AP R Construction
I was working along side of them.  They build everything from a small building to a large one.  They might be on the higher end, because they are organized, and get the job done quicker.  They good ratings on everything.

It went well. This was an all summer project.  They started around April and finished in September.  It took a little longer than it should have because we received a lot of rain that summer. They hired a couple subcontractors to take care of some prerequisite requirements.

AJ & T Construction
Within a week after bidding the project, they came and measured the project.  While we finished demolishing the old structure and removing the debris (finished April 10, 2014) they were busy building walls in their shop to erect on site.  4 days later (on Monday, April 14, 2014) they were here bright and early repairing foundation and Tuesday, April 15, began putting them up!  Now starting the 4th week, and with 4 or 5 rain days in between, they have exterior and interior walls erected (2 stories), sheathed, roof trusses up, sheathed and papered, stairway to the 2nd floor nearly completed, and house wrapped in Tyvek air infiltration barrier.  Tomorrow they will begin to install windows.  The quality is very excellent, they are very efficient, easy to work with (I made changes to the plan a few times), jovial and super nice guys - it's only a 2 man team.  All the rooms are exactly the right size, square, and level.  I am very impressed with their work.   The new house is 1638 square feet 3 bedrooms, single story on each end, and 2 story in the center with the 3rd bedroom upstairs and has a balcony overlooking the living room.  The main floor also has an office for my business, decently large rooms (each of the main floor bedrooms is 12 x 12 feet, living room is 12 x 15 feet not including the stairway.)  If anyone needs a house or other building constructed, J & T Construction is the very best, cost is very reasonable ($31.32 per square foot - plus materials).  You'll get very high quality and fast reliable work putting it up!!!

FR & R Roofing and Construction
He was supposed to build a party barn for us. It was to be insulated and sheet rocked. There was a kitchen in there, a bathroom. We gave him all the money for the work and he did not buy the materials for the project so we had to go out a purchase all those things again that were needed. He never finished the work, he sent a text saying that he quit. After 10 months only the building was up but the rafters fell down, he did insulate and sheet rock but we could see all the seams and we had to re-paint and re-sand. There were foot prints in the concrete.  He did nothing correctly. We have to date re-spent $12,000. He would show up late and he would not answer the phone when we called.

FROSS RIVER WICK BUILDING
..The construction of the building started on May 30, 2013 and was not completed until August 28, 2013. Normally this size building should be completed in 7-10 good weather working days. Once the holes were drilled and the posts set they was going to backfil the holes without cement. The blue print called for two sixty pound bags. they did not have the cement to do the job, so I made several trips to Home Depot and purchased the cement. Two sixty pound bags of cement in a two foot wide by five foot deep hole is not enough so I purchased additional cement. Ross River laughed at me when I got additional cement, but we had a very wet spring that year so I ignored him. Later he told me that he had four buildings that he put up that was sinking because of the wet spring and the weight of the building. After the post was set know one came to work on my building for one and a half months. posts was not set correctly, the girt boards did not have the required amount of nails in them, the roof trusses was difficult to set  because the posts had set for a month and a half in the sun and the treated wood twisted out of shape, the purlins are offset at the  roof ridge line making the ridge cap not fit correctly, Two sides of the building and all of the roof, all of the screws are all over  torqued severely denting the metal, it looks like someone took a baseball bat to it. There is much more but this box is getting to  small. Ross River and Tom Wick of Wick Buildings refuse to honor this s***** work. I hired a Lawyer to sue Ross River and Tom  Wick, but I stopped the law suit when I found out that this has happened to the both of them before, they lost the law suits and then filed bankruptcy and not had to pay one dime to anyone. If you are contacted by Ross River or Tom Wick of Wick Buildings, do not buy their buildings, My building was less than two months old and I had roof leaks. They did send someone out to chaulk the  ridge line. They are not honoring the warranty agreement. ( RUN LIKE H*** FROM THESE PEOPLE)

FTop of the Line Steel Buildings LLC
It has been a disaster from the start. I was told from the start it would take 6 weeks and all his ads say 6 weeks for delivery of the building. I wrote the deposit check and ordered the building July 1st 2014. Part of the building showed up August 15th which was 10 weeks after order and one of the semi's wrecked before delivery. The 2nd load made it to my house October 6th and was unloaded by the contractor Carlin with top of the line steel building provided but they did not check the load and what was sent was the exact same as the 1st load so I was sitting on double the 1st load. I didn't think much about it until Thanksgiving came and went and numerous phone calls to Carlin and Todd, with Toddson Construction who was the builder, On when they were going to erect my building which lead to excuse after excuse on why the delays. Finally they both said it would be done by Christmas. I went out to look at the pile of parts and noticed It didn't look right I called Carlin and said all my shed was not here. After him being argumentative he showed up to inventory it and I was right they remade the same parts that delivered back on August 15th. So it was reordered again and the rest showed up Tuesday December 30th and I was told they would start work the day they unloaded it so I went into work late that morning to hang around home and make sure everything showed up. They unloaded the truck and left. Did not return until Friday of that week and worked Friday and Saturday. Now I am sitting here a week later and have not seen anymore progress. I forgot to mention since they had double frames and sidewall sheeting sitting on my property the solution was to fab double everything else and sell it for $5000 less than I had paid for the building. The extra building is still sitting on my property since Carlin didn't set up a forklift to unload it at another location. So in conclusion if you every are in the market for a shed stay away from Carlin and Toddson Constrution they are full of excuse's. Carlin is also sure to let you know that that he just sells buildings the builders do not work for him. Even though both websites for their companies say customer satisfaction guaranteed. Hopefully I will end up with my building complete soon.

APremier Construction Services
In February 2013 we hired Premier Construction to undertake an extensive building project which included an addition to our house that doubled the existing square footage, a remodel of the existing space, and the construction of a detached garage. Also included in the project were a rear deck, a front covered deck, and a patio just off the newly constructed walk-out. Our building project with Adam and Premier Construction was definitely a collaborative effort and the design options Adam presented to us always reflected our wishes and preferences. As the project advanced, there were change orders at our request which Adam took in stride with his characteristic can-do cheerfulness. Adam never sees a problem that can't be fixed or a challenge that can't be met and he possesses a great aesthetic sense as well as an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in the construction business. The end result, which we are now enjoying, is a seamlessly executed addition which has all the features we most desired. The quality of workmanship in the addition surpasses that of the original dwelling, a credit to Adam and the first-rate team of employees and sub-contractors associated with Premier Construction.  We have no plans for further improvements...but...if we ever decide to build a party shed, we'll call Adam.

ABROWN CONSTRUCTION
The crew came promptly when expected and speedily removed the rotten old deck.  They came back at a later date (after the house painting was completed) to build the new deck.  They consistently do professional, top-notch work.  Easy to do business with, prices are competitive, and the work is always done well and on time.
