Unfortunately, the left hand of this business doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I called on Monday to request that someone come to give me an estimate. I was told that they had someone available to come at 3:00 PM that same day (Monday) or on Wednesday at 2:00 PM. I said it didn't really matter to me. The went ahead and scheduled me for 3:00 PM the same day (Monday). I then get a call shortly after and am told that someone else had booked the appointment at 3:00 PM that same day, so they put me on the schedule for Wednesday at 2:00 PM. Ok, no problem. Shortly after that, I get another call (went to my voicemail) that the appointment at 3:00 PM today was available again. I called them back to say ok, only to be told that it was taken by someone else (yet again) and they would come out on Wednesday at 2:00 PM. I said, "Ok, no problem". Today (Tuesday), the day before they are supposed to come, I get a call from them telling me that they were very sorry, but they overbooked from a scheduling perspective, and they would like to reschedule me. I said, no thank you, please just remove my name from the schedule. The representative then said, we can reschedule you for next Monday (after the Thanksgiving holiday). I said, no thank you, please just remove my name from your schedule. I'm sympathetic to issues with scheduling and try to be accommodating, but this place is a complete mess, and I have no desire to do business with a company that handles potential clients in this manner. If they treat their prospective clients like this, how do you think they are going to treat a real customer.
