Recent Review: Before Randy came, he advised me to purchase a new fan so that if the old one was kaput, he would have one available to put up. Randy came at exactly the appointed time and went up to the attic to look at the old fan. It was broken so we had to use the new one.  He then went right to work and although it looked difficult to me, Randy assured me that taking this old fan out of the attic roof was not especially difficult. After having done this, he put the new fan and motor in its place and turned it on to be sure it was working. I felt he did a very effective and efficient job.  He then showed me how to regulate the temperature at which the new fan would turn on.

Recent Review: Very professional. We thought the fan would need to be replaced. Tracey was able to clean and service the fan and return it to working order. Charged us for a service call. Very fair price and did not try to replace something that was repairable.

This company proposed work for which I did not need. Mr. Quick's estimate was $2736.75. Also Mr. Quick wanted $59.00 for transportation charges to come and give the estimate. NO free estimates.
