Recent Review: Mike and his crew did a great job repairing and repainting our garage ceiling after a water leak. Michael was a pleasure to work with, very professional and arrived to do the work when he said he would. Have arranged with Mike to come back in several weeks to do additional painting once additional repairs are completed. Would highly recommends Fendley Painting Company.
Recent Review: We hired ed to come in a put two coats of bahama blue on the walls of our garage ed was very clean and professional the garage floor was also coated with garage floor paint the color really adds alot of personality and ed was very accommodating thanks ed
Recent Review: The home was a foreclosure and the garage had all kinds of damage to the walls and ceiling, foam spray everywhere as well as spackle. The crew arrived on time and went to work right away. They removed everything from the garage, prepped all the surfaces (there was a LOT) and painted all the walls, trim and ceiling. They did an exceptional job and finished in record time. They arrived at 8 am and were completely finished by 2 pm. By 3 the walls were already dry. My neighbor was getting thier house painted and the crew did an excellent job in record time so I called them for an estimate to paint my house. I did have them paint the exterior of the house, the estimate was much lower than I expected. They were so easy to work with, always on time, always working and always leave the job clean! They didn't step on any flowers either! They did such an excellent job on the exterior, thats why I hired them to to do the garage.
This is my first large experience with contractors. I guess like any contractor you have to stay on top of everything. When we initially spoke with with the project manager we said we wanted any siding pieces replaced that were rotten or damaged. We pointed out any initial spots we knew of, but also said they were likely to find additional pieces as they would have a better eye for these things. Also additional damaged areas may crop up after pressure washing that weren't previously easily seen. Near the end I crawled on the roof and took photos all around the house to show the project manager and point out I just want everything that is rotten to be swapped out. Pros: * good work on siding * friendly workers * good communication with the painters themselves Cons: * I'll need to do some scraping and repaint a few places ( bubbling up and or peeling already) * I was out of town and told "The East Atlanta Painting Company" ( EAPC ) multiple times to contact my wife and update the email/phone number on the account and they never did. She gave them her phone number and email when contracting the job. * we were quoted over the phone for additional chimney work $1,900 then that changed to $2,100 via email ok sure sure maybe had a few hangups or job was harder than first look. The final quote was $2,400 !? that 500$ difference ? my wife talked them back down to 2100. Please pick a price and stick with it, or at least be able to back up the charges * I had to spoon feed them and stay on top of the siding people and the painters. More so the siding. We had a 1in hole basically 3 stories up (ya I know it high ) but I had to say something about it like 2-3 times before it was done. My wife also said something about it. * Since we were under the understanding that pieces that were damaged were going to be replaced, we thought the carpenters would find and replace everything that would be needed and I wouldn't have to go around the house poking around and finding rotten siding after they thought they were done because not everything was written up in the original quote. Yes, we understood if something totally out of scope would cost extra (like the chimney which was a mess and required its own quote), but apparently if it's not specifically written out in the initial quote they're reluctant to do the work. If it's going to cost a few extra bucks, we can talk about it and get it done. So my take away from this is, be sure to go over with the project manager any and all problems that you are aware of and specifically what work needs to be done.

DThe Painting Company
They are HIGHLY unprofessional and disingenuous. One of their salesmen showed up, which was fine. He gave me a verbal quote, and told me he'd email it to me in writing. Then he - and EVERYONE from the company - dropped off the planet. Not only did they never give me the written quote the sales rep promised would follow (the verbal-only quote was high-average, but not terribly high), but then they ignored my follow-up emails and text messages, and their phone rep told me someone would get back to me when I called to follow up. But they did (add insult to injury) and sent me an email offering me $50 credit (for all their non-responses) if I'd refer them for other jobs. I'm guessing, and only guessing - though this does not make them any less unprofessional or more reliable - is that the $700 the job would have cost me was not "worth it" for them. Otherwise inexplicable, but nonetheless HIGHLY unprofessional and quite frankly utterly obnoxious (they could have told me this on the phone when I first called, as I was very clear as to the scope of work I needed). Bottom line is the Painting Company is *HIGHLY* unprofessional, unresponsive, and disorganized. And while I didn't lose any money per se (but did lose a bunch of time) and can't speak to the quality of actual work, I can't imagine one could rely on the quality of their actual work if they're this unreliable.

AIntegrity Painting Service
Jason was courteous and marked me down on the date I had requested (between closing date and move-in date so this was essential). He had one of his employees do the painting, and it was done very well, and then checked in to make sure I was happy. I would certainly recommend and use this service again.

AKNOX INTERIORS & DESIGN LLC
We are extremely satisfied with the work they performed. They are courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They offered suggestions that greatly improved the appearance of the project and quickly adapted to our constantly changing plans and ideas without complaint. I would highly recommend them for any projects. After our first project was finished we hired them to prep and paint the exterior of our house.

ATaylor Home Improvement
Taylor was very reasoably priced and very professional to work with. After the main work was done, there was minor problem that was overlooked, Taylor and team came back to fix that repair free of charge.

AThe Painting Company
The painting company was very professional. They were quick about giving me a quote. The quote was free, which I appreciate. The quote was cheaper than some of the local companies. After getting the quote, we decided to get new windows as well. They waited until we had the windows installed and honored the quote. Everything went as planned. They finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with the results.
