Recent Review: As far a Do's and Don'ts - DO yourself a favor if you are in need of a new fireplace (they also sell gas grill's and fireplace inserts) call this company. First of all - best price, second - of the 4 people I dealt with, all were professional, courteous, and willing to help. If I had anything negative to say it would be that it seemed to take a long time from the time I gave them the go-ahead until the time they actually performed the work which was 5 weeks. However, in their favor I believe much of that was spent ordering the fireplace and shipment, most of which is out of their control. I only got one other estimate for this work and that 'local' company didn't really seem to want the job. They were also worried about the facade and recommended that we take it all down and not replace it (that was not an option). What really sealed their fate was that the estimate was almost twice the cost, at $4800, of FlameTech . I think that goes back to the impression the salesman left on us that he didn't really want the job so he bid very high. He was supposed to call back but did not.
