Recent Review: The guys with Everseal were awesome! Did everything in three days. The receptionist was very nice too, she would call and let me know what was being done and when. They cleaned up and touched up anything that needed to be done.
Recent Review: They did a great job. They were able to complete 95% of the job in a week but were delayed because of another project that I had to finish. When I called to reschedule the last section, they came right away and immediately put me on the schedule to finish. I was expecting to have to wait for months, not days. I think this is a really good company.
Recent Review: called american waterproofing in early august and they came out immediately. they assessed the problem and offered a simple solution. i have two other companies come out, however their solutions were much more complexed and costly. american waterproofing won the bid with the simplest solution and lowest bid.
Recent Review: They were very thorough. Fortunately we didn't need to do it. They gave me a written estimate and told me exactly what needed to be done. Surprisingly it didn't cost that much. If I need the work done I can call them.
Recent Review: Mark and crew did tiling/sump pump work for us a year ago this past spring. I gave him an "A" review then, but wanted to provide an update...our property is lakefront in the Fox Lake area, and one week out of record flooding I am happy to say that we stayed tight and dry the entire time! That's more than I can say for almost all of my neighbors. THANK YOU MARK!! A+++++
Recent Review: He knew what he was talking about and was very helpful. He did the job that day and he initially gave me an estimate, which was a fair estimate. I got the referral from a friend and so he gave me a discount, but I am unaware if he still does the same. He did a good job and I will continue to use him in future.
Recent Review: John Sloss came to the house for an initial survey and recommendations. Once we decided to use their services, John put us on his schedule (3 months out, following massive flooding in the area). Thgis gave us time to prepare the basement for the work crew to do their tasks. The crew was professional and went steadily about their business. John also provided recommendations for a clean-up company and duct cleaners. Both were excellent.
Recent Review: When we bought our home we knew there were problems with the basement but we did not know the extent. ULB Dry helped us figure out what the problems were and what the right strategies were. They made thoughtful recommendations but never pushed us to do more work than what we felt comfortable with. They sealed some cracks, installed drain tile, and a sump pump plus backup. The crew who worked in our home was great. They worked quickly and efficiently and talked us through everything. They found an additional plumbing problem and helped connect us with a plumber who fixed the leak within 24 hours. In short: ULB Dry did an all around fantastic job with the quality of their work and their communication with us. Their sales, main office, and work team were all wonderful people who I would happily work with again (but also I feel confident my basement will stay dry so I probably won't need to).
Jim came and gave me an estimate ( about $1,900.00 under other estimates) explained everything in detail. Had great communication with Jim and Keith. The crew arrived on time and explained what they would be doing breaking the concrete inside around the perimeter laying Drain pipes and drainage boards installing sump pump repairing cracks in the foundation. Great communication and very respectful. This crew did an outstanding job! Since having this job done about 2 weeks ago we’ve had heavy wet snow melting and rain. No problems. Excellent job! Great price! I would definitely recommend American Crawlspace and Basement Corp. to anyone who is having seepage in their basement. Gina F. Lombard

Wonderful. We were moving into our new home and found the basement flooded. We needed to find a company to waterproof the basement and came across Aqua Dr. They're price was much better than the other companies we found and they're work was phenomenal. Shortly after, we found a gas leak and they came straight over (in between other jobs) to help fix the gas leak. Both times they worked quick, cleaned up very well, extremely friendly and if I had any questions after they finished, Chris was just a phone call away for help. I would definitely hire Aqua Dr again

Fernando was extremely responsive to give an estimate, then scheduled work promptly and showed up when he was supposed to and got the job done! Very happy with his work.

THE CREW WERE VERY NICE AND PLEASANT, AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. THE CITY IF WILMETTE PLUMBING INSPECTOR LOOKED IT OVER BEFORE THEY COVERED THE PIT WITH DRAIN TILE AND CEMENT. HE SAID THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND HE WOULD GIVE THEM A+. THEY DID A GREAT JOB KEEPING EVERYTHING AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE AND CLEANING UP AFTER. I RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY.

I was given one price when they came out for the estimate. It ended up being more than I thought after they completed work. They found more cracks during their work than what the sales guy found. They did reach out to help resolve any issues. I think knowing the exact price before starting the work is important than knowing who you are going to use and it allows you to make a judgement before knowing which company to go with. If I did use them again, I would want to make sure they are clear with everything before starting the work.

I FELT THE GENTLEMEN WHO DID THE JOB WERE POLITE AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THEIR DUTIES. EVERYONE I DEALT WITH FROM THE COMPANY WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.

OF THE WHOLE TEAM THAT WAS THERE I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEY ALL NEW THE METHOD. THERE WERE 3 OR 4 MEN WHO DIDNT TALK AT ALL, AT THE END OF THE JOB, 1 WENT OVER THE ENTIRE JOB. OVERALL UNDERSTANDING WAS IMPRESSIVE. THEY DID A VERY NEAT JOB. CLEAN UP WAS GOOD. FOLLOW UP WAS GOOD. APOLOGIZED BECAUSE THEY TOOK 2 EXTRA HOURS.

DPerma-Seal Basement Systems
The sales consultant was timely and informative. I appreciated the level of detail and communication. PermaSeal dictates the date and time of day for installation; there was very little client consideration in selecting an installation date and time. They assigned me a date approximately one month out. Five days before installation they emailed a confirmation and at Noon the day before they called to confirm the estimated arrival time, which was between 8-9am the following day. Then, at 6pm (so six hours after confirming and 14 hours before the job was to start) they called to say they no longer had a technician available and needed to reschedule for two days later. PermaSeal is part of a larger renovation project and I had coordinated three other vendors and deliveries around them, plus I'll be out of town during the suggested reschedule date. I explained this to a Customer Service and she said there's nothing she could do and that a Manager would call me "later that night" or "first thing in the morning." (Come to find out in a subsequent conversation that was a disingenuous statement, as the Manager wouldn't return until 9am the next day. I don't appreciate the dishonesty to get me off the phone.) I spoke with a different Customer Service rep this morning and she was AMAZING. She was helpful, solution-focused and honest. She got a crew to my house close to the originally scheduled time. The technicians were on time and professional. I give her five stars. I give PermaSeal two stars for the dishonesty and lack of client consideration in their scheduling. Oh, and that Manager still has not called me.

When they were onsite he saw the issue and it is not the type of work they perform. I appreciated the information he could give me. I received a two calls confirming the appointment, one from the office the second from the technician. He also called when he was 30 minutes out.
