Recent Review: Start to finish 15 min. including reading instructions. Tip: when draining tank, take lower nut off then place bowl under bottom of tank. then raise old guts (fill), let tank water empty. Quicker than sponge - a lot less messy.

Recent Review: Ron was very professional, punctual, and reasonable. Given my past frustrations with plumbers, working with him was a pleasant change. We will certainly use his services for future plumbing work, which we are sure to need sooner or later.

Recent Review: The service turned out really well. I had three bids and their bid was the most thorough. They listened to what I was asking for and added a lot of details to the bid that I had not even thought about. They listened to my preferences about where to put vents. I was very impressed with them.

These guys did well at first. They worked with us to get an idea of what we wanted put in, where it would go, and the length of time it would take. After that, it took them awhile to even come put in the line from the curb to the buildings - about 3 weeks. Then, it took them another 2 weeks (after only 1 week of work) to put the plumbing in the building and put in a toilet that essentially leaked for a week until they came back. After that, this company was only in the building for a few hours, took one look at the wall the shower was supposed to go on and told us that they wouldn't do anything more until the wall was plumb. They still hadn't hooked up the sink, but they did fix the leaky toilet. We haven't heard from them for weeks and the owner smoked everywhere in the buildings, so needless to say they have been fired.
