Recent Review: It exceeded our expectations. Tim, the project manager, had all phases of the work scheduled out and he explained beforehand how the company worked on projects like ours. He gave us a realistic budget and time line to completion. The carpenters, plumbers, electricians and painters that DAL subcontracted were professional and did meticulous work.

Recent Review: Initially, I had purchased a vanity that was the wrong size for the bathroom. Budget Handyman assist me with the return and with the selection of vanity that was the right size for bathroom. Workers reported to appointment timely, was professional. I will hire them again.

Recent Review: The process was very stress free and enjoyable. Carter came out and was able to show us all of the different options that Matrix had to offer and went into great detail on the advantages of the luxury product that they offer. At the end it wasn’t even a question of did went want the product it was how fast could we get it installed. The install only took two days and the crew that came to do it were very respectful of our house and super easy to work with. Now we have a maintenance free shower with a life time warranty that looks as good if not better than our tile shower. We would recommend Matrix 100% to anyone that needs to have there shower or tub replaced as we feel they were the best option out there after talking with 3 other companies.

Recent Review: Bath and Kitchen Experts did truly beautiful work in remodeling our master bathroom.  The owner Paul Jankowicz was very easy to work with.  He had concept on how he felt the remodeled bathroom should look.  We went to his showroom to look at cabinets, granite countertops, and a free standing bathtub.  We selected  chrome bathroom fixtures (faucets, shower head, towel bars etc ) based on Paul's recommendation, chandelier lighting over the tub, and bathroom mirrors with wooden frames for bathrooms above the sinks.  Floor and wall tile and wall paint color were coordinated with the owner's idea of what would look good and he hit it right on!  The work crew were truly great, polite, and very careful not to leave a mess every night.  His crew did excellent work and we could not be more pleased with their effort and craftsmanship. His work crew removed all existing bathroom cabinets, sinks, faucets,  shower, and a  built in bathtub with tile around it.  They gutted the previous bathroom and removed all items, put in new wall board  and plywood flooring where needed, redid the existing plumbing, electrical wiring, lights, and exhaust fan.  The worked crew installed and grouted the floor tile, wall tile, and shower floor and wall tile.   They created  a recessed soap and shampoo niche in the shower and installed a recessed light above the shower.   On the wall next to the free standing bathtub and bath tub filler they created a wall niche.  Recessed lighting was installed above the wall niche next to the bath tub, and the electrician installed a globe chandelier we picked out to hang above the bathtub, a truly stunning sight.  We asked the owner to make a free standing storage cabinet, 30 inches long by 18 inches wide, with a granite countertop, the same as the bathroom cabinets.  This was done and the cabinet was placed and anchored to the wall next to the free standing bath tub.  We are truly pleased and delighted with the work done by Bath and Kitchen Experts and highly recommend them.  It is a joy and pleasure to walk into the remodeled bathroom.

Recent Review: We highly recommend Design First. We needed our master bath torn out and redone due to water seepage behind the wall. We added some insulation as long as walls were open and chose to move the toilet and that involved some work with water lines and joists. We chose Design First because their price was competitive and they had positive reviews from others. This was a big investment for us, so we wanted it done right with experienced craftsmen and permits. We also liked the fact that they are very clear and transparent, listing all of the charges in this process upfront so you know what you are paying for before you agree to anything. They were very flexible with us supplying our own purchases and we made changes as needed along the way. The project manager, Derek, was terrific. He was hands-on as a supervisor and really quick to answer any questions we had. He got back to us within hours - sometimes minutes- and took care of any concerns. One example: after the shower was installed we did not like the shiny look of the silicone sealant applied at the base. The next day, they came out, removed it all by hand at no charge to us. The crew that worked in our home, headed by Damien, was skilled, cheerful and very efficient. They got our bathroom done ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with it, and would recommend Design First without reservation.
