Recent Review: The service was okay. The install took a little time. I felt that what was advertised, and what I received wasn’t exactly what I ordered. I think I should’ve been given the choice if I wanted that product, or if I wanted something different. They workers were professional, and they worked as long as they could to finish the job. Recent Review: I was searching for a cheaper alternative to home security monitoring. My family and I are on a tight budget, and we could not afford the steep charges from Suddenlink and other local home security providers for their systems. The two things causing the services to be so expensive were: (a) the cost of the monthly phone service we would need, since we don't have home phone service, and (b) the cost of the monitoring itself. We would had to pay about $80 a month, or more with these traditional companies! Thankfully I found NextAlarm after some careful googling. They are a fraction of the price of any of their competitors. Their system appeals to me, because it uses the internet rather than a phone line, saving lots of money. Their monitoring itself (done in the traditional way, with real people in a dispatch office) is also substantially cheaper on top of that. I paid $250 for the home security kit and now I only pay $13.50 per month for the monitoring! Its so cheap that the costs are literally offset entirely by the savings to my homeowner's insurance premium. The support staff at NextAlarm are great. They are so patient, and they will help you with anything related to your system. I have called them numerous times with little questions about this or that, and they are always super nice and knowledgable. They even walk you through how to make changes to your security system, step-by-step, when you want to change delay or change the programs. Please make note of the fact that they do not have a local installer to do the installation. The third-party vendor who offers an and quot;Instal cardand quot; will not be able to install your service in East Texas (they will refund your money once they see where you need the installation). Point being, you will need to hire a local handyman to install the home security system for you. As I already mentioned, I used Stephan du Toit -- (www.facebook.com/professionalhandymanservices). He charged my $60. Besides that little hiccup, NextAlarm is amazing. In summary, I love my service. I hope more people in my area sign up with them. It is such a great deal and they're so great!
Recent Review: Everything went great. I got the system a few days later and started to install it. All the devices were easy to put up all told it took about 45 minutes to get up and running. During the install I set the alarm off and Getsafe called me right away. I like the way it looks in my home and by that I mean I hardly notice it is there. I like being able to control the system from my phone and being able to check on my house with the camera when I am away.
Recent Review: It started with the name Pinnacle. It started going downhill maybe when somebody else bought it. My husband picked them. He had a cold call and then he went with it. I think we had another system at that time.

Infiniti Security called the fire department and they were on their way. Nothing was on fire. The blower motor in the furnace seized up and started smoking. The firemen said that had we waited any longer it may have started a real fire. Thank you Infiniti Security for being there when we needed it.
I stumbled and fell in my kitchen. Fortunately I have my alert system around my neck. I was not able to move so I used my SecureWatch alert system. Live personnel responded over the panel and alerted medical assistance!

Perfectly, initial install was easy as could be, their tech support not only answers your questions but asks their own to ensure you are learning about all the functionality available...A great team. Never used ADT but comparing them side by side, I'm confident Ive made the right choice... been a customer for about a year now and everything has been great..

Mr. Stewart arrived when he said he would. He knew what he needed to do to install the two fans I had previously purchased and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Then I told him about the problem I had with my security system door connection and he knew exactly what he needed to do to make it work again and did it. I was so impressed. I liked his professional presence. He neat and clean - vacuumed up debris, because it was a rainy day, he removed his shoe when he stepped into the house and put everything back that he had to move to accomplish the job. I will definitely use him again.

I was going to have them come out and put in a system, but the guy didn't show up the first time. The second time he came out, he installed it and got mad at me because he said there was going to be a monthly fee, but there was no mention of this when I talked to them on the phone. He got mad and uninstalled the system, and now they are calling me FIVE TIMES A DAY. I told them today that I already went out and bought my own cameras and had them installed, and the guy on the phone said, "Santa doesn't deliver to liars." And then told me to have a bad Christmas.

Service was adequate, but the problem occurred when we tried to terminate our service. We called in November to terminate and were told that service would end 30 days after notification and that we would receive a confirmation letter. We finally received a vague form letter mid-January acknowledging our request to cancel and urging us to reconsider so that our home security would not be compromised. (We had already had another system installed -- superior technology -- by another company.) We ignored the letter. Then, in February, ADT started charging us again! I immediately called the cancellation department and complained, and was first told there was no record of our having cancelled. When I started reading to her from the letter we had received, she said, "Let me look into this further," then said she could see that we had called in and that the mistake must be due to a computer system change that had been implemented. She said that she would re-enter the cancellation, back-dated to our original call, that all charges would be reversed, and that we would receive a letter within 10 days. We received another copy of the same vague form letter, and after two weeks without the charges being reversed, I contacted my credit card company and disputed them and I had no intention of paying them when my statement closed. I would NEVER consider doing business with this company again, nor would I advise anyone else to do so.
