They gave me a two week delivery time when I first called, but then called back the next day and said they could do it in two days. They got this accomplished in record time. To me, everything was perfect and to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

DTRINITY CUSTOM HOMES
Terrible. Long delays, ripoff add-on pricing. Extremely poor subcontractors. I kept being told this or that subcontractor(s) was so bad they'd never use him again. I guess I was the test home. Very poor supervision. They'll smile to your face and stab you in the back. I write this today on this site because I've been trying all week to get a name with whom I could be in touch regarding my treatment but their main office doesn't respond. The fellow who was supposed to be in charge of my build is evidently not with the company any longer. In fairness, however, I need to say that the rep at the Augusta Office is a very decent, caring and honorable person.

AJerry Vaughn Inc
He's a home builder and he does renovations. The house is almost complete and we've been dealing with him for several months. If I change my mind about some things, he complies with it as best he could. He's been an excellent builder! He does high quality work and of the five builders we spoke with, his price was the best.

DJ MAR BUILDERS & SVC
This builder Jon Barnhart is a dishonest builder! He does not stand behind his work and he will leave you holding the bag for ALL HIS mistakes! The sub contractors that Mr.Barnhart used to build our home were all pretty much related to him so therefore he would use these family members to do certain jobs on our Million Dollar home and they were NOT trained, skilled craftsmen for this type of work. Mr Barnhart's goal was to look after his sub contractors and NOT his paying customer! We have had many problems with our home since the completion and he refuses to step up to the plate and correct them! Potential home builders please beware of JMAR Builders & Services, he will make you all sorts of promises but will NOT honor a one of them, He is NOT a man of his word!

They build quality, high end homes. They are incredibly honest, have great follow up and are always very accessible.

AExcel Remodeling & Construction
The shed that they built was beautiful. It basically looks like a little house. Excel Remodeling & Construction is just a very small shop that is very very reliable. Spencer Hill, the owner, is an extremely good craftsman and he is very knowledgeable. He shows up when he says that he is going to show up. He just gives an all around good price. I want him to run his business because he deserves it.

BKINGSBURY CUSTOM HOMES INC
I would definitely recommend them; the house is built very well and there is nothing wrong with it. They were cooperative during the buying process but I did not work specifically with the builders. The realtor that they went through was very responsive.

We have had a major mold issue with this house. The way that they designed the roof allowed water to get behind the stone walls. JR Homes was supposed to inspect my house but they never did which caused the issue to be bigger. He knows about this problem and he keeps telling me that they will get it fixed but they always push back the date that they will come. I am tired that I have to keep reaching out to them to get this resolved. They started to break down some of the stone and they didn't remove all of the stone. His sub contractors will tell him that they did one thing, but they didn't. He does not follow up with their work. I have holes in my walls where they have checked to make sure there is no mold. I have no insulation so heat is getting out. I had water standing on both sides of my house because of the landscape and no drainage. This happens when I have my sprinkler system on or when it rains really hard. I bought a luxury home and nothing about this home right now is luxury.

It was without a doubt the worst experience of our life. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, incompetent and walked off the job. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I could go into all the nasty details but let's just say I am shocked that they are still legally allowed to "build" homes.
