Business Description: We're in it to make a living, not a killing. We perform all the job related activities of an electrical contractor that other companies do, we just don't hit your wallet so hard. AdenBecks, LLC began doing business in 1985 and is still a family owned and operated company. Currently our hourly rate is $60.00 per hour. That is also our service call rate for the first hour.
We have traveled as far north as Northport, Washington and as far south as Colfax, and Dusty, Washington. We have gone east as far as Priest Lake, Idaho and as far west as Ritzville, and Benge, Washington. For longer trips we charge for windshield time but do not add a trip fee on top of that.
We prefer to "walk the job" with the customer to ascertain their needs versus wants are, as well as to advise them of how we can save them money. However we can make proposals and bids based on architectural drawings if you prefer.
Our technicians have a wide variety of job experience with and in other trades and can help mitigate problems that commonly arise when more than one trade is needed to complete a job.
We can provide previous customers' contact information if you wish to view the work we did or ask how we and our employees are as a company. Some picture records are available at www.facebook.com/adenbecks.
We work in cooperation with John Wiley of Northwest Solar to install Solar power systems.
Our electricians are members of the Inland Northwest chapter of the International association of Electrical Inspectors. We receive up to date training and have formed positive relationships with both City and State inspectors.
When we bid a project we will supply documentation to assist you in evaluating our bid in comparison to other contractors. These documents include a suggested list of questions to ask all of your electrical bidders.
Business Description: We are committed in providing our customers with current information regarding their installation decisions. It is our belief that educated choices lead to satisfied clients. Not all radiant floor heating and hydronic systems are cut from the same pipe. Many of the material and application choices are driven by customer expectations. At HydroSci, it is our mission to design and install systems that exceed your standards. We would appreciate any opportunity to earn your business.
Reviews in Rathdrum to Install or Replace Heat Pumps
ASturm Heating & Air Conditioning
Technician arrived exactly on time (rare with service companies these days). Serviced our heat pump and made a minor repair, no extra charge, during his inspection. During his visit, he conveyed a great deal of information on the best method of operating our heat pump. Even talked me out of purchasing a "set back" thermostat for our older heat pump, which would have cost me about $100. I wouldn't hesitate to

Called Bill up and he offered to come as soon as he could be we have a heat pump so I told him no rush. He got out to our place a few days after the call and had our heat pump up and running after getting a new part from the a supplier. I've had Bill do work on our gas furnace as well. He is very knowledgeable about heating and a/c and his prices are reasonable.

“Ronnie and Jessie came out and installed the two Heat pumps in our home and worked very conscientiously to complete the work in a professional manner and make meticulous steps to keep everything in a clean and great looking condition. They then cleaned up the area to make sure all areas were clean. Ronnie provided a step by step instruction on using the remotes and controlling the units. I am completely satisfied with the service and installation I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I give them A+ for their skills!”

Charged for 2 visits when problem required 1. Was told (on thurs) a part needed to be ordered and he would return next day (fri). Received phone call next day, part didn't come, so would need to wait until Monday. Returned on Mon., found "loose wire" not noticed 1st visit, restored function. Then mentioned that he "didn't need to order part". He then put on the invoice that he needed to return for second time because "customer requested" that he wait uuntil Monday. Total fabrication. Dishonest. I inquired as to why we have needed to replace contacts 4 times in 3 years. He stated that "well, I really tightened it this time, so hopefully it won't happen again". Does this mean we have been charged to replace this part (as well as service call charges) 4 times, but they weren't tightened well enough to prevent failures? The invoice/receipt was emailed to me later in the day, so I wasn't able to call him out on the lie re: "customer requested to wait (4 days)". Sure I did...middle of winter, snow/cold, and heat pump not working. Not to mention it was a loose wire that he missed on initial visit was the reason he left without it working. Cannot recommend this company.

The company representative came to our house and gave us the estimate. They contacted the company where we had purchased our previous heat pump, and were able to get a new heat pump for us, The furnace was installed along with the new heat pump. This entire process was done promptly. We are very satisfied.

They were on time, friendly and professional. They were timely in service request. I needed service by a specific date that they were able to accommodate. It was between christamas and new years and they went above and beyond.

If all service contracts went this smoothly, we wouldn't need contracts! I asked for bid, they came in at a reasonable price. I asked how soon could he start. He said I'll be there Thursday. They showed up on time, were totally prepared and, even though they wound up working out doors on a 100 degree day for a couple of hours, sweating and caked in dust from wind, they were totally professional and pleasant. Rich is ex-military and is polite and respectful to the degree that he is almost formal. Only when he handed me the bill did I realize he actually came in UNDER the bid. (He had asked me earlier if I cared about which specific model he installed, or if a comparable model - even a "ding and dent" would be okay, and I had said that would be fine so long as it was rated the same.) The model he selected looked and worked as good as new. It is two years later and I have never had a problem (except when he had to tutor me on how to set that spiffy new thermostat). Warm and toasty in the winter, cool and comfy in the summer. And since it is a heat pump it saves me money! I couldn't wait to go show them my first power bill with the new unit, it went down by nearly 1/2!

ACOMFORT MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS
I hadn't used the heat or AC for awhile, and realized the furnace wasn't pumping out heat. Steve from Comfort Mechanical had made a service call last winter, so I called him directly. He came the same day and replaced the capacitor in the heat pump. Before he left, he checked the furnace and all other parts of the system, checked the thermostat, adjusted the timing, tested everything. Steve is friendly and professional and I will definitely call him again if I need more service.
