Recent Review: Classic Kitchen and Bath were the first company I could get to respond to my phone calls and come out and give me an estimate. Their decorator was a real pleasure to sit down with; he really talked over my dreams and wishes with me. After all the products I ordered had arrived, work began soon after. Like the next week. On the first day, a crew laid down protective covering on my floors and began to gut the walls. Every day thereafter, a crew would arrive to do the next step, rebuilding the walls, doing the electricity, etc. I can’t say I enjoyed the process. In fact, it frayed my nerves badly. And some things did go wrong. The vanity I ordered myself was too large to fit my pocket-handkerchief sized bathroom. Three and a half weeks seemed a long time to use the smaller bath. On the plus side, I could pick up the phone at any time and dial up Sonja at Classic Kitchen and she either answered immediately or got right back with me -- and whatever problem I had was usually solved. Now I have a beautiful, completely fresh bathroom, newly painted and tiled with all new fixtures. The extremely large hole in the floor -- like ⅓ of the floor space -- was rebuilt. I have a ceiling vent. I have switches up to code. The work crews were as pleased with the outcome as I, taking real pride in their work, and they worked very hard. One young man showed up at 5:30 on a Saturday to get a primer coat on. Another worked 11 hours straight to get the tile done. They cleaned everything meticulously each day before they left. Classic Kitchen also agreed to fix OTHER, UNCONTRACTED for problems in my house. We developed a leak in the kitchen sink at the same time. Classic Kitchen worked on a ‘no problem’ basis. It was almost their motto. Every time I went moaning to them with a new complaint about the plumbing in my 1926 home, it was ‘no problem’. They installed the new kitchen faucet. They replaced the faucet from the second shower, finding and quickly repairing a broken pipe in addition to the worn cartridge in the faucet. “No problem.” Update: the toilet in the second bathroom, jealous no doubt of the new and beautiful dual flush in the remodeled bath, began leaking over the problem. No problem. I just called Classic Kitchen.

Reviews for Remodeling Bathrooms in Treasure Island

AKB Design
KB Design transformed our outdated 1970's bathroom into a dream bathroom, exactly as we imagined it! He was reliable, punctual, and professional throughout the remodeling process, and our family felt very comfortable having him in our home. He faces challenges head-on with creativity and resourcefulness. Joe’s honesty and integrity make him one of the most trustworthy contractors we have ever worked with, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to do a bathroom remodel.

One year ago We remodeled our guest bathroom with Tampa Bay Marble and I couldn't have been happier with the results. From my preliminary meetings with Jess to design choices I was consistently impressed by their professionalism, obvious pride in their work, and commitment to customer satisfaction. If any concerns or questions came up, they were quickly addressed and resolved, even after completion of the project. Our new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Dan and his wife did an excellent job renovating my downstairs bathroom. Their prices are excellent, and they are good and honest people. They have also done other work for me, including installing an exterior wall dog door, renovating my laundry room, and putting up a new wall and closet into an existing room.

I’m a widow for 13 years since my husband passed I never did anything in my 1100Sqf house. My bathroom was falling apart and I had all kinds of infiltration and mold, so for few months I been getting quotes from different companies from 17k to 25k. When I found Tampa Bay Marble on Angies List I saw one of their bathroom Remodel special deal Jess was very courteous and gave me a great deal for my Bath remodel Every person from design, to the workers on site were always courteous, professional and respectful of my home. The materials are a quality grade and I'm glad I followed Jess recommendations on design, because the final result is awesome! I would highly recommend this family owned business for any Bathroom renovation Thank you and God bless

AEuro Flooring & Design Center, Inc.
From demolition of the existing master bath to punch list completion, the project went very smoothly, on-time and on-budget. Our goals were to reflect the 1920s character of the rest of the house and to integrate some features (walk-in shower and comfort height toilet) that would help us age in place. Mark's design expertise was appreciated on both counts. Mark and his crew, Dritan & Edward, were consistently professional, good communicators, great on follow-through and eager to satisfy our needs. I'm a stickler for details and Mark, Dritan & Edward were quite responsive to my needs but also detail-oriented themselves. Some materials (e.g. tile) were purchased as part of our contract and other materials (plumbing fixtures, vanity and countertop) were purchased by us so the approximate cost of service does not reflect full cost of the job which was about $27,000. We feel it the total cost was good value for the money and quite competitive in the marketplace.

