Recent Review: The installer was very informative, explaining everything he was doing and going to do, answered all of our questions and even stayed until midnight getting it installed. It took so long because they came out around 8pm just to diagnose what might be wrong, when we found out we needed a whole new tank, he installed it right then and there. I was so impressed and will definitely use Royal Flush again!

Recent Review: Very professional.  Quick appointment.  Service performed quickly.  Purchased Angie's deal of $39.00 for $100 worth of services expecting it would cover a leaky toilet.  I recall it did cover the labor but the rebuild part was very expensive.  This company has flat rates for work to be done.  I don't like that method of pricing.  Much prefer hourly rate.

Recent Review: They were very professional. They came right out because I afraid that I had a water heater leak so I and my husband were researching on tank less water heater. So I went downstairs and there was a puddle near the water heater. I called them up and they sent somebody right out. The guy was here like half hour before he told he would be here. He checked it out and showed where the puddle came from as water heater wasn't leaking. He showed me bunch of things and walked me through a bunch of things. Then we had estimates done with like three other companies and Allgood one was the cheapest. They were most professional. They showed up when they told they'll be there. Their guy came in and he was awesome. He really worked with me in terms of where we were going to install the new tank less system. They had what we wanted and they got it in the next day so we could qualify for the reading the state was offering. They were awesome and they really worked with us. I worked with other companies that I called but they weren't as quick. They got here as quick as I called. They were great. They were one of the cheapest but I feel like we got really good quality installation. The job that they did was unbelievable. They took away the old water heater with no problems, no mess and no fuss. They capped off the old gas line. He did an excellent job. The price was fair. Their price was very competitive. We wanted the higher end system itself and that one was little more expensive than the other one because they didn't offer it. They were really outstanding. I don't know if anybody had a water heater leak; it holds forty gallons of water. That was the absolute last thing we wanted to have had happened that one of the things to give away. We had a little puddle that could have become a 40 gallon leak. The guy not only told that was not the issue we were having but we have to get it replaced but it doesn't have to be right now. He showed me where the puddle actually came from and what was causing it. He went out of his way to make me understand what was going on. He was here on the emergency thing and he was very awesome.

We noticed water leaking from the ceiling in an upstairs bathroom and found out the it was coming from the hot water heater in the attic. After shutting off the gas and water, siphoning out the overflow pan and draining the tank, we called Arrowhead. This was a Friday evening. Derrick came out Saturday morning to assess the situation and give us a fair price for his services and promised to be back Monday to replace the old tank. This would require removing our attic stairs so that they could get the old and new tanks through the opening. By Monday afternoon the work was complete and the attic stairs were back in place and in need of only minimal touchup work to match the rest of the ceiling. Very professional and attentive service!

This really should be entitled Part 2 of the review we submitted a week ago when the replacements were in the planning stage. So continuing from that review, here is what happened with the installations:  The plumber assigned to these jobs was Mr. Gareth Evans.  He had done the estimate and we were pleased to have him return to handle the work.  He arrived promptly as planned and first took care of our old tank style water heater in the basement of our home.  Despite a major thunderstorm, he had picked up the replacements before 7AM from the distributor center in order to get to our home as scheduled.  He briefed my husband and I on how the switch would be done and set to work.  He spent the entire morning removing and installing a traditional water heater, then cleaned the basement area where the new tank is placed before taking a short lunch.  Then, he returned and began the removal of an old water heater next door that had unfortunately been placed in an upstairs closet.  What could have been a mess with damage to rugs and walls, was handled flawlessly.  (Upon removal of the unit, it was apparent that the old unit was just weeks away from bursting and flooding the bonus room and living room below.)  The new tankless water heater was installed by dinner time.  We received thorough introduction to how it works and what to expect.  Very seldom do you receive this kind of technical information; we just wish other professionals did this quality of work and consumer education. In summary, Allgood Plumbing and Electric has highly intelligent, motivated, hardworking employees. Not only do their field staff do the job correctly, but also their office staff handle the logistics flawlessly; when you talk to them on the phone, they really listen and take note of your problems.  For these installations, I would like to commend Tammi O. for her office support. Finally, a note on price:  You pay for quality and you receive it.
