Recent Review: Provider  called back on message from night before first thing the next morning 730am. Was early to appointments and maintained in phone contact to ensure complete satisfaction.  Offered multiple options for repair of door as well as replacing door.  Beat competitors by $200 plus offered to install brace to allow for door use while door was being ordered.  Replacement door became available prior to original quote so called after hours to offer door.  Works Saturdays and willing to come out late with out charging huge after hours fee.   Was very impressed with Val and his level of professionalism. Will use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

Recent Review: Picked up the door from store, arrived at stated time.  Had experience with the style and type of door.  Made corrections due to door jamb flaws, knew the special unique aspects of the particular door.     Quickly and efficiently installed door, cleaned up mess and was done in less than 2 hrs.

Recent Review: Greg Bronson was very polite, professional and fun. He came in and patched my carpet where my dogs tore it up and I can hardly tell it was ever ruined! He also hung a new door for me and it looks beautiful. The work was done quickly and I felt the price was more than reasonable. Thank you Bronson Handyman!

Recent Review: The job was done in a reasonable time. The finish product was great and big improvement to our home. After the floor was finished Jerry told me that Home Depot had some doors on sale and he could see we needed a new one. I went and looked and was very happy to purchase the door. Jerry had done a great deal of work for us in the past and we were more then pleased with his work and was reasonable with the cost. So we wqere shocked when he charged us over $200.00 to replace the door. The entire job for the door was at the most 90 minutes. The clicker to all of this was the lenght of time he took to clean up the mess left behind. We didn't hear from him for over a week even after 3 phone calls to find out what was going on. At last he showed up on the same day we were going to hual it all to the dump. He said his truck had broke down. His work is very good and we thought we had found a person who was good at his job , honset and trustworthy. We are now looking for someone else to finish several things that need to be done. We don't mind paying a fair price but felt that the $200.00 was to much for no more then it took in time.

Recent Review: The door itself is excellent! And, even though Premier doesn’t perform installations themselves, the owner drove 70 miles one way to review the installation work with us.

Recent Review: He is a personal friend too, and that makes a difference. He bills us periodically, we had him do quite a lot of work, and he didn’t charge us very much. He just does good work, and he is a professional who is very meticulous at what he does. He works for Home Depot on exchange or something, so when I need him, he can’t always come, but he comes as soon as he can find the time. I would rate him as excellent on that because he is really good when he finds the time. There are several handymen that we have tried, and they either never show up, or they show up once and don’t come back, so we just stuck with him.

Recent Review: Very good experience! Everyone is very nice and punctual. I was given a bid a year ago and was finally able to have the work done. Then kitchen tune up came in this year they were able to match last years estimate. Delivery time frames were very accurate and reasonable. The kitchen was useable everyday during the remodel. I had a cabinet that needed a new bottom, due to having been cut out by a previous owner to accommodate a taller fridge and never had been repaired. The cabinet was rebuilt and works and looks great. I also wanted access to a lazy Susan from the dining side of the kitchen, which was installed beautifully. My back splash isfantastic! I had decided on a tile mosaic, which took some great talent to cut and install. It turned out beautiful.

Recent Review: When ordering the custom exterior doors I was told they would arrive in three weeks for 3 of the doors and 5 weeks for the one fire door.  After waiting three weeks I had not received a phone call letting me know my doors had come in.  When I called Johnson Brothers and asked about my doors I was told it would be another week for them to come in.  After waiting another week and again no phone call from them i went into Johnson Brothers and asked in person about the doors.  I was told again it would be just one more week for the doors to be finished and shipped to their location.  This process went on like this for another two weeks with no phone call from them notifying me know what the status was on the doors.  On the seventh wee after ordering the doors I went to Johnson Brothers store again asking about my doors and what was taking so long.  I was told my doors were stuck in Kansas do to a broken down truck.  This was about 3:30 pm when i was told this.  I told the sells man I would like a refund of the deposit and I would be going somewhere else for my doors.  The sells man convinced me to wait a little longer and sure enough at 9:00 am the next morning I got a call saying all my doors had arrived.  After finally getting the doors it took the installer one full week to install them.  The installer was very late getting started every day and did a no show on one of the days.  When I asked him what happened on the no show day he mentioned he had a couple of things at his sons high school he had to take care of.  He didn't even give me the courtesy of a phone call letting me know he wasn't going to show up.  I actually had to call him every morning and motivate him to finish.  He was very very unprofessional.

FRUSS'S OVERHEAD DOOR AND AWNING INC
Contacted provider on Thursday, and was scheduled appointment for that afternoon.  Bid was fair but when asked about just replacing damage panels price was 3/4 of a new door. So tech was pushing a complete door instead of the two damaged panels.   Placed order and was told it would take a week or two.  When asked about bracing the door to allow for use while parts were ordered, was told that was not a recommended practice.  So now my vehicles have to sit out and wife must close door manually leaving access to the garage all day.  Kind of funny that they were the ones who worked on the top half of the door and placed a brace on that section. Used in the past on family recommendations both to repair motor and also to replace spring.  Will keep them in mind but probably won't be my first choice again. 5/20/2015-Update After I told them that I found a cheaper price in town and in stock that I wouldn't be needing their services, they then proceeded to bill me for a service call.  They didn't do anything but tell me it couldn't be fixed and the price of a new door.  I will not use them again nor recommend then to friends and family.

DHome Depot Inc
Still waiting!! We contacted Home Depot for a quote on July 15th and they were very prompt with sending someone to look at our damaged sliding glass door and basement window. We weren't excited about the quote for the door--as the cost was only $100 less than what we paid for the entire door and we only needed the section that slides. Unfortunately we couldn't buy a replacement directly from the manufacturer and decided to make the special order. The quote for replacing an old steel frame basement window was reasonable and we prepaid over $800 for the order with the information that the new door section and window would arrive in 2 weeks. My husband called August 17, but was told the items had not yet arrived but should be in the following Monday. We never received a call from Home Depot, so on Aug. 31st we visited the store. Our replacement door was there--not sure why no one called to tell us-- but it was damaged. It had been shipped with no protection and was scuffed with some paint stripped from the handles. With as much as we paid, we didn't want to accept any damage. Customer service wanted us to wait another 3-4 weeks for a replacement. Thankfully, a sympathetic employee agreed to swap it out for a stock door and complete the exchange internally. Our window is ready, but still no contact from Home Depot and no appointments (as of Sept. 4) for installation. I am considering cancelling the rest of the order and offering my business to someone else. Not sure if they will accommodate because I don't know if the window is a unique size. I guess Home Depot is too busy. I have shopped at Home Depot for years and have never had a problem. I won't stop shopping there, but will probably not order services from them again unless I hear of changes and positive reviews.
