mostly any electrician or handyman but Supreme Surface was going to charge me $500.00. So, would I use this company again--NEVER---recommend them--NEVER--report them to BBS--CERTAINLY---take them to court--thinking about it!

Very well from start to finish. The stone tile I had purchased (not through them) was not easy to work with. It was low quality, not cut square or with the same thickness. Despite the extra effort it took to install well, they quoted the job very competitively, knowing ahead of time the quality of stone tile they would be working with. Very polite and hardworking guys. Will use them again.

Price was good and general workmanship was excellent. Communication between BD and their installer and myself where horrible. Plans, pre prep, seizing, followup etc was seldom if ever completed in a timely manner. On 4 separate occasions I had to stop by store for face to face followup that was not completed even after promises. Even after all these problems the final cleanup was never completed. While the finished product looked good I would not recommend BD, the surrounding communication problems were just to much.
