Recent Review: Brian Markham began building two homes in our 55+ RV/home development in the late fall of last year (2011). We watched the progress of these homes and asked whether the owners were happy with their product and builder. We heard no complaints and the homes were looking beautiful. We were RV-ers at the time but after we saw these homes, we decided to build a new home for ourselves on our lot. Our experience with Markham Homes was great from start to finish. He completed our 1800 sq ft home plus1800 unfinished daylight basement in 4 months. The subcontractors he chose were timely and very professional. He also employs a few excellent workers that do the groundwork, cleanup, carpentry, and odd jobs that complete the house. He was always available by phone and in person when we needed to talk or meet with him. He also builds model homes in Deer Park, WA. We highly recommend calling Markham Homes if you want to build a custom home or are in the market for a model home.

Overall, this project went very well. I would definitely recommend Gottcha Covered to anyone who is in the market for a carport, large or small. The owners, Curtis & Bonnie, were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The quality and warranty on their product is exceptional. The carport we had built was 24 feet wide, 36 feet long and 12-1/2 feet tall to accommodate a 34 foot Motorhome and a Pickup truck. The crew was professional, friendly, and worked very hard. There was some extra leveling that needed to be done and Curtis was willing to do whatever was needed to ensure a quality building.

AStimson Contracting Inc
We spent most of the time out of town. Stimson kept in touch with us, finished the job on time, within the estimated price, and cleaned the area. We returned to a totally completed project, well done, and we did not have to supervise as we have had to with other building projects. We were impressed with the quality of the work done.

The project went great! I've been wanting project done for 9 years and nobody wanted to take my business or were too busy. Sergey was busy but he squeezed my project in. They were professional and honest. They cleaned up after. He checked with me often to make sure the project was looking the way I wanted. I would definitely hire this company again!

Terry showed up promptly when we called for an estimate. We liked his positive personality and sense of humor right away and felt his detailed and itemized estimate was very fair and reasonable. His estimate was accurate and there were no surprises.......we paid the amount we were expecting. I appreciate Terry being a perfectionist and felt like he was doing the quality of job he would do for himself or a close friend or family member. I never felt like he was trying to rush our job or slap things together in a hurry so he could get on to his next job and customer. His son and his nephew worked with him and it was a pleasure to meet them and see a work crew that didn't cuss, smoke or spit chewing tobacco. Terry is very organized and keeps a neat and orderly work site. He picked up all his construction debris on a daily basis and left the building site in pristine condition. He took care of EVERYTHING from getting the building plans approved by an engineer, to obtaining the building permit and ordering all the needed materials in a timely manner. He made the entire project very stress free for us from start to finish. Terry was also very flexible. When we decided to eliminate 4 inside posts and add metal sides instead he didn't miss a beat. He obtained the added materials and installed the two sides for very close to the same price as the 4 posts. We admire Terry's honesty, integrity and work ethic and look forward to having him come back in a few years to pour a concrete floor and install overhead garage doors. He thinks ahead and designed this building so we could easily finish it as a garage in a few years. The quality of his work is outstanding compared to other pole buildings we've looked at and we'd be happy to hire him again for any future building projects. Update: We forgot to mention that one of Terry's strengths is communication. He sent us numerous emails to keep us informed about the status of obtaining the building permit and materials. And when the job was done he gave us the extra lumber, colored metal screws and nails left over from the project. Also, our building site was very unlevel and required 26 yards of fill dirt and 20 yards of gravel in addition to the retainer wall. The cost of the extra fill dirt and gravel is included in the total actual cost of $15,826.87 including $1185.92 Washington sales tax. We also greatly appreciated Terry giving us BOTH the Angie's List discount and a senior citizen discount.

It's been a really good experience. My husband is an engineer and he's pretty picky. They put up all the exterior and they are put in a new road and gravel.

i have used DuPont construction since 2007 after a previous recommendation. All jobs were fairly priced, no surprises, excellent attention to the smallest detail, the ability to improvise when needed (as is sometimes the case when renovating or remodeling a space that has lacked attention for many years or has been abused), excellent communication between ourselves when discussing the project at hand. I cannot say enough about this working duo. They deserve a hearty handshake for jobs so well done. I think they could do a better job with one arm tied behind their backs than most! Definitely 5 stars in every area.

Work was done with poor craftsmanship. We are left to fix his screw ups. Did not pay bills to subs. We currently have two liens in our home for his nonpayment. Thankfully we have title insurance. He went way beyond the timelines. Was supposed to be done in May .. finally signed in October. Can not believe a word out of his mouth.

It was a very streamlined process. They built a high quality house at a very economical price, and it took less than 5 months from when the foundation was poured until completion. This was all during a very harsh winter. We were able to have our dream home built, since they offer a wide variety of great floor plans. The Adair team was very professional, honest, and conscientious. We are very happy with our wonderful new home.

The two people I worked with at Bunker, Jim Kerr and Randy Bundy, were generous with their time in discussing ideas and options for a 30 x 36 shop / garage that I plan to build. I had a number of questions for them as this would not be a standard pole building because of the terrain. In the end, I didn't go with them as I had a generous offer from a friend who is a builder. I initially considered Bunker from a recommendation by a friend who had a large lean to built by Bunker. He was more than pleased with the results and the short time it took to complete. I too was pleased with the dealings that I had with Bunker.

They are on Angie's List, that's where I got them from. The price included the building and the pouring of the concrete floor, and an 18 foot overhead door. They are excellent.
