Recent Review: He did a beautiful job on the kitchen. I just love it. He was prompt, arrived when he said he would. He was very professional. He took the time and care to keep the mess to a minimum. He did a fantastic job on the deck. Looks like it was built with the house. Everything matches and is seamless. I would highly recommend All Trade Construction, Inc. and will use them for all our future projects. Thanks Bob !!

ASEIDL HOME CO
Seidl Home co. built our home in 2005. In 2008 we decided to have a balcony built on the front of the house to enhance it's street appeal, and of course for our enjoyment. Seidl Co. used all the same contractors as when the house was built. It was professionally done. You cannot even tell it was an addition. The stucco matched perfectly as if was always there. Sara and John are two of the nicest, most through, professional contractors we have ever worked with. The job was completed in a timely matter, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. AStor Mor Sheds
We were looking for a shed for our back yard and all of our friends recommended Stor Mor; they certainly didn't steer us wrong. From the sales experience to the install it was an A 1 experience. I you are looking for a shed or storage building Stor Mor is the outfit to go with no question about it.

He does great work. He is very cost-effective and does high quality work. He was less expensive than the other quotes I received. He was very personable and just great guy overall.

FLodge Log Homes
I hired Andrew Shane Mowery, a representative of Lodge Logs, to build a turn-key log home for me in West Virginia. He left the job half-way through and refused to finish it. He filed for bankruptcy when I brought a lawsuit against him. I had to hire contractors to basically undo all of his mistakes. The foundation he claimed was inspected prior to building was not and it was not up to code (and crumbling). The plumbing, electrical work, and insulation was put in incorrectly. He used his dad's company - Mowery's Contracting - to do a lot of the work because his license expired. He manufactured receipts when I started calling into question what was going on and lied repeatedly about progress. He also represents Bone Maniacs, a hunting/adventure company. He is currently residing in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho.

FCafco
It went about as bad as could be expected. Work was not completed on time and was lied to over and over. I could never recommend Cafco.

ABrookhaven Home Company
He's superb.  He was very good about fixing the little things after we moved in.  He's very responsive and very easy to work with.  He never gave us any problems and was very flexible in any changes we made.  They were fair.  If they cannot provide you with something in your price range, they will tell you and provide other options.  They were easy to deal with and flexible.  Overall they were very professional and I sure would recommend them to my friends.

FALDERWOOD BUILDERS
Two years have gone by and work that was paid for has never been finished. I have lost so much, not being able to use the house or rent it. The million dollar home just sits there. This has been one of the most frustrating projects of my life. Alderwood builders, especially the owner has become one of the most arrogant liars I have ever dealt with. Beware dealing with this one.

FShepherd's Sawmill & Log Homes Inc
Basically I hired him to build a home but he ended up building things that were not compliant with Idaho codes. I confronted him about it and he packed up his equipment and left. His product is not well designed or engineered very well. He was overpaid and refused to refund any money. He is not willing to come back and fix the home defects that he created. I have had to file a lawsuit against him. Right after I hired him he left for a vacation and when he returned his whole crew quit on him and he tried to finish the house by himself. The work became too difficult and he "threw his hands in the air" and quit.

FMussell Construction Inc
The build process was nothing short of horrific.  We were given a worst case completion date of the last week of October, we did not get our certificate of occupancy until November 24th and did not close until December 15th.  In addition, our home was $20,000 over budget and that's not including the out of pocket expenses we incurred during the build to try and offset the increase to our mortgage.  Since moving in, we experienced a roof leak on February 12th, Mussell Construction did not send someone to fix the leak until February 16th.  It then took until May 3rd for them to send someone to patch the hole and crack in the ceiling where the leak dripped for 4 days straight.  Our French Doors do not stay closed unless the deadbolt is engaged.  Mussell Construction claims there is nothing wrong with the doors and informed us that sending someone to look at the doors was a "waste of their time", even though they have been sent a video proving the door is still malfunctioning and will not stay shut on it's own.  The window in my son's room has been "fixed" three times for the same reason, it will not stay open, it falls down on it's own.  Our exterior paint was not completed before we moved in, we had to wait until May 3rd for it to be completed.  Furthermore, Mussell Construction did not manage the follow-up of the painters, we were told that we had to watch the weather and reach out once temperatures were above a certain degree for the majority of the day.  Mussell Construction was notified of a faulty kitchen drawer on February 24th, we were told that the drawer would be fixed on May 3rd, Mussell Construction's representative did not show up at the time they said they would.  Supposedly, their drawer contractor is going to coordinate with us another date for the drawer to be fixed.  The drawer contractor has yet to coordinate a date with us, it's been 13 days since it was originally supposed to be fixed.  We have a wood burning stove in our home.  We stated, in writing, on multiple occasions that we wanted a straight flue.  One of those requests was sent before trusses were set so that Mussell Construction could plan for our design request. Upon installation, our flue had a 45 degree elbow, when we confronted Mussell Construction they claimed that we insisted the stove placement be pushed as far out into the corner of the room as possible.  Mussell Construction has yet to provide any tangible evidence that supports such a request.  Whereas we have an email that blatantly states that we do not mind if the stove has to be pushed farther in to the living room.  Mussell Construction also failed to notify us that we would not be getting a straight flue, we had to discover the elbow upon seeing it in person after the installation was complete and just prior to finally taking possession of our home 1-1/2 months late.  The elbow not only presents cost and maintenance issues, it provides a place for creosote build-up, putting my family at an increased danger for chimney fires.  Mussell Construction continues to fail to take accountability for the misinstallation or their responsibility to have notified us prior to the install that we would not be getting the flue we requested. It is understandable to have warranty claims after a new home build, what is not acceptable is to make your customers wait months for those items to be fixed with slim to no status update along the way.  In addition, Mussell Construction's communication method is curt and accusatory, with each warranty item we have been made to feel belittled and a complete inconvenience. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend this builder.
