The work went excellent. Juan and his team were on time, courtesy, patience and professional. Juan painted doors and hung them for me. They also changed the door hardware for the front and garage door to match the other doors in the home. Juan painted living/dining room, kitchen, hallway/stairs, closet and 1/2 bathroom. I'm already consider hiring again for other jobs.

Everything went really well. My unit had not been painted since the 80s and it showed. Walls were in a state of disrepair with broken plaster from previous water damage and flaking paint. Walter and his brothers did a very good job repairing and painting walls, extensive trim and ceilings. Unlike other painters who may want to up-charge you along the way for additional work they didn't expect, Walter stuck to his quoted price. I'll definitely recommend them to any family and friends who are in need of painters.

I hired John to paint walls in my new condo. He advised me on how to prepare the walls myself (in order to save some money). When I had completed the preparation, John came to paint the finish coats. He ordered paints for me, a marvelous paint called ''Aglaia'' (rhymes with ''papaya''), which is completely natural and non-toxic. John mixed colors to match my description and samples, and then painted. He kept in good communication with me while we were preparing to work. Arrived on time and took care to cover floors to avoid drips and spills. I recommend John, both for his natural materials and his easy going manner. He also does a technique called ''lazure'' painting shown on his website, but this is not what I had done.

North Shore Painting and Restoration did an outstanding job repairing and painting ceilings, plus painting walls, and sanding/patching and painting doors and radiator covers for our two bathrooms. Jose worked diligently and finished the job within 3 days. He left everything clean and neat, like new. Jose arrived on time each day, and Jiri visited twice to assure understanding of the job and timing of the work to be completed. North Shore Painting and Restoration did the job for a fine price; in fact, for literally half of the price of one estimate we received.

Went great! Very easy to book (via email and then phone) to get an estimate. Picked two consecutive days to get the work done. Very fast, very clean work. Two guys over two days to cover quite a bit of internal space and the external stairs. Actually arrived early, finished on time, communicated clearly. Completely cleaned up after themselves, covered and protected furniture. After two days, my life was back together so not disruptive at all.

Excellently, the workmen cleaned, prepped, insulated, dry walled, primed and painted multiple challenging substrates on an old Victorian home in Rogers park. Concrete coat over brick foundation, prime and paint floor, rafters on unfinished ceiling, protected all sensitive utilities sources, most surfaces received original finishes in 120 Year old house. No issues with solvent odors or debris problems. Very professional!

I hired Mr. Lewis to paint my downstairs walls. He showed up early so I didn’t need to call for an update which is something I take seriously. Not only was he respectful to me, but he was very respectful to my property. I have hired someone before to do my upstairs walls and I was not impressed with their work. Mr. Lewis showed me the mistakes that the last crew made, and he explained to me what I need to do if I need to touch up something myself. Lewis Painting and Construction will now be my go-to for any painting service I need.

Recent Review: Marius is IMPECCABLE -- his work is of the highest standard and he's done a variety of work for our home. without hesitation I would hire him again and again. his team is trustworthy. he truly cares about the outcome of his work. Last year we made the mistake of hiring a cheaper contractor for another job. We 'paid the price' in the mistakes, poor workmanship and mess from the other contractor. Bottom line: We have full trust in ML home interiors.

Recent Review: Overall I am very happy with the results. I had asked Magic Paint to paint walls and ceiling of one bedroom. The work was done very quickly and the results are fantastic. I had purchased the paint and cleared the room ahead of time which made for a quick job. I had some water stains which was covered up with a special paint whose name I can't recall. The point is that it was pointed out that a special paint would be needed and applied. I appreciate the extra effort taken to point out such things and to properly resolve it. We are going to hire Magic Paint again to paint our new home.
