Recent Review: Took warranty replacement keypad lock to their location to have it rekeyed to match other locks in the house. They did the job in about ten minutes while I wasted. Very courteous and professional.

Recent Review: These people are very professional. They talked with me about what they were doing and why they were doing it. They are friendly. The worked efficiently. They could not "break" the existing alarm code, so it costs another 100.00 to make that right. They also, went over the keypad and explained in detail about the setting of the alarm system. I demonstrated to them what they taught me. , They taught me how to obtain the utmost security from the system. I feel so much safer now.

He did a fantastic job almost on everything.  We did have some issues with one of the sinks because the main faucet part itself wasn't completely tightened down; but other than that, he did a good job.

(UPDATE: The company response is BS.  How could my mother be satisfied when she was left with a non working alarm system.  They also disabled her Medical Alert which worked through the old alarm system.  They even used the old alarm system's wiring so their scam upgrade was a degrade for which they tried to charge more and lock her into a long term contract.  When the old alarm system came back to repair what Security One had done, I boxed up the keypad and asked them to come pick it up (so they would not try to accuse us of not returning any of their equipment).  Security One would not pick it up from my mother's house so I shipped it to their company.  They would not accept it and it was returned to us unopened.  The last time I spoke with that salesperson (who would not return to my mother's house) he was bragging about what a great salesperson he was and the expensive car it afforded him.  When I stated that included scamming the elderly, he F bombed me and hung up.  This is the kind of D-bag salespeople Security One uses and their installers couldn't even get their system to work after piggybacking on the other alarms company's working system.  AVOID them and use a reputable company instead.)  My Mother is in her 80's and lives alone in an area of Columbus, GA that has seen better days. She has a working home alarm and medical alert system and was satisfiied. She and her family depend on this system since we are not close enough to respond in an emergency and she has short term memory problems which makes it difficult for her to handle some issues. Anyway, my Mother's home has the stickers in the windows and a sign in her yard from her alarm system, as well as No Soliciting sign on the door. When I was visiting one Sunday I noticed her alarm system had been replaced. At first I thought it was from her current company, but later found it was from a totally different one, SecurityOne. I found their new contract which stated she did not have a current alarm system and all the parts they had installed. I also found that they charged her a $99 install fee and locked her into a long term expensive contract in which they make automatic withdraws from her checking account! I tried to contact the salesman, but he did not return my calls until 3 days later. When I did talk to the salesman, he stated that he did not know my mother already had an alarm system (some how he missed current alarm system's window stickers, the yard sign, and the security key pad at the door)! He also stated that he picked houses on her street to visit at random to make his pitch (must have been that No Soliciting sign on her door that helped him choose). To make matters worse he also told me that the install was never finished because my Mother could not answer all the security set up questions!! That criminal knew what he was doing, lied, took advantage of my Mother's mental condition, took her money, and knowingly left her with a disabled alarm and medical alert system. Back to that Sunday I first found the new alarm system (before I talked to the salesman). I aked my Mother what had happened and she stated that she told the salesman she did not need a new alarm system, but he hard sold her on it. I asked her how it worked and she did not know (although they left a manual, they did not show her how or make sure she could operate it before leaving)! I then called the alarm monitoring company (which is not SecurityOne, but just a sub-contractor in Utah!) and we attempted to test the alarm. Of course it failed (I found out why after later talking to the salesman). I then called SecurityOne who is closed on Sunday. I also tried to contact them through their web site which is also a waste of time unless you want schedule them to come sell you something. I had to return to my home and my Mother went for over a week without a working alarm and medical alert system because of SecurityOne. Its been a month now and the contract is canceled, but we have yet to get any of my Mother's money back (non-refundable they say). The old alarm company did reinstall their equipment, but SecurityOne didn't show for their appointment to pick up theirs.
