Recent Review: The person I made the appointment with told me what it would cost and time they would be there. They arrived on time, assessed what was needed and within 30 minutes the job was completed. They checked to insure that there were no leaks from the disposal, dishwasher or either sink.  I ask him to adjust 2 other faucets and he said he still had time before the hour was up. I will definitely use them again.

Recent Review: I called them to replace a bathtub faucet. But the replacement faucets I had purchased in advance would not fit. They went shopping for a new faucet and while the drain guys were at my home; we discovered the water pressure was elevated. The drain guys came back the following day to fix the water pressure. It was a costly repair but I am so thankful these guys were available when needed.

Recent Review: We've used Integrity Plumbing for several year. Stan put in all the plumbing when we redid our 2 baths. He has been out to fix a problem with the water vent for the AC leaking into the house. He came up with an inexpensive way to lower the pipe outside so the water would drain below the line of the house. He put in a new faucet in our kitchen. He's always responded promptly to my calls and has been out in a day or less. He works quickly and, I feel, charges very reasonably. Usually it's around $75 unless he replaces something.

Recent Review: They arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and the dispatcher called to let me know they were on the way. To me this was a reasonable wait time -- it is hard to predict how long the previous appointment will take. Very happy with their work and will use Babbitt's again.

AHARDY PLUMBING
They were awesome. Very professional on the phone- very punctual. Fixed me up and asked if there was anything else they could do for me before they left. Cleaned up after themselves and left no trash- will definitely use them again in the future.

BUNIVERSAL PLUMBING
In Jan 2014, my old kitchen faucet stopped working. Universal Plumbing put in a new one. I was hoping to get a new (J) high rise type but the one they had was out of my price range. I did also ask for a 2-handle faucet instead of a 1 handle, which he didn't have on the truck. Since I needed a new faucet, I told him I would go with regular (non-J) type. He said he would go to the 'warehouse' & get it. It seemed like no time & he was back at my house with a 'J' type he would give me at discounted price. That install went fine. However, within a few months, that new faucet started squeaking. I didn't think a lot about it & kept using it. Then a few months later, when I used the sprayer, which I rarely use, it acted weird, not spraying right. I shrugged it off since I don't use it much. But then when the faucet itself was acting weird, I got concerned. I would turn the lever on & no water would come out or I would turn it on & the water would come out nice & then suddenly stop coming out. It would be several minutes before the water would start running again. This happened several different days so I finally called Universal Plumbing again & told them what was happening. The same tech came & saw for himself what was happening. He showed me what the part was that he said was malfunctioning, tried to fix it but he said it was still acting up. So, he replaced that faucet with same type. I am not 100% sure he put a NEW faucet in either time since I saw no papers or packaging materials.  This 'replacement' is squeaking now. Otherwise, it is working find as far as I know.

FSouthern Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air
Took several days to get an appointment. Showed up at the very end of the allotted time. I assumed they were there to do the work, hooking up the drain and installing a new faucet I already purchased. Also changing out a single plug to a four prong 220 for a new stove that replace one that was hardwired. The appointment was actually just to give a quote, although all of the tasks were fully spelled out beforehand. Then they wanted $2K+ to do this less than 2 hours work, all labor, and they needed to reschedule a second appointment to actually do the work. Also tried to do lots of upselling with annual service checks, replacing the garbage disposal, etc. I refused. Charged $69 for the call anyway. Same company also quoted me $2K to replace my hot water heater. Will never call them again.

He was very good. He was here for about 2 hours. He tried to help me with the pipe issue. It was quite an extensive problem. I believe he was right. Everything he told me panned out. I may call him back out to complete the work with the pipes.

1. Gouges were put in the wall as the guys lifted out the tub (Markus spackled the damages, yet never sanded or offered to repaint the wall). 2. While removing the existing shower foundation walls and shower curb, Markus broke off a large corner of the existing tile floor; he showed me the damage and stated it was not his fault because the floor tile was attached to the wall portion he took out and he could not be responsible for it (the tile was not attached to anything as I had already removed the old ceramic tile off the walls and shower curb; there was a clear gap between the wall, shower curb, and the tile floor). When the guys built the shower curb, they built it with a 3/8ths inch difference from one end to the other end which leaves it at an angle. Markus told me the original tile installers installed the tile at the wrong angle and that?s why there is a larger gap on one end than on the other end; it wasn?t his fault. I actually measured from shower wall to shower curb at each end and you can tell the difference in measurements. Also, the hardy board they installed for the tub surround wall and base has uneven gaps, and there are two good sized openings where no hardy board was used. Markus told me the tile will cover those areas and it would cause no problem. When I went into the adjoining toilet area there were gouges in the common wall caused by screws which had poked through from the adjoining shower area. I showed Markus, he spackled them, and once again he left them just like he did the other ones; not painted or finished. Additionally, the light switch and switch cover was bulging out of the wall but Markus said it was like that from before. 3. Removed old hall bath shower/tub faucet set; installed new set which did not work. I exchanged it and Markus installed a new one (Ipaid extra for it) which works except when you turn the handle to cold water, you get hot water, and vice versa. Markus said the manufacturer must be at fault as he installed it correctly. 4. When I asked Markus if he would be available next weekend to install the toilet, the new vanity sinks, and finish installing the MBA shower fixtures, he told me his schedule was already booked and he didn?t know when he would be available, perhaps some evening he might be able to come by; he said call him. To top all of this off, he walked off with my 5 gallon work bucket. He said he?d return it but I?ve yet to get it back. I emailed Markus later and told him about the problems I was having with his work; he replied back and basically said none of it was his fault. I kept the email and I took pictures of all the damages. I will never use the services of Total Home Care again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
