James Cook is the most remarkable handyman I have ever used. For the amount of work he did the price was unbelieveable. He tiled an completely remoteled two bathrooms, laid hardwood flooring in my entryway and down the hallway, snaked and cleaned every drain in my house including the exterior drain, installed a new kitchen countertop and dishwasher, hung new lighting in the kitchen, placed new hardware on my cabnet doors and applied wainscoating to the bottom of my snack bar. James so many small things in my home, ie: garage spicket, doorbell, curtain rods, so many minute things to many to list. James even but in a new electrical box in my garage with new outlets. And, believe it or not he actually hauled all my old vanities and remodeling trash away. I didn't have to rent a trash dumpster which saved me bookoo bucks. James has been building and remodeling homes since he was a yount man. I think you would be hard pressed to find anything needing repaired or updated in your home that hames has done. If you need anything fixed at a greater than fair price he's your man. He was honest, my husband and i were at work eachday and never worried about James being in our home alone. He is hardworking and managed to have my endless list completed within four weeks. Needless to say, I am compiling a new list for him to do in the spring. I plan to enlarge my patio, udate the outside lighting and add a new garage door. James has insurred me he can do it all and I believe him. He is also one of the most meticulous handman I have ever encountered. He did a fantastic job all around.
