Recent Review: Small things that needed done. Had been living with a faucet that had a broken valve so off was acutally 1/2 turn on and a toilette that didn't fill quite enough so was always messy. Their man came out and quickly and efficiently fixed both problems. He did have to totally replace the faucet, but called me at work to verify the style I wanted before replacing. All was done and in good working order within an hour or so.

Recent Review: I provided all the parts but one, and it turned out to be expensive, because i had to pay him to go get it.  The rest was pretty straightforward.  The final bill was about $100 more than the initial estimate.

Recent Review: Ineptness characterized every aspect of the experience. After visiting and surveying the work to be done, when they arrived to do the work Wigley had misidentified the type of pipe needed. They both left to get the proper pipe at Home Depot - 6 miles away. An hour and a half later (co-incidentally it was lunch time) they returned. This time was included in their time charge even though it was their error. That work proceeded with only one more snag - used the wrong adhesive and had to restart. Sloppy, got adhesive on the floor and failed to clean it up. Moved on to dripping faucet repair. Took an hour to adjust the faucet, with Wigley trying to talk his "assistant" through the job. Moved on to another faucet repair in the kitchen. This took over four hours! Much of the time with Wigley on the phone with the Delta Help Line - training time which he also wanted me to subsidize. He portrayed himself as a Delta expert having installed Delta products for over 30 years. He had greased the gaskets as his solution. Delta informed him that they should never be greased - he argued with them!! In the process of the work they scratched and dented the base plate of the faucet and the condition they had been charged with fixing was now worse and the pull out faucet function was impaired. After more than seven hours we just wanted them out of the house. Even with my limited DIY skills I was able to remedy the kitchen faucet issues in just under 30 minutes. We had asked him to address them since we were bringing him in as a professional and why not have him address all of our minor issues at once? I will never use him again and could never recommend him for any type of work.

Recent Review: I have used Tommy for several different jobs, replacing water heater, replacing faucet and now the disposal. The old one froze. I called Tommy to replace the old one with a and quot;goodand quot; new one. The one he brought, he said, was expensive but a good one. He installed and repaired a leak in the other sink outlet. The new one is very quite - can hardly hear it running. It is worth the extra cost. Tommy does excellent work at a fair price on a timely basis.

I cant believe this guy is still in business! I had him re popcorn a ceiling. When he was cleaning up, he used my kitchen sink to clean up his popcorn ceiling dispenser and tools - never asked me if we had a utility sink, which we did. And to add insult to injury - used my sponge to clean up his stuff that I clean dishes!! He told me that the product was not toxic!!???. When he replaced my faucet - which I purchased as he requested, he asked me where the new trap was. He forgot to tell me to purchase one. Then he wanted to throw all the trash and clean up materials in my trash can - he had no intention of hauling it away. I would never hire and have told neighbors of my experience with Jim Throndsen.

Excellent. The call was made and scheduled the next day. However, a request was made for a picture of the tub filler and changed to the same day.. The repairman, Blake as I recall, showed up on time. Looked at the kitchen sink, and we explained the house had apparently had multiple leaks repaired under the sink. Once identified, we also would like the estimate to replace all the PVC pipes and fix the issues completely. When looking at the tub filler, we had the replacement faucet, a new pipe from the wall needed to be made. There was no copper pipe out of the wall. Blake asked many questions to understand our issues in the spare bathroom. Water getting the wall being our biggest concern. He also stated he would caulk and tighten the water faucet. Blake was gracious and respectful at all times. When determining what could be done, he very carefully questioned the costs we would want to spend. It was then determined the tub filler and he would fix the leak under the kitchen sink. The tub filler was expertly completed. It looks like it supposed too. However, the kitchen he was not legally able to touch because the leak was the pipe attached to the house. However, Blake walked my husband step by step on how to fix the leak. He had already gave us the quote to replace all the PVC pipes. Later this year, we will be calling and asking for Blake to return. One additional note, Blake was great with a very over protective Jack Russell Terrier, who protects "Mom" by barking. Made friends and kept a firm voice with him. Blake earned plenty of respect for how he handled our "Terror."
