ABob Jaacks Rustic Wood Fencing & Decks
Fantastic job. Jerry their salesman was absolutely professional and was able to give pricing soon after the survey of the project. The installers were amazing. My fence old fence was removed and the new vinyl fence installed in 1-1/2 days. The fence is absolutely beautiful. Extremely professional and competent installers. This is one of the few project were I feel the money was well spent. I thank Rustic Wood Fencing for their work.

Classic Fence installed a cedar picket fence in my backyard. They did a great job. The price was fair, and the work and materials were of a high quality.

AAMERICAN HOME FENCE
Solicited bid from American Home Fence after reading reviews on Angies' List. Project involved replacing an old picket fence with a new scalloped picket cedar fence around the entire backyard. Their bid was in the same ballpark as the 3 other companies who bid on the project, but they came in just a fraction lower than the others. Dave and his crew were great - very professional, did a great job and very nice. They even dealt with my less-than-cooperative next door neighbor and replaced a small section of fence for her as well. The fence is beautiful. I would definitely recommend them.

AAdvanced Fence & Gate
I had waited 6 weeks for a landscaping company to hook me up with their fencing subcontractor. I called Advanced Fence & Gate directly and Todd came with a truck full of wood samples and product photos. He drafted a contract on the spot and sent me more photos by email in the next few days. They quoted me a price half what the landscaper/subcontractor were charging, for a similar product. The team came at 10 AM and were all done by 2, I could not believe how fast this fence went up. it looks amazing and for the price I am supremely satisfied. Skip the middleman, just call Advanced Fence.

Estimator came out shortly after we requested an estimate. Woodmasters priced the replacement fence competitively. The installer was out within the 3 week time frame we were given. The fence was installed within a day.

ACEDAR MILL, INC
this is a premium standard installation over some other providers. Pre stained fencing with 5" posts looks awesome. Paid a bit more, but the maintenance free aspect is well worth it. Great professionalism from the initial call to the installation. highly recommend.

ASP Fence Company
We needed a higher fence to replace our current one, since our recently adopted dog jumped our fence with ease. We called a couple places to come out and go over options. Sergey from SP came over to our place, and was on time, very friendly and helpful in deciding on what fence was good for us. We decided after a meeting with another company that SP Fence was who we felt most comfortable with doing the job. They were great to deal with throughout the whole process, the crew showed up on the day scheduled and were very professional. They did an excellent job with the new fence, and tore down and removed the existing fence. We couldn't be happier with the service, and most importantly when the dog tried to jump it, he came up well short.

Classic responded to our request for an estimate promptly, provided competitive prices, installed the fence quickly and efficiently. The workmanship was high quality and the fence looks great.
Recent Review: The project was done 7/24/18. The workmen were prompt, courteous and ready to work. I already had a section of unused fence in my garage that fit the damaged area quite well. Although I had replacement hardware for gate, a trip to Home Depot was still needed. They did a fine job on the fence and the gate. Although somewhat costly, I would hire them again.
Recent Review: Three coats of drywall patching were used to patch three holes in a kitchen wall. While the patches dried, the broken board in the fence was removed and replaced with a new board. After that, the drywall patches were sanded, primed and painted with touch-up paint. We were very happy with the work done.
Recent Review: Ernie arrived on time for the estimate, and provided a detailed, written estimate and diagram of the fence. I liked the fact that all their fences are build with red cedar, and custom built on-site as opposed to built in the warehouse then shipped & installed. Our property has a big slope, so it was important that it be built to 'fit' the terrain. Most sections were 8 feet, but some sections were shorter because of the terrain and placement of previous fence posts / concrete bases. This was a 2-day job, and the 2-man crew arrived early, and we reviewed the plat of survey to make sure the new fence would be on or inside the property lines. They asked about how to handle certain issues with gates and fence sections butting up against mature trees. They cleaned up, and the fence looks great! Some of the fence boards were well above the ground due to steep slope, which could have allowed our small dogs to escape. However, upon learning of this Ernie went to HQ and brought back 15 new boards, and replaced those where there was a significant gap...so this solved the issue. My only minor complaint is that the office gave us very short notice (afternoon of the day before) as to when the job would start. Otherwise, we were very happy and would use Aztec again.
Recent Review: I was impressed with Eric/Golden Fence from the getgo. I got bids from four different fence companies, and their price came in in the middle of the range. However, his bid explicitly included the permit fees (Evanston is super hardcore about licensing and permits) as well as utility surveying so that they weren't digging into any gas or water lines. None of the other companies even mentioned utility surveys, even though they would all presumably be sinking deep holes for the posts. On the permits, the other companies either didn't mention them at all, or expected us to get them "if we really wanted them," which seemed shady since I was the one on the hook for any permit violations (and pulling the permit myself also would have required taking additional time off work to go to city hall). After we agreed to start work, it took longer than expected to get underway because of the rainy spring, and the crews needed at least three dry days in a row before they could dig without fear of the posts shifting in the wet soil. So even though we signed off in April, it took till late May to get going. I appreciate this care, but just don't expect a guaranteed turnaround. Once the crew was there, it took one day to take down the old fence and sink most of the posts, and by the end of the second day the fence was completely done. (We have a corner property and were working on three sides of our yard.) We didn't realize it during the estimate, but there was a big old vine that had grown all the way through the old fence and had to come down along with the fence. This definitely added some time to the work but they didn't charge me extra for the work or the haul-away. They were also willing to improvise a structure to preserve the vine if we desired, but that wasn't really practical in the long term. The fence itself is very well constructed and looks great. Many neighbors have stopped by to compliment the workmanship. A second crew had to come back a few days later to remove a grade difference that was exposed by moving the fenceline 18" back from the old one, and to build a retaining structure to hold back the grade difference (and moved 40' x 18" x 8" worth of earth to a different part of the property). They also took out two tree stumps and a shrub. Overall, a great experience. An owner who knows what he's doing and is very mindful of doing it right, and hard working, very capable (and friendly) crews.
Recent Review: Great, they did a quick removal of old fences, and put in posts the first day. Second day they installed a great fence that they built on site working around trees that were on the lot line.
