Recent Review: He wore shoe covers at all times.  He examined the project (the removal of the partially uninstalled old faucet, and the customer supplied new faucet).  He then quoted a predetermined price from a job/price manual, and presented me the price quote on a work order request form for me to sign.  He then placed cloth covers under the sink, and removed the old faucet.  He installed the new faucet, and hooked it to the water service lines.  He then tested the water lines for leakage.  He then tested the faucet and the sprayer.  He asked me to watch him (underneath the sink) retest the water lines and the new faucet for leakages.  He then determined how I was to pay for the job, which was by credit card.  He then presented me with both a written and electronic receipt.  I should say that at all times he remained very professional in his demeanor, was friendly, and explained all of the steps he took, as well as explaining the pros and cons of the new faucet (which were essentially all pro remarks.

Recent Review: I have used Ron several times since moving into this home. I just never thought about submitting a report which I should have done. Ron is always on time or calls if there is something unexpected delaying him. He is highly professional, friendly, polite, very knowledgeable in all aspects of appliances and how they should be installed as well as performing. His prices are fair although probably not the cheapest someone could find. He does it right, once, so he's worth what he asks. This time Ron installed a new granite composite sink, re-installed the disposer, put in the correct drain plumbing (the contractor's 'sub' had a mess of pieces taking up a whole lot of unnecessary space), installed a new high rise/pull-down faucet, and soap dispenser. He knew how to properly make the holes in the new sink without breaking it. Everything is complete and works properly. I love it!! Then, he checked out why my dishwasher continues to make an ever-increasing growling sound when operating. He has done things in the past that "sorta" made the problem go away but usually within a few days to weeks it was back. Ron discovered that the wrong type of hose had been used to drain and fill the dishwasher, and the 'sub' had just shoved the excessively long hose under the corner kitchen counter creating a crimp in the hose, as well as having about a four to five foot section looped up under the sink. The hose was completely crimped causing the pump motor excessive work to remove the water, and was causing it to burn out much faster than normal. It was also improperly installed, with hose clips removed, the excess hose in back preventing it from installing back into the opening as it should have. Ron took it all out, removed all excessive hoses, had to use tape to put the hose in it's proper place along the side of the appliance where the clips had been removed, used the correct dishwasher hose for fill/drain, and placed it properly into the space provided in the kitchen. It fits in there perfectly now without sticking out in front of the counter and no c***-eyed screw just above the grip to open the door scraping the top of the door. It is more quiet than it has ever been since day one when I bought this house new. There's probably more about the initial sloppy installation than I am reporting that Ron would need to explain, I am just satisfied that he fixed it! He has most likely increased the useful life of the dishwasher another 4-5 years rather than having to replace it in a month or so. I was actually anticipating having to replace it now.

Recent Review: Wow! Totally impressed! First off, Kelly was prompt in response to my request for information on Angies list, and the day prior to our agreed upon date HE actually called ME to confirm! He arrived on time and did the work much quicker than I thought possible, cleaned up the mess including vaccuming. I have used many handymen in the past, some good, some bad.....Kelly has moved to the top of my list! I hope to use him again. I also need to mention that when he handed me the bill I thought there had been a mistake, I had received a prior bid at around 360.00 to do the work...Kelly handed me a bill for 73.00!!!

Recent Review: I moved into my five year old home and a few days later, noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. The leak was in the cold water supply hose. I called my home warranty, who sent out this company. Mike, the owner, took a look and said the whole faucet apparatus was faulty and would have to be replaced. I was very skeptical that a five year old faucet system (not a cheap model, either) would be rotted out, but having just moved in had my hands full and went with his advice. He said he would be back the next day. In the meantime, I purchased a new faucet and was ready for him the next day. For the two service calls and installing the new fixtures, he charged $326.00. The home warranty refused to pay his fees because I had just purchased the home and they said it was a pre-existing condition. I thought that was what a home warranty was for, but apparently not. The home inspection didn't catch it either. So a huge expense plus the new fixtures. Mike brought two helpers on the second day and I was absolutely appalled at the way he spoke to them. He was a bully and kept shaking his head, rolling his eyes, and barking at them. I felt so badly for them. I would never hire this guy again. He charged way too much and the way he verbally abused his employees was just awful. Bad news!

Recent Review: On separate occasions we had them replace a toilet and a kitchen faucet plus a garbage disposal and after we had new counter tops installed we had them out to install new faucets in the bathrooms. On all work he was very meticulate in his work making sure everything was done correctly. I would definitely hire them again.

DOverall Plumbing
When I called to make an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very friendly and professional.   I recall that the Overall Plumbing representative was prompt and very polite as he looked at the project.  I wanted a new faucet set my daughter had purchased installed in her kitchen sink.  He gave me three estimates  (1) To install a whole new sink and plumbing and a different faucet; (2) To replace pipes under sink and install faucet and, (3) $330 to just install the faucet.  I didnt include the higher estimates he gave me because I dont have the paperwork on hand at this time and I dont want to guess.  I will say that they seemed exorbitant. I got the feeling that he was more salesman than plumber.  I told him his estimates were too high and I wasnt interested in replacing the sink and pipes underneath.  I called another service who came out and installed the faucet set for $145.00.

I called their office at 12:12 p.m. today because I had a steady hot water leak in my bathtub.  Marty showed up not long after that and by 4:00 he was done.  He replaced the fixture and new faucets.  I am a happy camper.
