Recent Review: My husband and I had just moved into our newly purchased home (our second night there), when a bad electrical storm during the evening damaged our oven and microwave combination. We did not know whom to call as we had just moved into the area so I consulted the Kitchenaid website and contacted them. A very nice lady tried to help me fix it over the phone, but when that did not work, she gave me the number of another appliance repair company to call for help. Because that company does not regularly come out to this area, and only does so on Tuesdays, we had to wait 2 weeks for their initial visit. Since this review is not about them, whom we decided not to use because of a bad experience, we consulted a neighbor who told me to call Deal's. I called them and they sent two technicians out within a week to fix our oven. Both men were very courteous and had my oven fixed in less than an hour. We only had to pay for the service call as we already had the part needed based on the other company's evaluation. We will definitely call them again if needed for help.
