Recent Review: The removal of the tub and building the new shower and closet and new floor took one week. The glass for the shower and the shower door had to be special ordered once the shower was done. It took three weeks for the glass to arrive and it was installed in one day. Later we realized that the shower door was not lining up with the glass wall. We called Clear Choice and they came out and determined the glass wall piece was not straight. They immediately ordered another piece of glass and installed it when it came in. Communications with their general manager, Brandon Hoehl, was great. Whenever I called and left a message he replied either the same day or the next day at the latest. He kept us informed all the way through the project. The employees that did the work were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day so we could use our bathroom. I would highly recommend Clear Choice.

Recent Review: Many, many quality problems: BATHROOM: Wrong tile laid in bathroom; tile on the shower was not straight and smooth; threshold to shower was redone 3 times before it was level and parallel to the back wall; texture on the walls was oversprayed onto door framing resulting in primer being removed. We have no toilet, vanity, sink or shower door. KITCHEN: A different company provided cabinets instead of the one approved; different kitchen layout used; cabinet doors were not full overlay as planned; interior was pressed/engineered wood instead of hardwood plywood. We refused cabinets and no work was allowed. OVERALL: We terminated their services. They wanted more money than we finally paid. We were definitely ripped off.

Recent Review: I had ordered all cabinets, flooring, shower stall, shower doors, shower seat, faucets, grab bars, toilet, and etc, before we hired labor to do the project. Joe was in between jobs and available to start on the job within a few days. He has a full time job also , but was able to get most of the work done when he had some time off his swing shift schedule. He came whenever he could after that. When he needed to unhook the toilet, he always hooked it back up at the end of the day. (I used a portable toilet while it was unhooked.) We only have one bathroom. We were without a shower only a couple days. I feel he was very sensitive to our needs. He did a very good job. He had a friend do the spraying plaster on the wall board and we hired a"plumber" for the shower, otherwise he was able to do all the work himself. I am very pleased with the outcome. It is so muchmore helpful to me. I have difficulty getting around and have a balance disorder.

Recent Review: We started off just having our small master bath redone, new tile floors, install new toilet, install new vanity, wall repair, paint, new shower door and mirror over vanity. We were so pleased with the work that we immediately had them redo our other upstairs bathroom, which included all of the above work as well as new tub and shower install. They were timely, professional and did great work. We have one last half bath to have done and we'll be having them do it!!

Recent Review: Initially took a few phone calls to get them to house to quote job. After looking at home it took about 2 days to get official quote. After comitting to the estimate, they did start to perform work right away. Took about 3 days to finish which was acceptable due to grout having to set, etc. After shower base was set, it was noted that there was a "bounce" in the base. As he put it, "Some give." Homeowner voiced concern. Advised by Kent that this is normal. Well......8 months later there is a crack in my shower base from where my 42 pound son stepped in. It had been getting "squishier" since original install date, almost as if the mortor bases set under the shower were not set right. Kent was called....about 5 times over 1.5 weeks before a phone call was eventually returned. He was advised of problem and said he would check it out. He showed up the next day and looked at base. He tried saying he thought something was wrong with the floor and thats why it "gave out" and cracked. (The floor had completely new 3/4" subfloor laid during remodel.) After discussion he sid he would have to go to local supplier to make sure he can still get the same matching tile since he would have to remove the bottom row to remove the base. Agreed, and he said he would be in contact. That was 1 month, and 3 phone calls ago. Pretty sure he isn't coming back to fix the job.

AThe Problem Solver : Timely & Simply Professional Solutions
UNBELIEVABLE!!! Their name says it all! My tenants trashed my condo & I had 6 days to fly to CA from the Midwest to get everything repaired/replaced.  Understanding my limited timeframe, "The Problem Solvers" agreed to meet me at the condo on a SUNDAY to assess the damage & give me an estimate. The quote was extremely fair & comprehensive & they started work the next day. The crew arrived right on schedule & began masking & prepping to paint & sand doors. They were extremely thorough & careful. They even assisted me in choosing a paint color. Their knowledge regarding what specific products to use was extraordinary. The workers were very professional & total gentlemen. It was a pleasure to have them working in the condo. They were above & beyond & were willing to do everything on my list within my timeframe. Some nights they stayed until 9:00pm to complete my side projects. Other companies I have used couldn't wait to leave when the clock struck 5:00. The work was completed within my timeframe because they were willing to work on the weekend! Thomas from "The Problem Solvers" came by on a regular basis to assess the progress. They were extremely organized & always had the materials they needed. Some days they would bring lumber for the deck boards, fence shelves, kitchen trim, & laundry room shelves. They stained them on the spot. There was no running out to buy materials.  Thomas & "The Problem Solvers" provided licensed individuals for plumbing & electrical issues. I have never worked with a company that could do it all! They truly solved my problems! I can't speak highly enough of their services!  I am so relieved that I have an awesome company to rely on when I have a problem with anything. I highly recommend "The Problem Solver Simply Professional Services."

I needed to make the bathroom safer, as I have a balance disorder. I had ordred everything before we hired Joe to do the work. Luckily, he had a window between jobs and began within the week. He did a great job on our small, about 5' x 7', bathroom . He was very knowledgeable about procedures and inquired about preferences when needed. His labor was reasonable, too. I love my "new " bathroom! It is really pretty and is so funtional for me.
