Recent Review: We called Rebath after our daughter said they were having some bathroom issues in one of the homes we own in Kennewick Wa. The company set up a free appointment with us and they did it around our schedule, in the evening. Out of the three estimates I recieved this was the only company that came in the evening. They were here for 2 hours walking us through the process and letting us tell him what we needed, so it went really well. After we decided to go with Rebath, they schedule the date to perform the work and it was done it only took about 10 hours from the time they started to finish, as promised one day.

ARebath
We spent 20,5 hours beforehand with the designer, Tianna, who took measurements, drew floor plans, helped us decide on colors and materials. I thought it was overkill, but her work laid the foundation for everything that followed. On the day work was supposed to begin, it did! On time and they finished the demo on Day 2. Each day they were at the house they told us what time they'd be back the next day and that day, what time they'd be leaving. After 3.5-4 weeks (depends on how you count) they were done and we had a new bathroom.

APEA CONSTRUCTION & REMODEL
Excellent Job!! Pedro was very professional and cleaned up the work area at the end of every day. His careful attention to detail and thoughtful suggestions made for a beautiful tile design. He used materials that we had already purchased and when some items were delayed in arriving, he adjusted his schedule and still completed the job on time. We communicated easily by text and phone calls through out the project. We would recommend Pedro for remodeling and will used him again when we tackle other upcoming remodeling work.

ANHI Remodeling
Our bathroom got flooded and my husband attempted to remodel it for us. He did a great job but just couldn't get it finished. After several years I finally gave up and called Nick to help us out. Nick had done a major remodel for my in-laws and we knew he did good work. Nick added wainscoting and chair rail around the room and tiled the floor. It turned out beautiful and I was so happy to have my bathroom back.

We have just started to work with them. They wont be starting the actual work for another 4 weeks or so. The company representatives came and showed us what we would get and how it was made. Their presentation was excellent. The best thing I can say about them is yes they are salesman but they also listened. I would highly recommend them to others.

They didn't put the toilet in right. It leaked and flooded the dining room below it. The sheetrock had to be replaced. They did pay for the repairs. Manager Bill was very rude.

AT & R Construction
Tim and his crew were prompt, clean and did an amazing job on our master bathroom! That room needed a lot of love (read: a complete gut and remodel) and the guys got it all done. It is wonderful now. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the results. We will be hiring Tim and his boys again soon for some other work that the house needs. Highly recommend!

ABrilliant Services LLC
We contracted for a total remodel of a bathroom in an older home, circa 1950's. Work commenced as planned with a complete tear out of the bathroom with the exception of the bathtub. All work was scheduled out for subcontractors to do their work independently due to the small size of the room. In that regard, there was sometimes a wait for them to come in due to the work they had on their own schedules. However, all of the subs were personable, professional and completed their work as per the contract and in some instances, in addition to the contract, as we made some changes involving electrical and tile work. I'm sure that due to working around the subcontractors schedules, an allowance for completion time needed to be allowed for. This fact needs to be understood and acknowledged since various aspects of remodel work can take more time and/or materials depending on the circumstances involved in the remodel.  As a result the project was completed by the projected completion date versus an earlier date as we had hoped. The finished project is excellent in materials and workmanship. Brilliant Services management and personnel were receptive to all issues and concerns we had during the project and we would recommend them highly for any type of remodel work.

FHandyman Connection
Handyman Connection remodeled my bathroom.  I bought everything from the hardware store and they installed it.  The finished product was terrible.  The faucet was not lined up with the drain.  But worst of all, the tub was installed incorrectly.  The tub did not drain correctly and cracked and popped every time I stepped in the tub.  Their response: I bought a cheap tub. They stated the tub was installed according to manufacturer's instructions.   I couldn't tell how it was installed until we ripped it out.  They offered to replace it at my expense because they were adamant the tub was installed the correct way. I went through another company because I did not trust that they could do it right. When we tore the tub out, we found that indeed it was installed INCORRECTLY. It stated that the surface had to be flat.  The tub was not placed on a flat surface and that is why the tub cracked and popped every time you would use the tub.  The company had since gone out of business in Boise and the corporate office has yet to call me back on this matter.  I am out over $1300 to replace a brand new tub.  Do not use this company you will regret it!!!!

CSTRITE design + remodel
I hired Strite because they have a great reputation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them, and I did not have a good experience at all. They are the most expensive remodeler in town, but I was willing to pay the extra money to have someone do my remodel with care, and do it the right way. That was not my experience, either. In short, I'd recommend using someone less expensive because they were not responsive, the work just stopped without an explanation, and they were careless about many things. Therefore, there's no reason to pay extra $$ for them to remodel. Nothing was on time, several things had to be redone because they were done shoddily or incorrectly the first time around. They were very unresponsive when my job ran into problems, and it took me calling them two to three times a day before they would respond. The worst of the remodel experience: their painters were very careless, and they chipped, scratched and damaged the brand new marble that had cost a fortune, in addition to leaving paint drips and splatters everywhere. Strite never addressed my concerns or questions about the damage during the project despite numerous emails and calls. The stone also remained unsealed for nearly a month despite emails, texts, conversations and requests about sealing the stone. My project manager dropped off the face of the earth. After the project was completed, the response from Strite regarding the chips in my shower and on the floor was, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about that." They did offer to bring in someone to polish the floor. This may help with the etching, but the stone chips are much more glaring issue than the etching. My new bathroom does not look new at all. :( The timeline: they told me my project would be finished within 3-4 weeks. It took over 10 weeks. They told me they would be done the next week for 5 weeks. I usually did not know when people would be in my house, and I had people coming into my house when I was in the shower and before I had left for work (making me late for work on several occasions). When I hired them, they assured me that I would know the schedule in advance. That didn't happen, either. I do understand things can get delayed, but there was little to no communication about what was going on or why. I would ask questions, and the response was always, "we'll look into that and get back to you." Everything stopped for weeks, no one would communicate with me, and one got back to me until started calling 2x a day. The project they told me would take three weeks took 10+ to complete. Even after they finished the last of the remodel, they either forgot or didn't bother to remove their lock and lockbox from my front door. I'm just going to remove it myself so I can lock my own front door again for the first time in nearly three months. It will also be peace of mind knowing that someone won't be walking into my house without notice at any given time.
