Recent Review: The service was fine. Nothing really stood out. They made the appointment for their sales pitch and everything was good. The pitch was good, the salesman was good and the worker was good. The problem was, once I went through with it I kept getting calls, calls, calls and calls almost every week going new siding, new this or that. I wanted them to leave me alone. It I wanted work done I would have called them back.  The work was also good. They kept hounding me all the time and wanted a letter telling people how great they did.

Recent Review: We had a Bay window installed in our house approximately 5 years ago, we had numerous issues with this window company, but we love the way it looks and are still very happy with it. We needed to replace a couple other windows in the kitchen and started looking to replace them with a bay window as well. I wanted the two bay windows to be the same or as close as possible, so against my better judgement, we went with the same company again. The estimate was done very timely, contractor was nice, prompt etc. When it came time to install the window, which he assured us would only take a half a day, he called and said his crew and quot;bailedand quot; on him, so we had to postpone the install for another week or so. He finally showed up to install it, help arrived later to lift the window in and all was proceeding very nicely. He was putting up the inner trim boards and cut one about 2 foot too short. So the job was not completed. It took him a week to drop off another trim board so I could stain it, and we are still waiting (3 weeks) for the job to be finished. I'm sure it will look great when it's done, but for now, we have a very ugly looking side to a potentially beautiful window. I realize this is a minor detail, but in my opinion, the company should have put the completion of one job at the top of the list before more were started. I called the installer and made a point of saying I was not going to pay for the window till it was complete so I would appreciate it being done very soon, as I was sure the billing cycle would be starting anytime. Don't get me wrong, I love my windows, they are beautiful, but I just don't think the company or installer handled the situation in a very timely manner. He is very nice, a hard worker and does great work, but I feel the whole thing could have been handled better. The trim board was put up and looks great, but a few other things still needed to be done beofre we could call the job finished. On September 21, the window was finally completed. The last tiny piece was put in place. All in all, the window is just what we wanted, looks great and I'm sure it will last, but the length of time it took to get to this point was a little beyond what we would have hoped.

Recent Review: I spent about $15,000. They came out early one week and took the old windows out. They left in the new ones. They will be coming out the next week to work around the edges. The guy, who put the trim on the outside, is different from the guy, who did the window installation. I think they are on different schedules. The job turned out to be fine. I would use them in the future.

I would highly not recommend them. They were awful. They ordered the wrong product and they were the wrong size. The had to redo the windows two times. They didn't meet any timelines. They wouldn't return my phone calls. It was a very bad experience.

They agreed to do this work. A truck brought the materials. The workers started to install the windows. When they installed the facia (aluminum exterior covers) , they attached the covers with two nails near the  middle of the panels. This caused a bowing of the panels. The workers also pounded the nails so hard, causing the fabric to wrinkle. All of the facia is dark brown. When they were installing the patio panels they used white nails! To correct this, they would only paint brown on top.    The workers put up the window panels and one did not match the door frame.  With effort it could be closed. Initially. they ageed to fix it. Weeks went by and a secretary called to tell me the  job was done and I should make the last payment. I called the company manager and he said it was good enough.      There is more but I think you know enough,

We are happy with the Windows.  However I suspect that the pricing floats according to visibility of project (busy street + sign = more 'discount').  I will say the installation went smoothly and we are happy with the result.  We didn't realize that there'd be a ledge in front of these new windows - kind of looks goofy, but for replacement windows I'm sure we could have done worse.  Installers were good & professional.  Some of the windows are difficult to lock. Also, the EPA Lead Testing fee is complete bunk. I don't think they did anything different in terms of making sure the lead paint dust didn't come into the house. The only time they put up a screen was for the front door installation. I bet the windows went to the landfill jus the same.
