Recent Review: He is phenomenal. You have to be patient, he is a one man operation. He is licence plumber and electrician so he does not have to bring in any subcontractors in the house. It takes the same amount of time but you don't have to have different people in and out of your house. He did the most amazing tile work. He pulled the laundry room out of the basement and converted a closet for me to put it in. On the first job he did for me I had him go through and give me a thorough estimate. His work came in about 12 percent over estimate because I added things to the job. He took a clunky, god awful bathroom and turned it into a 4 star resort style bathroom. He did phenomenal floor tile work. He put river rock on the shower wall and ceiling. He hand grouted the wall and it looked phenomenal. He put new plumbing and electrical in. He did the dry wall work. His modo is I can do anything impossible it just take longer. He is really busy. You might have to wait six months but he is really good. He is really creative too. I had some fairly decent ideas and he just embellishes on them. He bumped out the bathroom, took out the tub and I only have a shower. If I ever have a leak in the shower he will leave somebody else to fix it because I am now his customer.

Recent Review: The company owner, Pat, was very responsive to all our requests for information, design ideas, layout and estimate for our large remodeling project.  He was professional and quick to contact us throughout the entire process.  He even invited us to his own home for examples of work and design ideas he has done.  When we balked at the initial cost of the estimate of $35,000, Pat worked diligently with us to find a solution and bring the costs down further.  We could not have asked for better service.  We greatly appreciate the detailed estimates given. So why did we not choose Done Done Services for our project?  It came down to a finding a different contractor who simply "got" our design aesthetics and overall feel for what we wanted accomplished better.  We would absolutely contact Done Done Services for other projects in the future.

Recent Review: I found Arron at Precision Builders from a friend who knows just how picky I can be with quality and workmanship.  We also contacted 4 other remodelers, but chose to work with Precision Builders because of many factors.  These include the timeline he could do the job, the overall cost of the project, the way he understood exactly what my husband and I wanted and improved on the design, the detailed cost estimate he provided us, his responsiveness to questions and changes and our general feeling that we could trust his word.  He also brought all his major sub-contractors with him to our first big planning meeting so everyone knew what we wanted and had input from day one. We have come to find out that Arron is indeed a man of his word.  If he says he will be there he will be.  He was on site through the demolition and very often through the day to day work.  Arron touched base with us very often and always when he said he would. He communicated frequently through email, text and phone calls.   What went wrong?  One contractor didn't do the quality of work that we were expecting.  Arron agreed and made sure that the work was redone properly so the project could move forward.  And it turns out that Arron is even more picky about quality work than I am.   What went right? We have a gorgeous new master en suite that we love.  He was patient with me when I had design questions or was questioning my choices.  With the exception noted above he brought in highly skilled people for the plumbing, heating, tiling, carpet, cabinets, finish work, painting etc.  And Arron works very clean.  He did a thorough job of protecting the rest of our house during demolition by hanging plastic "walls" and covering our carpets and furniture.  Every day he expected the people working to clean up thoroughly and they did.  At least once Arron did the clean up/vacuuming himself.   Budget notes.  Every contractor's first budget turned out to be higher that we thought it would be.  We asked each of the 3 to go back and resubmit after we decided what we could cut from our first round.  Arron was the second lowest estimate.  Although we asked Arron and his people to do a few extra things here and there throughout the project he came in right on budget.  Final thoughts-Precision Builders (Arron) was a pleasure to work with and we've found our guy for all future projects.  He will talk to you honestly and you can trust that you'll get superior quality work done at the price he told you it would be.   Oh, and everyone who has seen the transformation says it's gorgeous, including the city inspector.

Recent Review: We are really happy with the work they did. They said it would take 3 weeks, but it took 6. We were a little disappointed with that. They were good to work with. We would not hire them again because of the time issue.

Recent Review: I emailed them mid-morning when I saw a small leak in our bath tub faucet had developed into a steady flow. They called me back within an hour and had their technician at the house that same afternoon. Amazing! He actually arrived a little early but they called first to make sure I was home. John did an super job, repaired the faucet with parts he had in the truck and advised me on some other plumbing questions I had. I was impressed from start to finish. Will definitely consider them for an upcoming bathroom renovation.

Recent Review: We were very impressed with Joe and his remodeling company. The final decision between contractors came down to Sattler's policy of not providing as detailed a breakdown of the price estimate (as we prefer) as well as a 10% higher cost. From start to finish of our contacts with Joe Sattler and Kelly (of The Cabinet Gallery) were excellent. They are absolutely great at design ideas, professional layouts and possibilities. From the beginning they rose to the top of our preferred contractors list. We thought they were very creative and helpful. Totally loved the multiple design options they created and the helpful tips they gave us along the way. Kelly was particularly helpful with the cabinet layout and many design ideas. Joe brought Kelly and his plumber, electrician, tile/carpet rep and several others to see the actual layout and from there make their decisions and estimates for us. Never, ever a problem contacting them with any relevant questions. The timeline would have worked beautifully for us as well. We always felt that we were important to them and that they would value our business.

DCEC Construction
We were called back approximately 5 weeks after our initial call to CEC construction. By that time we were far along in negotiations with three other remodeling contractors and were not interested in another estimate. CEC told us that he was going back thru old phone messages and that was why he called us back. We graded them a D instead of an F because they did eventually contact us.
