Recent Review: He installed a door that fits better than the original new doors that were brand new.  He actually did the door and the screen door.  He installed them in such a way that I could open both doors with ease from my wheelchair.  He also installed a small ramp to help go into the house.

Recent Review: Chuck finishes his projects.  I would give him a 100%.  He does everything perfectly and there is never a mess.  My mother had had a contractor redo the bathroom.  The guy left without putting a light above the medicine cabinet.  He didn’t cock anything, and he didn’t finish his nails.  He cleaned up his mess, but he didn’t finish anything.  Chuck came in and he not only re-did the cupboard that the other guy was supposed to do and didn’t, but he finished it off.  He put new doors on it, cocked it, and finished the stuff that the other guy did not do.  He also put in closet doors.  They didn’t have knobs for the doors.  He had some at home that he brought in and showed.  They liked it and he put them on the doors.  He finished them and he painted them.  He cleaned up his mess.  He went above and beyond.  Chuck is a really good man and he is extremely reliable.  The one thing we like most about him is that when you call him and leave him a message, he gets directly back to you.  We don’t have to wait for ever.  He is very punctual at calling back.

Recent Review: Ryan with Crew2®, Inc. arrived a few minutes early to confirm my installation before proceeding to Home Depot to pick up my special order double entry door.  He returned soon after and began working.  Ryan was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.  He knew what he was doing.  :-) He mentioned that when I had purchased the door lock sets and handles that the "dummy" handle would not match.  I left Ryan at my home alone to work, while I ran to Home Depot and exchanged the "dummy" handle for the appropriate handle.  I felt that comfortable with Ryan to leave him alone at my home!!! The removal and installation took roughly 3 hours.  Ryan took the old door and components to my garage for me, which I think was very generous considering the weight and awkwardness of the old door.  He cleaned up his entire mess. In addition to removal and installation of my old entry door, he offered to look at my patio door with which I have been having problems.  He explained the problem and repaired the fitting of the door as much as possible.  After he temporarily repaired the patio door at NO CHARGE, he recommended that the door be replaced because of the gaps and leakage around it. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with Ryan and Crew2®, Inc.!!!  They went above and beyond their call of duty.  I am so happy with my new door and the service!!!  :-)

We used Taylor to replace some sliding glass doors with french doors.  I kept trying to tell them what I wanted and they kept trying to tell me I didn't want that.  Finally ended up using my father-in-law (also a contractor, but not close to home) to help me find what I wanted so we could just give Taylor the specifics and exact style.  They took our old door out, but it was a month later and before they put the new door in.  They also forgot to order the door handles so it was another week before we got handles on our door.  Also, I had been very clear I wanted white french doors and they had told me that we could paint them after installing.  They didn't tell me they wouldn't paint them and I was responsible for finding someone to do it!  The guy they referred me to was a 6 week wait! We'd already been waiting so long for the doors that we just did it ourselves so we could have it finished! A total pain. We'd also talked to them about doing some exterior remodel for us, got a quote and everything.  The quote looked great until I started talking to them more about it and realized they hadn't put everything in we'd asked for and the actual total after construction would have been very different.  Not sure if it was an honest mistake or a bait quote, but between that and the difficulties they had just getting us new doors, we won't be using them for any further remodeling!
