Recent Review: Very punctual, price was in the right range and the service was able to be scheduled the week after the quote was completed. Work took 1 1/2 days due to everything we had to have done with the gas lines and plumbing but it was well worth it and they worked nonstop the whole time they were here.

Recent Review: We have used Don as our plumber for the past 5 years and have always been thrilled with his work.  We just purchased a townhome that needed some work and he has been out 3 times in the last 2 months.    He installed a gas line for our dryer for $100 and a gas line for our stove for $100 and corrected the fireplace gas line for $200.00.  He is always friendly, professional and reasonably priced.  Can't praise him enough.

Recent Review: I was given Scott Moore's name from another contractor as he was booked the day I needed service of a gas line leak. He gave me his name and number saying "I trust this man completely." I can see why - he was able to come to my house at 8am the next morning (I called the evening before and didn't need emergency service). He evaluated the two gas line leaks and was able to fix them properly. The repairs passed inspection from the gas company and our gas line was turned back on that day. Scott was professional, prompt, polite, gave a fair estimate and came in a little below the estimate (nice surprise!). I will use Scott again in the future.

Recent Review: Called on Monday to get an estimate on a tankless hot water heater and moving a gas line for the stove, set up an appointment for noon which they were not able to make, so reset appointment for Tuesday morning, they arrived early. We got an immediate estimate, agreed on the heater and the service and set an appointment for install on Friday. Later Tuesday afternoon received a call and they asked if we wanted to complete the install on Wednesday - we said sure! Technicians were here promptly in the morning and got started right away, they were very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. They had to run another gas line from the meter to the basement to allow for a dedicated gas line for the hot water heater. They ran it outside the house hiding it as well as possible at the bottom of the siding and then through the section of the unfinished basement ceiling - can barely tell it is there. They mounted the water heater on the wall. They then moved the gas line for the stove, which was more difficult because they had to go over the duct work and work in a confined space. They capped the old line off like we asked, below the floor line and ran a new line to the new location). They then cleaned up the work area - probably better than it was before they started, which is greatly appreciated Overall the team was here for over 8 hours to get the job done, but my husband and I were very impressed with all they got done, it was a much larger job than we could have done on our own.

AJason Young Plumbing
I had a estimate appointment set up with Jason. He communicated with me the day before and verified the time and location. On the day of the appointment I had to change the schedule. He was very flexible and came out the next morning to look at our project. Jason came out in the morning, listened carefully to our needs and concerns about the gas line. He took measurements and talked about the way that this project would be done. He also calculated on the spot the amount for materials and an approximate amount of time that the project would take.  He arrived the day of the project as planned. Seeing that the access to the stove area was much better than anticipated, he said the work would take less time and thus the project as a whole would cost less. He got to work quickly and was all business from that point on. Jason did a great job in getting our gas line up through the basement and into the kitchen. He also ran a gas line to the dryer area, so that we could get a gas dryer in the future, which is our hope when this dryer gives out.  In the end Jason completed the job early and had everything cleaned up well. His original estimate was $450, but since the access into the the kitchen was less complicated and he took less time the final cost was $325. The job he did was worth the full estimate, but he has honest about his time and did not charge us for time he did not work!

The put in a gas line that wasn't up to code which ended up costing me more then I would have paid had I gone somewhere else. I would not recommend them to another.

AHEARTLAND HEATING & COOLING
I have used their service before (from an Angie's list coupon - air conditioning service).  They provided great service in the past, so I called them first when I needed a gas line installed for a new stove.  They responded quickly and had someone come out to provide an estimate.  While the gentleman was inspecting where to place the gas line he also noticed that when I had remodeling work completed this summer in my basement there was no cold air return installed in the great room.  So, in addition to the gas line I had a cold air return installed. The only snag in this installation was that I spoke to the serviceman prior to the Thanksgiving holiday and was told that they would call me back after the holiday with a time/date of installation.  That didn't happen; but when I called they were able to get the installation prior to the delivery of the stove.   I will definitely use this service again.  They are watchful and notice potential problems issues and discuss them with me.  I really appreciate this.
