David arrived on time and began work immediately. He measured and went to get new bath fan. Completed all work and cleaned up after. First time using a handymen man and we could not be more satisfied. Will use again in the future when projects arise.

AJeff Johnson Roofing
We called Jeff out during the winter when we thought we had a leak in the roof, there was no leak in the roof, but the chimney flue pipe needed to be replaced which caused the leak. The chimney flue and the bath fans were causing too much condensation in the attic, and we found out that the soffits did not have holes in them to help with the ventilation. Jeff suggested that we install a fan, and cut holes where the soffit holes were, and to install roof exhaust fans for the bathrooms. We were unable to do it in the middle of winter due to the snow on the roof. We called Jeff when the weather turned warm, he promptly scheduled a day to come out that fit into our schedule. He was supposed to have a couple helpers, but unfortunately they were not able to come out. That being said, Jeff ended up charging us less than he had quoted since he didn't have the additional labor even though it ended up taking him that much longer to do it on his own. Additionally, he didn't even charge us extra for removing an old antennae from the roof, sealing off the holes and re-nailing a couple pieces of gutter flashing that had fallen off during a storm. I felt that Jeff was very fair and honest with the work that needed to be done, especially compared to some other companies we had quoted. We will definitely be using him to replace our roof. Thanks Jeff!

Richard was on time and communicated clearly and promptly prior to the day of service. Our home had some complexity to it and Rich took his time planning the job once he arrived. His work was clean and the two ceiling fans look great as well as the bathroom exhaust fan. One project was ultimately not able to be completed and Richard was honest about this. Will definitely hire again for future electrical work! Thank you

He called to say he was running very late and came a few hours later. I was glad he called and it didn't matter to me since I didn't have any other obligations. He covered the area around the fan and removed the old one and installed the new one. He asked for a broom and dust pan and cleaned up nicely when he was finished. He also suggested I wash my towels in case any dust had gotten on them. I was pleased with his work and cleanliness.

George spent the day on the work as the ceiling fan was pretty complex and required a bunch of re-wiring due to the features we ordered. He also needed to add some greenfield in the two bathrooms because they were a difference size. We've used George on several occasions. As always, he was prompt, friendly, and did nice work. He also cleaned up his work very nicely.

The two techs arrived on time and started working. The ceiling fans were done in an hour and exhaust fans about two hours. They were professional and knew what they were doing even though they ran into some hiccups. One transmitter for the ceiling fan wasn't working so they called the company and a new transmitter is being sent out to me for installation. I am very happy with the work and the crew. They are very proactive and made sure everything was working properly.

The electrician arrived promptly at 1:00 as was scheduled. He went right to work and hooked up two exterior security lights. He then rewired an electrical outlet adding a ceiling fan switch and plug (3-way switch) and rewiring the ceiling fan box. There was already a non-working ceiling fan which ran only via remote control. Once he completed the job we were able to determine the fan itself was dead and needed to be replaced. The electrician was personable and professional. I plan to hire this company again to install recessed lighting and a new exhaust fan in my downstairs powder room.
Recent Review: Though his specialty is Casablanca fans, Dave is very knowledgeable about any brand of ceiling fan. On the specified day, he arrived on time and ready to get to work installing two Emerson ceiling fans, which he did quickly and efficiently. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed problems with two older ceiling fans. When a noise problem arose with one of the new fans a few days after installation, Dave returned at the appointed time and took care of it...without charge. We couldn't have asked for better service.
Recent Review: Todd was professional, courteous, and prompt in completing the work. Per my request, he installed a bathroom exhaust fan on the same switch as the overhead shower light. He cut a small hole in the ceiling to locate an electrical feed that was already in place and proceeded to perfectly position install the fan so that no patching or painting of the ceiling is needed. After completing the work he thoroughly cleaned up everything. The experience was so pleasant that I asked Todd to return to do some additional electrical work.
Recent Review: Ray was always professional and had good ieas to complement the plans and requirements that I had, to make the setup better and more useful. The work was done in one day, with good clean-up and explanation of operation. Ray came back promptly to explain a misunderstanding I had over which circuit breaker controlled what.
Recent Review: it was great. they showed up when they said they would, got the job finished a day ahead of schedule, and it look better then I thought it would. I have also had them do a few small jobs around the house to such as replace outlets and install new ceiling fans. no job is to big no job is to small for them. Volt Amp is the only way to go for any electrical work.
Recent Review: My wife and I were very pleased with the work that In Town Electric performed. They were on-time (actually 15 minutes early), efficient, took care of our home (used footies, cleaned up mess, etc.) and were extremely pleasant to deal with. Our guy Nick took the time to explain what he was going to do before he did it for each of the jobs we had for him, and he was easygoing and adapted to issues that we had with our older home (not the company's fault). We felt the pricing was good and fair. Great job guys!
