360 Electric
Recent Review: Earlier this year I wanted to update my panel from a screw-fuse to breaker switch layout. I also knew I had some double-tapped wires and wanted to get those fixed. In addition to this, I needed new wiring run from the basement to the second floor for a new upstairs laundry room. I contacted anywhere from 5-7 different electricians in town for my project and had about 3-4 actually come out to provide an estimate. What made 360 Electric stand out from the rest were two main things: the professional and courteous demeanor of Scott Sauder and the fantastic follow-up throughout the entire process, start to finish. Scott was the point person with whom I spoke with over the phone and he came out to do the initial estimate. He took time and answered all of my questions and was up-front about and potential variables that might arise during the project. Whenever we couldn't connect, he left detailed messages explaining everything I needed to know. Two workers from his crew were on-site for the job and they were also very courteous and respectful. I had a couple questions for them about new changes and next steps and they had great advice for me. I know some of these things seem like simple if not basic expectations, though I can't say this was the case with everyone I reached out to for the job. Be confident in considering 360 Electric!

Recent Review: Les and his sons are very professional. They arrived on time, did the work as requested and double checked with me if there was a question on something. They were actively working the whole time they were in my home. They suggested a few other projects that would make sense given where we were in our remodel project, but I never felt pressured to accept an upcharge. I am already planning to hire Les and his sons again.

Recent Review: Quite personable and willing to explain. Very happy with the work. NOTE: I initially called at about 400 pm and the person who answered sent me to voice mail. When I hadn't received a callback by noon the next day I called again and reached the dispatcher (or I assume, the owner) who apologized about forgetting to follow up on my previous call. The 'B' in responsiveness is from that error. Otherwise, the provider was quite responsive.

Recent Review: The work took longer than we anticipated, and so the price went up extremely.  They were not professional, but friendly.  Once we questioned the price, the owner and the man who installed for us begin to behave very rudely.  They were very abrasive and unprofessional.  The man had to go in our attic.  He had initially said installing an outlet in the office would not be a problem and it ended up taking two other men.  He had to come back and get two other men to go in the attic.  We understand it was difficult for the wire to reach; but he kept saying it was no big deal and they were good at that.  This was during our move, and we had million other projects going on.  He charged us for the hours and the men he used.  He made a big mess with the installation and without telling us that this was a huge difficult problem.  Had we known it was going to cost us over $700, which was over our budget then we would have declined putting in the outlet.  When we questioned the owner, he said it was fine and we could say anything we want and he would take a record.  He was trying to cordially discuss the pricing and he would show when my husband was at work banging on the door.  It was really abrasive.  He had not completed the job yet.
