Recent Review: Great work. I tried two other plumbers and they didn't even bother to show up for the job after we scheduled the appointment. Relieved to find 1st St.

Recent Review: Compamy was contacted to do work on two of the properties. The kitchen sink work their plumber (Shelley) resulted in a flood under the sink from the dishwasher.  She cut the pipes too short and tried to just "gew" them together with a 2 inch gap.  When the diswasher ran it flooded the kitchen and dining room completely.  The Garbage Disposal also would cycle food matter in it everytime it was run.  Called to ask her to fix or return fees, not calls of return were made from her personal cell phone or her company .Second property, in same town, was to install shower drain before new fiberglass stall was put in.  She did not fit the pipe for the drain property and it flooded the subflooring and flooring which all had to be reploaced. No phone calls of return were made and no one ever showed up to finish work on second property (another bid) after receiving a $500.00 deposit.  In total this plumbing company was the cause of $2,700.00 in damages.

Recent Review: We have used MT three times in recent years. Each time we received excellent service. They also showed up on time which is a huge plus. The first repair was to replace and update several shutoff valves in our home which had been installed by a fly-by-night builder and were very poor quality. Master Tech told us exactly what needed to be done to bring it all up to code and what it would cost. They did exactly what they said with no added fees or "we forgot to add this" excuses like so many other contractors we have encountered in the past. They also worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards.  The second time was to install a new water heater. The job was done quickly and neatly with the new installation being brought up to current code. They even picked up the new one from Home Depot and hauled off the old unit for us. We didn't have to do a thing. Third job was just a few miscellaneous repairs in our new house. I wasn't sure what the issue was with the shower drain so they could have really gouged us if they wanted to. They didn't. It turned out to be a simple fix and much cheaper than I thought. After a few really bad experiences with "professional" plumbers in the past it's nice to finally find a REAL pro. MT is the ONLY plumber we will call from now on. Definitely A+.

Recent Review: Always friendly and comes when called. Price seemed fair compared to other bids. Would continue to use Darrell.

They took the drain apart but didn't have the necessary part so they reassembled the old parts and went to get the necessary part. We paid when they left even though it wasn't working yet. They returned later and charged AGAIN for the disassembly/reassembly and they used cheap inferior replacement parts that we had to get replaced AGAIN just over a year later.
