We had Delo Construction work on a bathroom remodel for us. The owner, Mark, was incredibly professional and accommodating for what we wanted done. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure it was all done to our specifications. Mark’s crews, plumbing, electrical, and construction, were always on the job on a timely manner and made sure to complete all projects of the remodel with a professional touch. We would highly recommend Delo Construction for any building and remodeling needs you may have.

I have never in my life seen such an unprofessional person. He started my bathroom remodel 1 month ago can two times per week always had excuses to why he couldn't be at my house, work was done sloppy and when I voiced my concerns to him about the tiling in my shower and the fact he wanted to try and avoid fixing the texture on my walls he came to my house while I was at work and took his tools, some of the material i reimbursed him for and left my bathroom in shambles, see pictures. I am so upset and now have to find someone else to not only fix what he did wrong but now pay for labor and material I already paid Andy for. I gave him $2000 cash which was my fault and $700 for material he bought plus a fee for picking it up. Horrible horrible do not use this man.

AFDR CONTRACTORS INC
Met often at their showroom to design the bath. Very helpful and practical. Work was begun on time and quickly did the demo. Attentive to minimizing dust and dirt. In a day ir two cabinets were installed with good carpentry skills and attention to details. The quartz counter tops were delayed a day or two and then our brown speckled pattern showed up with several red blotches. (Resin pooling?) the owner was very helpful and got Cambria to send someone to the house to remove the red. Can not tell where they even were now-great job. Finish work went well. Some slight tile miter gaps but a very good experience and a professional job at a fair price.

AEast Coast Cabinetry & Millwork
Professional and easy to work with. I sent Tim a picture of the look I wanted and he ran with it. Customizing the vanities and the mirrored medicine cabinets as well as the woodwork on the walls! I couldn’t be happier with how the bathroom turned out! I highly recommend East Coast Cabinetry for you smaller jobs to the big projects! Tim is your guy!

ASignature Construction Group
From start to finish, Jacob and his crew made this a great experience. The work was done in a timely manner by a skilled crew for a reasonable price. They were here when they said they would be, cleaned up after themselves, and most importantly did a beautiful job transforming my bathroom into exactly what my vision for it was.

He remodeled our bathroom and made it very upscale. He did everything he said he would do and did a great job. The project was done when he told us it would be. There were a couple of small things we asked him to come back and take a look at, and he was very responsive to our request. We were very satisfied with the job and would use him again.

Todd Sinasac 772-530-6716 His company remodeled my bathroom, took it down to the studs, new shower basin, rerouted plumbing, glass “barn door” rolling door, and gave us exactly what we wanted. He did the drywall, laid wall and floor tiles, mounting cabinets/vanity, etc. He handled the sub-contractors for the electrical rewiring, new lights, and moving the plumbing and fixtures. He came in on budget. Seeing his work my mother-in-law hired Todd to remodel her bathroom. Same story... Complete remodel (swap out tub for shower basin, new sinks and vanities) on budget and terrific workmanship. I recommend him highly.

AMatthews Construction & Design LLC
Mr. Matthews was a sub contractor/partner with Premier HomePro. They worked together to remodel my master bathroom in a rental property. He was very easy to work with during the design phase of the project and delivered a very stunning product for a rental property I have in Florida. My experience with both companies was excellent and I would recommend both Matthews Construction and Premier HomePro to anyone who needs the right team to do the job. As a Realtor I see all types of remodeling from the handy homeowner to the best in class. Premier Homepro and Matthews Construction have evidentually been working together as one seamless company for years. According to both of the company Owners, they met in 1975 while they both worked for Mr. Matthews uncle at Berger/Berman in Maryland and have been building new home communities, custom homes and helping homeowners like us for decades. The experience was wonderful and I am looking forward to having them complete two other projects they are currently working on for ms. I will write those reviews when they have completed those jobs too. I am giving both companies an overall A rating for the work they did collectively.

CJay's Floors & More Inc
Jay's offered a great price and the job started off so well. I wanted to remodel the master bath and it was a big makeover to remove the existing tile floor, roman tub, and enclosed shower. I wanted the shower moved to where the tub was and the shower area to be converted to storage. I have to note that Jay's uses subcontractors for the electrical and plumbing. The job began well, the tub was removed and the existing shower pan was filled in with concrete to make it level with the floor. Sheetrock and Durock were installed once the water lines were rerouted in the walls, the plumbing (paid separately was $1,000 not including the valves and trim which I purchased myself). New cabinets and shelving by Fabuwood were put in that matched what I already had in the guest bath and kitchen. For the electrical, the subcontractor installed one new wall outlet, two ventilator fans (replaced one existing in the toilet and added a new one over the shower), and two recessed LED lights in the ceiling. So far so good. There was a three foot wall between the old tub and shower area that was extended up to about five feet to accommodate the valves and trim for the dual shower heads. 18" x 18" tiles for the floor and 10" x 14" wall tile for the shower were ordered and came in. The new shower started off well with the tile in the shower pan in place. As the installer worked on the wall tile it was fine until the wall tile got up to a height of about 60 inches. The higher the tile went up the wall the greater the gap between the wall and the tile. I mentioned this to Jay but he assured me the job was going well. Once the wall tile was up to its designated height (about 8 feet), the gap between wall and tile was now 3/4" at the top. I took pictures and sent them to Jay. He came over and assured me this was normal because my walls were not straight. My walls are straight (plumb) - the issue was with the man Jay had putting up the tile. It was a great disappointment. If Jay had said, "I'm sorry for the mistake. We'll make it right," I would have been satisfied with that. Errors happen and you take responsibility for them. Unfortunately, Jay insisted that the work was as it should be. What I really wanted was for him to take responsibility for a bum job with the wall tile and fix it. That did not happen. I had him stop work. Now, to his credit he did order more tile so that the work on the shower walls could be redone - I had to hire another contractor and at least now there are no gaps between the wall and the tile. These issues caused significant delays in the completion of the renovation. Jay and I agreed on a revised price due the unacceptable nature of the work on the wall tile. With the exception of the tile for the shower walls, the rest of the job was done well hence the grade of C for quality since the shower is now the focal point of the bathroom. Grade of C for responsiveness and professionalism for not being willing to address the problem.

ADWW Construction Inc
Wonderfully! Walter Winn, owner, was just what we needed to begin our home renovation projects. The first project was a total renovation of the Master Bathroom. The house was built in 1996 and the bathroom needed to be gutted. Walter is THE person to have doing your renovation projects. He is fast, professional, neat and tidy, personable, cost conscious, and a real artist! My husband and I could not have been happier with the final result. Our bathroom was gutted, and put back together with all new everything....including tile on the walls, new toilet, sinks, counter tops, cabinets, flooring, shower and ceiling fan. He also painted the Master Bedroom so it would match the one painted wall in the BR. It was a much needed face lift and it came out beautifully! We are going to start our second project in January of 2018 which will be putting up walls to create an office area, putting down all new flooring, and conversion of our now den into a third bedroom. Walter will be doing this project as well. We wouldn't have anyone else working on our home. It doesn't get any better than Walter Winn of DWW Construction! Thanks to him for a job very well done!