The primary installers at our home were phenomenal. Hard working, and fantastic attention to detail. Truly had the mentality that everything they did was as if they were doing it to their own home. We absolutely love how the project turned out. Thanks KB and all the workers

AFloor It Flooring & Renovations
Floor It Flooring & Renovations has a an undeniable sense of what great customer service should be like. Other companies that we interviewed were not as precise nor as organized in their approach to our proposed projects. Not many companies out there these days guide you thru every step of your project from beginning to end. Floor It offers you suggestions to improve on your ideas and allows you to feel as stress free as possible. When you first walk into the store you are greeted by Amanda who listens to your ideas about what you have in mind. Our projects were a total renovation of the master bath and a semi renovation for the guest bathroom. Our appointment came and that is where we met Ted. Ted spoke with clarity, gave us an estimated timeline for our project and answered all of our questions. He even gave us his cell so that if we needed to address further concerns we could reach him even over the weekend. The following Monday we had an estimate of what our project would cost. It was in the neighborhood of what we had budgeted. Next appointment was once again at the store. Here we had fun choosing materials from tile choices to cabinet styles. While the actual store isn’t huge like the big box stores the selection was impressive for a local business. Once we picked floor and wall tiles, mosaics, cabinet colors and styles, we took our choices home to look at them in our surroundings over the weekend. After finalizing our choices and going over a few details we signed the contract. As per contract 50% deposit was required. Well we were in and in 3 weeks the project would begin. Finally demo day had arrived! We felt like an episode on HGTV lol!! Mark and Ted came early and right on schedule. Tarps went up to protect our floors throughout our home. Once demo was done and cleared, seeing a blank slate was interesting to say the least. Our master bath foot print did change. Shower would be flipped to where the garden tub was and the old shower would become a large walk in linen closet. Once demo was done came the tiling guru’s Herman and Marcelo. These guys were like artist in their approach to laying tile. They asked questions on tile positioning, gave us suggestions on how the mosaic tile would look if it were placed here vs there. Another member of the team was Luis. He is the drywall expert. He came in did his job, answered our questions. Once done we started seeing walls and how the project was coming into total focus. You could see the layout of the new closet, where the new light fixtures would be. Next came the painter of the Floor It team. Isidoro, did an excellent job. He kept the areas inside and outside of our home clean. Had a great sense of humor even though the Florida rains delayed his work. As the project hit a snag, just like the shows on HGTV, lol Mark and Ted still worked getting the electrical, plumping and tech toys installed. Our bathroom would be beautiful, innovative and high tech. Our counter tops were installed and then we were in the home stretch! Mark and Ted worked endlessly to stay on schedule and we totally appreciated their efforts. The things that we would use on a day to day basis were next, over the counter cabinet, ceiling fan, lighted message shower panel, Bluetooth vent fan, Alexa, LED light strips for under cabinet, (went up after a conversation/suggestion I had with Mark) hardware fixtures for towels, mirrors, etc. Finally both bathrooms were done! What an experience! We can tell you that we were certainly THRILLED with the end results! Mark, Ted, Amanda, and the rest of the team were an exceptional and talented team. We can’t say enough of how well we were treated, and how well our home was cared for during the renovation project. Thank you, thank you guys for our gorgeous and functional bathrooms!! We certainly and whole heartedly recommend Floor It Flooring & Renovations to our friends and family. We look forward to the next major renovation, the heart of our home, “the kitchen”!

Working with KB Design was a pleasure. The designer Joe helped us greatly in designing the concept I had in my head. He paid attention to details that I did not even think about and the design rendering looked amazing. When construction was complete it looked even better, specifically our custom kitchen cabinets are amazing I could not have gotten these anywhere else. Jessie and his crew were very courteous and did quality work inside of my home. There were some unforeseen problems, which they could have charged me, but they dealt with those problems free of charge. This is not a company that will go after you on change orders, their focus is on quality and keeping you, the customer, happy. I had a great experience working with KB Design and will use them again in the future.
