Recent Review: They came on a Saturday and all of the work was done within two weeks.  They told us after the fact that the ducts were filthier than they thought they would be.   They had to borrow our shop vac and step-stool to clean the duct work.   They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the work they did.  They took the old heater and swamp cooler with them.

Recent Review: The service was performed on one of our rental homes so the maintenance man & the customer service woman had to deal with both me and my tenant - me to get the go ahead to spend the money and order parts and do repairs & my tenant to set up times to do the work. Both the maintenance & customer service person did a wonderful & professional job at this and kept me in the loop the whole time of the work in progress.     On the first call from my tenant they were not getting the a/c to cool so I called Canady's (after looking on Angie'sList) and I explained I was the owner and gave them my tenant's name and number and requested them to call me before any work was done so I could say yay or nay on the price, etc. I called back my tenant and told them who I contacted and gave them the info and told them to contact Canady's. Later the next day I receive a call from the maintenance guy explaining the evaporator cooler needed to be replaced and needed to replaced but in the mean time to keep the home cool they can recharge the Freon. I asked how much that was - it was three hundred and something!! what!!  He than said that would also go into the repair price at the end - so it didn't hurt so much :).   I forgot to say that this was on a SATURDAY!!  They do not charge more for a service call on Saturday like other companies do!!    The only time the ball was dropped by Canady's was during this time. The maintenance man said he would have the part ordered and I would hear how much it would be by Friday. When I didn't hear anything by Friday I called the office and the woman said they didn't know anything about this part and they would have to contact the maintenance man. They did, called me back at the beginning of the next week, and between my tenant's and their schedule the part was installed with no problems quickly and efficiently by the next week.      The maintenance man was the same throughout the whole process - wish I could remember his name - along with the woman in the office - because she was super awesome too.  Their customer service was amazing and I will turn to this company any time in the future and recommend them!
