I was looking for repair of my in-warranty Jacuzzi. Bob called quickly and told me I should contact my retailer for warranty service. However, he did spend time going through the issues I was having and indicated what the most likely issue would be. He did not have to do that.

Service was good, but scheduling and initial responsiveness was difficult. I called approximately 4 times before I was able to get this scheduled. The first 3 times, I was told I would be called back. The call back times ended up either being received at different days/times then when I was told, and/or a call back was never received. On the 4th try, I was finally connected directly with the folks that did the work immediately. Happy with the work and outcome though.

The service was good; they came out and did everything. The one thing that kind of bothered me was that we wanted to cut the price down a little so we wanted to cut a couple of weeks of service out. He kind of rearranged it so that we cut those weeks of service out, but the price was still the same. That was a little unusual.

I am so thankful to have found Hot Tub Tonys through Angies list. My hot tub developed a leak at the beginning of the summer and I spendt the most frustrating summer calling people. It was one disappointment after another. People that came out, took my money and never repaired the leak. There were those that promised to come out and never showed up. There are NO hot tub repair professionals in the city of Chicago. Hot Tub Tonys was the first and only professional company I encountered. They answer their phone, they are extremely professional and responsible. they came right out in this horrible cold, drained and winterized the spa, isolated the areas needing repair and will return in the spring to complete the repairs. If you are a hot tub owner, save yourself the heart ache and go straight to Hot Tub Tonys.

Rich was our salesperson. From start to finish of the sales process, he was a professional and very knowledgeable. He walked us around the store and gave us both the technical differences as well as his personal opinions on the various brands of spas. We were looking for something top of the line and we discussed both the Jacuzzi and Sundance options. We ended up going with a Sundance Cameo and I reviewed prices quoted online as well as what other reviewers had spent on the same model and he was priced very fairly. Not only that, but he was very honest about what chemicals we needed, how to take care of the spa, and what things people would tell us to buy that we didn't need. He was not pushy but spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. I would do business with Rich again any time in the future and will refer him to anyone who is looking for help in purchasing a spa.

We had a pretty major leak in our hot tub after it was moved across country. Another company came out multiple times and told me they couldn't find the leak--that the spa would have to be lifted to find it. Just in Time found the leak in just 2 visits, replaced the part and got the tub up an running. Could not be happier! Saved me hundreds of dollars!

IS IT ONLY ME OR IS IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND SOMEONE IN THIS BUSINESS WHO IS RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO SERVICING A JACUZZI AT YOUR HOME? I'VE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH LUIZ. HE RECENTLY CAME OUT ON VERY SHORT NOTICE AS I WAS QUICKLY LOSING WATER IN MY HOT TUB. HE HAD TO COME BACK A 2ND TIME AS THERE WERE ADDITIONAL LEAKS BUT HE GOT THE JOB DONE FOR US (TWO BILLS AS HE CHARGED FOR EACH SEPARATE LEAK).

Contacted Wolf Spa for repair and service on our Coast Spa. The gentleman said they do not service this brand. I asked him if he could recommend anyone in the area and he told me to look up on the internet...really?? I can't believe in the this economy people aren't wanting to work...guess they don't need my business.

A representive of Russos came to our home to inspect of hot tub and provide an estimate for repairs. He identified the parts that needed to be replaced and promised to call us back. We haven't heard a word from him since his initial visit. I have called Russo's at least 4 times and sent them an e-mail on another occasion. If they didn't want to do the work, I wish they would just say so.

I called Russo several times. The first few times the person that answered the phone did not have a good grasp of English and was very curt and rude. I left a message with their voicemail asking to call me back, they never did. Since I didn't have many options in spa service, I tried calling again and eventually got a receptionist who told me that she would have their spa specialist give me a call to schedule an appointment. No one ever called.
Recent Review: Anthony came out to look at the leak we were having with our tub. He explained things clearly, answered any questions I had, and overall made it a very easy experience. I highly recommend these guys!

Recent Review: I cannot say enough good things about Matt and his company. I have a concrete in-ground pool that is over 20years old. When he came to close the pool last fall it really resembled a stangnant pond. In addition there were leaks, broken brick work on a spa that made it dangerous. We agreed to review repairs this spring. As I look at my pool today it sparkles blue. He hired a subcontractor to fix all the masonry and oversaw all the work. It was far cheaper than I could have managed to get on my own and looks amazing. For the cost of a standard opening he removed algae and years of limescale build up. I needed a new heater and chlorine dispenser, they were very reasonable and installed for very little hourly charge. I have new lines and an autofill installed - again for very little labor charge. He is passionate about his work and it shows, but his charges are very very reasonable. Both cosing and opening was significanty (as in less than half) what I was being charged by a different company. I would recommend Matt and his team to any one looking to have someone service their pool.
