Recent Review: Initially bought a service call through Angies List to have our hot tub looked at. We knew there was an issue with at least 1 pump, which the service tech confirmed. He recommended replacing the unit and possibly the other pump as well. We decided just to replace the known defective pump at his quoted price of $475 for parts & labor. This was on a Friday and he told us he would be back on Monday to make the repair. I received a call Monday from the service tech and was expecting him around noon. The tech didn't actually arrive until much later in the day. This was possibly due to some issues with getting the parts, but I'm not sure. He did arrive and complete the repair on the day he said he would. I've never had a hot tub before, so it goes without saying never had one repaired. I was a little shocked at the price for this repair. I was not provided a breakdown of parts & labor so I don't know what to make of it. The service tech was pleasant. I don't think he had a great deal of experience with hot tubs, though he handled the repair with good skill. In hindsight I probably would have gone with company with a focus on hot tubs and the like.
