Recent Review: Overall very well. My contact was Kevin. We arranged the initial measuring with my first contractor was rebuilding my shower, and Jacobs promptly came out and measured and ordered the door. I had to change contractors and my shower had to be rebuilt and that changed the size of the shower door. Jacobs Glass came back out and remeasured but did not charge me for a second door since the first one had already been delivered. The new shower door was installed and looks beautiful. I tried to tip the installers since they installed the door on a Saturday, but they politely declined. My only issue is that while waiting for delivery of the second door, I had to initiate contact to find out about delivery and installation. Communication could have been better, but overall I am more than satisfied.

Recent Review: I bought the material needed to complete the master bath. Contractor designed the layout of the tile, installed the tile, installed new bath fixtures, painted the walls, installed new shower door. When I had the guest bath done, the contractor picked out the tile, layed the tile, chose the vanity, chose the fixtures, chose the paint color. I didn't have to do anything, the bathroom is beautiful. I am so pleased with both bathrooms.

Recent Review: We built our “forever” home last year. I bought a beautiful glass door from HD for the MBR. I couldn’t find *anyone* in metro Atlanta to install it. The folks at Glass Doors by TJ explained that these doors from the big box stores were manufactured based on standard measurements and didn’t account for gaps, etc that existed in showers like ours. We didn’t have anything fancy but one of our contractors made the shower pan & tiled it. It looked nice & I wanted to make certain that the finished job was leak proof. Then I was told about their free lifetime warranty on their doors and the glass protector. The installers, Wendell & Alvin, did a great job, as you can see from the photos. They were very pleasant, easy to talk to and gave me some great tips on taking care of our new door. This really was a great experience! They did a super job!!

Recent Review: Kept promise of cost, time frame and results. Very easy to work with, he listened to our input and the finished product is beautiful! He dId most of the work himself with 2 helpers that were punctual and courteous. Organized and he did not waste any materials and clean up was done each day with final clean up on last day. Highly recommend Derrick and his crew for any remodeling and tile work needs!

Recent Review: Paul was very professional and hard working and had a great personality. The 45 year old tub and wall look brand new. Love the look of the sliding glass doors. Cleaned up so well you could not tell he had been there. We would definitely hire them again.

Recent Review: I had called several contractors to finish a shower that had been partially installed by someone else. Mr. Haynie came immediately and gave me his price and said he could start the next morning. I agreed and Mr. Haynie showed up on time and finished exactly when he told me.  He and his assistant were easy to communicate with and not only cleaned up after themselves but respected the fact they were in someone else's home so I didn't have to clean up after them.  They stayed until Mr Haynie was satisfied the shower walls were square, quite a task in an older mobile home,  the shower doors were perfectly alligned and the handicap rail was safely installed.  He even had to custom make some of the shower trim.  I appreciated the prompt and professional manner he runs his business. My 90 yr old mother was due in 5 days and it really took the pressure off when the job was finished.  I am confident my Mother will be safe with the work he has done

Recent Review: The job was completed in less than a month. The subcontractors were prompt and did the work on time. The time line was required because of the immensity of the project. The contractor convinced us that we would only be satisfied with the bathroom re-do if we took everything down to the studs and rebuilt it. He was correct. Any attempt to remodel this bath by doing only cosmetic things would not have been satisfying. The price was more than we had originally thought it would be, but I have come to find out that the final price is well withint the range of bathroom remodeling, especially since we went with high-end fixtures, such as a rain shower head and hand-held showers with temperature control and separate controls for each shower. The shower doors are frameless tempered glass.

Recent Review: When it came to building the new shower, he did not follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the shower pan, leaving me with a creaking, moving floor in the shower and the plumbing not connected. I asked him to please take it out and follow the instructions provided, he said he didn't need to, that what he did was right. So we had a bit of a difference of opinion and he finally did take it out and following the instructions to a point......he didn't put the motar base on the floor to level the base as well as pack it with the mortar. When it dried, there wasn't enough mortar work done and all of the mortar fell out of the base causing a bigger movement issue.   He did not finish off the tops of the shower walls he built.  He also, knowing that I was going to do the tiling work myself since he didn't do it, wasn't going to put up the backerboard in the shower for me.  Again he did very shoddy work when it came to placing the inserts in the shower for shampoo, etc.  He cut thru my wall into my closet on the other side and didn't repair it.   He left exposed 2 x 4's. He cut an existing wall out and made the bottom dry wall piece too large causing a bowing effect. The mudding work that he did on the surrounding area of the shower he built was not finished work, as well as all dry wall repairs. I have since called upon friends who do this type of work on the side to come in and pull the shower pan to make it stable, hook up the drain that Larry left unconnected, finish up the dry wall work so that it can be painted. Place the toilet that was supposed to be installed. And put in my shower doors. All of the above items were to be included in the price that he quoted to me.When I confronted him a second time about the shower pan and that it needed to be pulled and fixed, he told me he was done working for me and that as far as he was concerned I could get someone else to do the work. That what he did was right and there was nothing wrong with his work. He was extremely rude and I definitely would not recommend him to anyone. Over all, don't hire this man for any type of finished work or anything that needs specific instructions to complete.

Recent Review: Eric gave us an estimate that was lower than the others we had gotten. He started work within a few days of giving him the go ahead. He is very knowledgeable and suggested better ways of doing things as we went along. We threw him a curve when we radically changed the shower design in mid-stream. Eric adapted to the changes with no problems and built it exactly as we wanted. There was some delay in finishing the glass work on the shower, but it was caused by the redesign and supplier problems. Overall, things went very well and we would not hesitate to recommend and / or re-employ Eric for future projects.

Recent Review: It went great, there was an issue with the top of our first vanity shattering, but it turned out to be a manufacturing defect. Mr. Robillard helped us get the issue resolved with Lowe's, and he was honest about what had happened. We really love the work. It looks so good!

The sales rep was great at explaining and showing me the options that were available. The installation guy was top notch. Very personable and knowlegeable. Answered every question. It was a LOT of work. Removing the old tub, installing new plumbing, building up the walls so that the custom fit liner would be flush over the old tile from floor to ceiling. Our installation guy was the hardest working guy we've every had work at the house. For any regular contractor this would hae been a 3-day job using two people. Kudo's to Bath Fitter !

Everything went smoothly. I got the order one week after placement, as promised. Even if they had brought the wrong parts initially, they came back the next day and finished the job. After installation, the crew cleaned up the mess. Will use them again.
