Recent Review: Start to finish 15 min. including reading instructions. Tip: when draining tank, take lower nut off then place bowl under bottom of tank. then raise old guts (fill), let tank water empty. Quicker than sponge - a lot less messy.

Recent Review: My husband was out of state for his company when hot water heater stopped working. I called this company, they sent Nick, their repair tech right away. He turned heater on and it would shut off, repeatedly. I naturally assumed heater had to be replaced. Nick could have EASILY replaced the heater at three times the cost but instead told me that is was a small part in a dial that was wearing out and shutting heater off. I was amazed at his honesty because we had a similar incident in Denver, CO before we moved here and that was a HUGE expense that I now know could have been avoided. I will recommend this honest young man to everyone!

Recent Review: Upon their investigation, there was a blockage near the septic tank. It only took 5 minutes for them to clear it. I was thankful that it was not the septic tank.

Recent Review: Contacted several plumbers looking for price to swap out hot water tank. Several companies called back, Barry was the only one that told me that if I drained the tank and had it ready for removal when he got there it would save him time and me money. He was there the next day promptly when he said he would be. Swapped out my tank and cleaned up some bad plumbing that existed. He was very curtious and kind. Bid was exactly what he said it would be. I will definetly be calling Barry for my furture plumbing needs.

Recent Review: I'm giving this company one star because the men who came were courteous. Other than that, the company is way overpriced. They sent someone to find the septic tank, who determined that it was plugged and needed drained. He charged me $148. I immediately paid him. Then they sent the big guns, who dug down to the actual tank. They determined (simply because the tank was not draining though they did not use high pressure to flush out into leach field) that I needed a new leach field. They had me open a Wells Fargo line of Credit for $11,000, which immediately brought my credit score down a couple of points. They left for the weekend and wanted to continue the work on Mon. in the meantime, I called around to get other estimates and talked to the District Seven County Health Commissioner, who informed me that I had to have a special $500. license to even work with a leach field. I finally hired another company who used high pressure to flush a small plugged area out of a pipe leading to the leach field. They also installed a riser, and filled back in the dirt. They charged me only $400.00 for that work. Advanced Plumbing, however, sent me a bill for $2125. and fought me on itemizing the bill, so I could at least see what they were charging me for. In the end, I paid them $600 for draining the septic tank and $700 for digging down to the lid. Very expensive company. Yes, they look professional, and the accountant I worked with was courteous and professional in trying to help me get fairness out of this company, but be very careful if you use them (though I doubt they'll even publish this review). Not happy. Sorry I ever called them.

No problems except for locating the tank. All charges were justified except for the use of a camera to locate the tank. This took the tech only 10 minutes to do, however they charged me $100.00 just for this.

AFIRST CALL JEWEL
I woke up in the middle of winter to no water on a weekend. Our pipes weren't frozen but our pressure tank was not working. We didn't want to pay for emergency services so waited until Monday, Jewel promptly showed up (plumber) Monday morning and after checking things out agreed it was the pressure tank and needed to send the electrical guy out. They took care of the problem and didn't charge us extra for two trips/service guys. Like I said it was winter and both technicians climbed under my house in the snow and cold to get my water back on. Would recommend them and will definitely use them again!!

They're wonderful and I can't say anything bad about them.  We've never had it happen before, the toilet tank started leaking, sprung a leak, can you believe that? I'm gonna rate them the highest on everything that you ask.

FRoto-Rooter
in October 2008 Roto-Rooter was called out to snake a clog in our pipes. During the service call they opened the access to our septic tank. When they were finished they did not replace the cap to the septic properly then covered the top with a tarp and some dirt. During the last several months we have had record rain fall and friday (26 June) our sewage started backing up into the house. When the septic was checked it was noticed that the lid had not been replaced properly and the rainfall was going into the tank from the access point as well as rocks and Dirt being washed into the tank from the opening. Roto-Rooter was contacted about the error of their representatives who were the last people to have access to the tank. An extremely rude lady named Carma who claimed to be the owner of the company and proceeded to call my wife and I liars and told us they dont know what we are talking about. She was condescending and her tone was snotty from the moment she got on the phone. It was evident that she had no knowledge about septic systems, her only purpose was to abuse my wife and I, her customers. She made no attempt to find out the problem and made no attempt to remedy the situation. She was finally persuaded to send out someone to take a look at the tank. About an hour later 2 plummers from Roto-Rooter showed up at the house. They looked down at the top of the septic cover and with that one glance at the Cover they stated the leach field was clogged and said they would charge us $4000.00 + to fix It. Then they left refusing to remedy the problem their negligence had caused. They did not do any diagnostics at all, they came to that conclusion simply by looking at the tank cover. We are now attempting to take Legal Action to force Roto-Rooter to fix the problems they caused with our septic system.
