My first contact with Lazy Day Pools was when they replied the same day to my on-line request for a quote. Instead of a simple email, I got a video response with a written quote. During the video, information was provided that was useful even if I didn't choose them. Everything was made clear up front. The gentleman in the video indicated he would be the one to come and take my pool measurements. A time was set for the next day (!), and he actuallly called me that day because he was running 15 minutes late. I thought this was fantastic! I have been used to contractors showing up late or not at all without any communication. I considered this excellent customer service! We were kept fully informed throughout the whole process. The installation crew did an outstanding job of installing the pool liner. They even repaired a hole in the pool wall that became evident after the old liner was removed (no additional charge). When the installation was completed, there was absolutely NO WRINKLES in the liner. They did not ask for any money up front. No payment was made until the work was completely finished. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and courteous. In conclusion, I have to say that I'm an extremely pleased with Lazy Day Pools. Not only did they offer a premium pool liner and the best price, thei quality of their work was outstanding and the customer service was awesome. I highly recommend this company for pool liner installation.

I have found these people to be just excellent. They came three times just to look and check on things, and didn’t charge me a dime, and when they did come back and did what they did, it was very small compared to what someone else would have charged me. They are very prompt, and they do what they tell me, and they don’t try to charge me n arm and a leg. I found them to be very trustworthy. The owner told me the other day that he liked to do business the old-fashioned way with a man’s word and a handshake. I thought him to be very honest. My sump pump went out and they told us to just unbolt it and bring it to them. I ordered a motor and got it in, and I took it to them to put it on, and they didn’t charge me for that. I like them very much.

It took me 5 days and 10 phone calls to even get an appointment. The appointment was set by White's Pool for 9:00 am without consulting or asking me if that time was goof for me, the customer. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from White's Pool at 9:45 am to say that the technician was busy with another call that they had "forgotten" about and he would not be at my house until after 2:00pm. When the technician arrived he worked on the pool. As he was leaving, the told my husband that he "had it running". When asked about the cost of the repair, the technician state- "I have no idea. I am just a subcontractor". He then left. More than 5 days later, I received a bill for $728 for the repair! I called White's to ask why I was not given an estimate before such a costly repair was performed. I was chastised by the owner's wife and told that the technician had given my husband a quote of the cost and an invoice upon completion of the work. This was indeed not the case. I pointed that out to Mrs. White, who insisted it was so. She then gave the phone to Mr. White who said that If we were unhappy, he would send out another technician to undo the repair. I told them that I was fully prepared to pay the bill, but I would have appreciated a quote in advance of the work. They White's then went on to say what a "Christian" business they were and that if we were unhappy they would remove the repaired parts and I could find another provider. Their attitude was very unprofessional and the conversation ended with Mrs. White declaring how she would "pray for us".

FCountry Side Pool &Home
Signed contract on 4/17/19 for pool installation and bathroom remodeling. At that time Shelby said that both could be done on the same day if not two days. Pool was delivered on 5/2/19. Made them aware so we could start project. I was told numerous times dates to start. No show. Finally 15x54 pool project was under way. Lots of no shows. Poor communication! I had to continually call the owner numerous times for promises broken! Dirt had to be dug down 6in for accommodations . He agreed to that. Deck was already up. He was aware of the alternate equipment I had. Informed me it would work for this pool. He told me deck ” might “ need to be cut in order to accommodate skimmer . He could of solved that problem by just installing the pool to the left out from under the deck. At a later date He advised me to fill the pool and told me it was alright to go ahead and swim in it with no pump running and no skimmer hooked up. This should have been done all in one day. He finally came out to put the skimmer in then informed my husband the deck needed to be cut. Then told him how to install the skimmer and hook up the pump and saltwater system. It took over a month to install my 15x54 pool and it still wasn’t up and running. Finally had to hire another company to come out and finish installing the work he hadn’t. I notified him on 6/25/19 about the liner not being installed correctly . He was suppose to look at that when he came out to install the skimmer etc. I have yet to hear from him. Also the bottom of liner on the ground has numerous rocks under neath due to him not telling me he needed clean sand. Which I would of gladly purchased. Bottom line is pool is installed. It has rocks on the bottom with only a matter of time before I have holes. We also had to remove the mess and dirt that was left behind. Contract on bathroom was cancelled. Beware !!!

AA1 Driveway Replacement Co
The pool removal and the driveway came out very well. I needed to watch over the workers to make sure that they did everything that they were supposed to. The pool removal was a relatively difficult job. Their quality was great and their price was decent. You have to just keep an eye on them.

They are really good. They are not perfect, but compared to all the other that we have used, they are honest, and they document what they do. For instance, they test the water, and they tell you what the readings are and then they add the chemicals and email it to me. They keep records and I like that. They will be coming out today, and we pay monthly. They are not the cheapest.

I contracted with this company to install my pool. They said that they would start in 2 to 3 weeks. The installer showed up about three weeks after I paid them and said that it would take him about one day to do the installation. He did not return when he said he would. It has been almost a month now and the installation is still not completed. I have contacted the installer several times and have been given several promise to be here to finish the installation. The installer has not shown back up to finish. There were only a couple of minor things that needed to be completed. They left a back hoe with broken hydraulic hoses in my yard for about two weeks. They do not keep appointments and they just quit working on my job and have not been in contact with me to even try to explain why they walked off of the job without finishing. When I call the installer now he does not answer.

AASP - America's Swimming Pool Co Savannah
ASP has been providing weekly pool maintenance for our condominium association swimming pool on Saint Simons Island for several years. The employees are very conscientious when performing the weekly cleaning and in adjusting the pool chemicals to ensure complete compliance with the Glynn County Health Dept requirements. The company is very responsive to any concerns we have or problems we encounter. It is a pleasure doing business with ASP and I would recommend them to other associations and friends.

They are good and reasonably priced. They are still in process of it. The majority have not finished yesterday. They came when you called them. When they got here, they know what they were doing. They were professional. They were here right on time.

FNagy Pools & Decorative Concrete Finishes
Entered into agrrement with nagy pools in Feb. 2012 to install rectangle in-ground fiberglass pool, job began on schedule as to the contract. Excavation was completed and we paid that portion of the payment per the contract. fabrication began a few weeks later and that is where it all went wrong. They built the walls out of non-treated OSB and 2x4 lumber, when i asked about it rotting he assured me the fiberglass would be strong enough to hold up. Weeks went by and he failed to show and we called him daily to inquire when he would be back and he failed to return calls. After 4 weeks he returned and said I need to now provide backfill dirt for the pool to support the walls and that I would now need a retaining as well. Now of this was in the contract! I told him he would have to purchase the dirt as it said so in the contract and he said no its my responsiblity. For 3 more weeks he never returned despite repeated daily calls by us. Finally he returned to take back the fiberglass resins and mat he had left and saId he would be back in one week to complete the pool. He never showed so I was forced to get an attorney to handle the case. Sean was served paper and contact by court process servers that he needed to submit information related to the contract and never did and failed to show up for court as required. I have this eye sore in my backyard now for over a year and spent $20,000 for this, but yet he is taking his family on vacation but will not return the money he STOLE from me. Do not purchase a pool from this man as he will rip you off!!!!!!!!!! On March 11, 2013 Court of Bullouch County awarded me judgement against this man and his company, so even the court when reviewing this case found him to be neglegent.
