Recent Review: This company consists of one person, but he was easy to get a hold of and promptly called back. I scheduled an appointment for services and he was a little late due to business generated from previous weekend Home Show, but he did call to say he was delayed. Since a previous estimate had already be done he got started right away. Everything turned out great and our garage door now seals completely at the bottom. He did discount the estimate due to part of the driveway being bound up on something when he tried to lift it. He explained that the temperature was not optimal to seal the driveway cracks so he would come back at a later date to finish. He left the areas where he worked clean so I didn't have anything further to do other than put my garage items back. I didn't really know how long the process was going to take and I guess I should have asked in the beginning so I could have planned better, but I really have no complaints.

Recent Review: Last fall, Chris gave us an estimate to have our badly cracked sidewalk replaced. Cement is expensive, but at least he measured and took an interest in our job, although it was small. We had another company give an estimate and he gave a higher bid and didn't even measure. This company also agreed to give us a install date in the spring, with a deposit. Two weeks ago he contacted us and set up a time to come out. They arrived promptly and did a beautiful job. We love our new sidewalk.

Recent Review: The bid was for $2200. That included creating the forms for the new sidewalk, pouring that sidewalk, pouring the concrete for the hot tub pad, and clean up. My dad and I had the forms set for the hot tub all ready before they started their portion. Monday, day one they never showed up. Day two the got there pretty late in the morning. It wasn't the owner it was a cousin or something. I wrote the cousin a check for half on day two, $1100. Once they did finally get started they didn't have all the tools needed to complete the days work. They borrowed our wheelbarrow. They didn't have to take the dirt they removed off site. We let them dump it in an old pond. The following days went very similar. Showed up 11-12. Worked a few hours and then left. Meanwhile, we had our hot tub scheduled to be moved on Friday. They assured me during the bid they would be pouring concrete on Wed and the hot tub pad would be ready by Friday, no problem. That didn't happen. They didn't pour until Thursday afternoon. I had to reschedule the hot tub move. The clean was non existent. They grumbled about the rocks I wanted out of my yard and I made them clean my neighbors yard. They swept all the extra gravel off my driveway and into my yard. Overall, the sidewalk looks pretty good. I hope it withstands the elements as I am certain they don't warranty their work. Meanwhile, Mr. Rorabeck hasn't been on the job site more than 1 hour this whole time. But apparently was there long enough to break a part of the fence. He came by on Saturday to repair this part of the fence and to get the rest of the money. He fixes the fence and then takes my husband ( who has been out of town the whole week and doesn't really know what's going on) out of ear shot. He asks for $1250. That's $150 more than the original quote. He said the extra was for the hot tub pad and wheelbarrowing. My husband, not knowing any better wrote him a check. Of course, I was super mad. $150 is not a crazy amount of money but the issues we had with them and then to secretly ask for more money. I was fuming. I exchanged several text messages with Mr. Rorabeck to no avail. I told him my mistake was not getting his quote and everything included with in writing. He made additional snarky remarks and I quit responding. I told him I would tell anyone that would listen about the shoddy company he has his name on.

Recent Review: Hired Cretez Concrete based on a referral and we are so happy with the result. He does NOT cut corners. He pinned the patio and steps with rebar and tamped the gravel underlayment well so the patio will never sag. He added a custom detail around the edge that really improves the look. My only critique was that he is a small company and had to postpone the job once because of another job taking extra time and once for illness. As frustrating as delays are, this is good evidence that Joe won't cut corners so he can move on to the next job. I would definitely hire him again.

Recent Review: We were setting in concrete sidewalk panels and when our precaster showed up with the sidewalk panels, they were a little too big. It was kind of an emergency, we just needed somebody right away. The precaster had referred Evergreen to us. We called them, they came right away and got it done. We were done by the end of the day. We had no delays or anything for the job because they came right out and cut those down for us.

Recent Review: We lost our driveway due to a collapsed sewer system that had to be dug up and replaced. This was an awful experience for us. However, our experience with Bacon Concrete made up for it! We now have a repaired driveway that is beautiful and functional. Greg Bacon arrived on time and oversaw the job. There was excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship. All employees were polite and responsive to the needs of the job

Recent Review: Very polite and responsive!  Husband wanted one thing, I wanted another, Williams Concrete came up with solutions that fit both of our needs.  The arrived on time, the job went exactly as scheduled, Bill (owner) was on site the whole time, didn't leave the employees unattended (though the employees worked their tails off and were clearly experienced).  No loud music, no trash talk, no cigarettes - purely professional and a pleasure. I have a LOT of flowers and my spring bulbs were in peak bloom, all along both sidewalks.  Even though they assured me that they would do as little damage as possible, I was prepared for the worst.  How do you jack hammer and remove a sidewalk, lay new forms and then work the fresh cement from along side the sidewalk without damage?  NONE!   Let me repeat:  NONE! It was a real pleasure to do do business with Bill and Williams Concrete!

Recent Review: Terrible. Should have taken 2-3 weeks, took 2 years. Horrible communication, no shows on many occasions with no call. Rude, unknowledgeable about some of the work, damaged siding on house and garage, poured concrete with no rebar as specified in contract so he had to rip it out and re-do it. Kept bad mouthing concrete materials in Idaho and how small our job was compared to the "big work" he is used to doing. Kept saying he had 30 years of experience but it didn't show. His wife only caused more confusion and made statements of work that would be done then denied it because it wasn't itemized. They finally made everything right but it took forever and he couldn't leave without making more snide remarks about how he should have charged us more. We paid everything on time as requested. We took pictures before, during and after - which we were prepared to use in court if he didn't fix all the mistakes and damages. We will contract out the remaining work they said they would do to someone reliable and experienced. I do not recommend calling them - they will tell you what you want to hear but then you will only get problems and excuses. 10,000.00 and 2 years later......UGH!

Excellent communications!!! Took the job and Saturday and had it finished on Monday... couldn't ask for a better experience. The concrete finisher was a perfectionist; matched the existing concrete exactly. They left the job site neat and tidy with no clean-up for me to do. Highest recommendation!

Great. Couldn't be more pleased. It is so refreshing to hire a guy that does exactly what he says he'll do (and on schedule!) and then does a job that even exceeds your expectations. He uses a higher grade of concrete than some others, and puts in more expansion joints than many similar projects. He's being doing this a long time and is a real pro.

Bill was very responsive to our call and professional and courteous.  He provided a couple of options for us to repair a lower step that had not been reinforced with rebar when the original porch was built.  He also made a suggestion that we change the transition from the step to the walkway which turned out very nice.  He also gave us the option to replace the entire porch although he said he didn't think it was necessary and a power washing would approve it's appearance.  Bill then worked us in quickly when he was doing another job in the neighborhood.  He was here very early and we were expecting a jackhammer, but were amazed the concrete was removed without barely a sound.  A short time later they were done.  Looks good.
